More than 2 weeks with almost no internet or phone. @ThreeUKSupport 's advice is to contact customer support via webchat or phone. They have failed to see the problem here (clue: I CAN'T GET ONLINE OR MAKE CALLS!). Was promised it would all be fine by end of play Tuesday. Gah.

@ThreeUKSupport That’s great to hear, however, I was told it would be delivered by the 16. The difference between the 16 and any random date in November is quite large. As a new customer this is quite disheartening - especially given your customer service support time provides no help at all.

When I told @ThreeUKSupport I have no internet or phone to contact so can't use their webchat or phone lines, they suggested making a call over the internet instead of by phone. FFS. I just want the service I'm paying for but apparently that's too much to ask.

@ThreeUKSupport It used to work fine with the Virgin Media WiFi when you had a partnership with them. Now it forces me to use your network instead, it's nowhere to be found in stations. Virgin, EE & O2's are all available in the same places. Are you no longer sharing the same routers?
