    @ThreeUKSupport I have been trying to cancel my mobile broadband contact for the last few days whilst still in cooking off period, however every time I’ve got through I have been told their system is down. How can I cancel within this period if I can’t get through? #threeuk

    @ThreeUK Extremely annoyed with your service. Been a customer for many years and have two lines. Tried to upgrade and was told a price. I asked was there any upfront costs to be told no At the end of the call I was asked for £90. Livid and will be leaving

    @ThreeUK I have just had the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV noise un background made it hard to understand the Glaswegian accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡

    Ok, so I have an odd situation. I can’t seem to make outgoing calls on my mobile at all. With @ThreeUK are there Network issues in Cardiff today? Need to phone work help desk and can’t phone them. Any other app I can use to make an internet call to an 0800 number?
