    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I didn’t give a postcode as it wasn’t just in one small area, it was all across the FY1 3.. area. Seems better the last couple of days. Just an observation, when your service isn’t very good, probably not wise to criticise your customers questions.

    Contract for @ThreeUK is up in December. Start looking at other networks. Never felt valued and never any incentive to make you stay!

    @brilee84 @Apple @ThreeUKSupport Doesn’t say that on there though does it. I’ve used Apple TV for 3 things ever, can’t say I’ve needed any sort of support for that... Tbh I’m not arsed about not getting it, just don’t think they should suggest something they then don’t give.

    @stevelitchfield @ThreeUK Lucky you. There has never been any mobile data here a few miles out of Preston and probably never will be with it being a council estate. Network operators are not going to invest in an area unless they're going to get some ROI.

    @ThreeUKSupport after initially being impressed by your response to my original tweet it appears that was a false dawn. Very disappointing customer service from both your call centre and via the various DMs. Shame. I’ll be looking to move all of my contracts to a new provider

    @bearz1066 @O2 @ThreeUK been with them for over 10 yrs no one can come close on price Never had any signal issues travelling up and down the country, usually works where my work phone doesn’t, that’s on a gamma sim meant to pick up either EE, Vodafone or o2 whichever is stronger.

    @ThreeUKSupport absolute joke. Tried 3 times to recharge my number with the same credit card used before, but this time you keep my money and not provide me with any service. Then your customer support tells me that I will get a replacement SIM in 5 days??! Unbelieveable.

    @ThreeUK My wife's phone just got stolen, can we do anything? No! BECAUSE THREE HAVE NO OPEN PHONE NUMBER AND NO SERVICE TO DEAL WITH THIS SATURDAY 8PM SO WE NOW HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL WHEN TO PUT OUT MINDS AT REST WHILE A THIEF IS POSSIBLY STEALING OUR DATA AND MONEY!!!!

    To any one thinking I over reacted in regards to @ThreeUK please consider the fact that customer services lied to me 4 times about my own money and have caused me financial issues. They owe me almost £300!

    @ThreeUKSupport I went on as myself. Despite my girlfriend knowing all password details the issue was half looked at then told that he can’t continue. Bit of a joke now really. Ring again and get cut off or?
