I told them I can’t pay it right now and will they bill me and then I’ll add it to my complaint , they said If unpaid it goes on my credit file. First person said signal excellent, last person said it’s terrible!

Apparently if the store has a no return policy nothing can be done. I will join your chat as soon as you can reply that you have the authority to force them to refund me.

Called honnor and they are willing to take the phones foe checks BUT that leaves myself and partner with no phone to use, which then will cost us more money to buy a temp phone
