    @ThreeUK I have just had the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV noise un background made it hard to understand the Glaswegian accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡

Spent over 1hr, passed on by a very rude chap to higher tech support, messing with settings having to re enter passwords into every device only to be told what I already knew. That you have issues between your routers and certain tv's and devices!! May Move on!

    2/5 Very friendly staff at the store but I cannot fathom how there is a complete disconnect between the stores and the @ThreeUKSupport dept in India. The stores cannot track my order or help me with my missing phone, nor can they call DPD to find out where it is.

    @sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Apparently BBC1 The One Show like to know if these things as does the Times and Daily Mail. Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!
