    @ThreeUKSupport as you know most of us can not work right now, and are not getting paid, i can not pay my bills for foreseeable Future, you shut phone lines down and it seems impossible to Get on The online chat, so you going to leave me no choice but to stop direct debits

    @ThreeUK appalling service. You are a communications company however you can’t organise your call centre staff to work from home!!! Banks, mortgage companies and travel agents have organised this so why can’t you. This is really concerning that the only option is online chat.

    @ThreeUK @cathaypacific turned my phone on after having it switched off in flight mode and was instantly charged £5 for the second the air network was on. Should have to accept or submit an email for permission before just using it. £5 for air.

    @ThreeUKSupport Well it’s not good enough I’m a flight attendant on standby if I get a call and it doesn’t go through I’m the one who gets a meeting and a note on my record!!What exactly am I paying for his seems to be constantly happening so why am I paying my bill for service that’s not workin

    @ThreeUKSupport @JYari90 It’s data,that’s problem,not making phone calls York station Most of time is a no go area-I currently run 3 different contracts with three I personally have been with you for about 12 years but it’s gonna have to come to an end there’s just too much bad reception to use the data
