    @ThreeUKSupport right a month now of no signal in work! What is an address to complain and not live chat there useless! Np4 6yw is the postcode i’ll just cancel my contract otherwise shambles of a seevice

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been trying to cancel my mobile broadband contact for the last few days whilst still in cooking off period, however every time I’ve got through I have been told their system is down. How can I cancel within this period if I can’t get through? #threeuk

    @ThreeUK absolute joke of a customer service team, doing work in the area that ended a week ago to make my services better apparently, now I have no reception at all and £150 a month goes from our household to you cretins

    SO Disappointed with the level of service from @ThreeUK Recommended a family member to them and never received the referral money even though I have chased 5 times! 6 months on! Shocking service.

    Imagine being a @ThreeUK customer with 2 contracts for years on end and being told to find another service provider because they can’t fix the masts in my area and then refuse to refund what I’ve paid off this mobile or even pay my upfront cost for my next phone 😡 #scabs

    Is anyone else having problems with NordVPN on Three Mobile in UK? I can't connect on any of my Three devices over mobile data 3G/4G but fine over WiFi! @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I'm sure it used to work when out and about.

    Hmmm. Sorting out internet connectivity for the new place. Looks as though a 5G/4G hub with @ThreeUK will be the way forward, even with the weak signal. Should still be faster than BT copper line.

    On a fiber package but my speeds most of the time would no hit 20mb. Now then I have been with @ThreeUK for my mobile for the last 3 years maybe and never had issues, 4g all the time, unlimited data for next to nothing. So I decided a few days ago to.
