Shocking service from @ThreeUK. Online chat function was ace when trying to sell me something (a mobile broadband router to enable me to work from home before broadband is installed) and was assured it would be able to stream. Now using it, it can't. Can't just about load pages.

@ThreeUK appalling service. You are a communications company however you can’t organise your call centre staff to work from home!!! Banks, mortgage companies and travel agents have organised this so why can’t you. This is really concerning that the only option is online chat.

@ThreeUK just signed up for a 4g+ mifi plan in Reading getting either no coverage or abysmal connection speeds < 1meg down & 3meg up never know up link to be faster than down. Went back to store to cancel they called support who wanted to charge me full amount of plan!

@ThreeUKSupport I was told when I took the contract i had 15 days if there were issues with the service. I have issues with the service as the coverage is non existent to minimal. I get less than 1meg down & quite often zero this was sold falsely.

@ThreeUK your internet is absolutely shocking. It keeps cutting out. This happens daily. Unfortunately my phone plan is with @ThreeUK also. So when my work call cut out and I tried to go on my mobile hotspot, even that didn't work. Appalling service. I can't wait to leave.

@ThreeUK just spent the entire workday w/o phone signal or internet (we foolishly buy our internet from you too) with no warning or real explanation. My partner spent 5hrs in a beefeater carpark b/c he had to be on video calls. We pay you more than £180pm combined. Wtf??
