Brendon Morgan (@nutterguy) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England@CaseyDoran @TalkTalk @thinkbroadband Still down due to broken fiber apparently. My phone data is crap in the flat here as well (thanks @ThreeUKSupport) so I can't even watch Netflix or YouTube and I've had to for a run. 😭
-
Brendon Morgan (@nutterguy) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England@ThreeUKSupport Don't know of anyone else having issues but this a black spot of service for sure. I am having issues elsewhere but they are known signal issues (Cambridge station, Shelford Station, etc) in good coverage areas I do get good speeds. 😭
-
Craig Clark 😛 (@cclarky85) reported from Harlow, England@ThreeUKSupport I'll be honest the service on 3 has gone down gradually and seems to get worse every year. Whatever the postcode or device. Thanks for the reply. Pixel 3a CM19 5QB

©️ (@_senoritaugly_) reported from Welwyn Garden City, EnglandAwful customer service from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport - the call centre ‘manager’ just told me that I should probably leave and find a contract elsewhere and that it’s just ‘how the business runs’ after messing me about for the past 3 days. I just want the deal I was offered 😭
-
Webby (@ABeardedWebb) reported from Harlow, EnglandTrying to get through to @ThreeUKSupport customer services on my phone is near impossible. Hung up after 15 minutes, 5 of those minutes the line was completely silent @ThreeUK
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 (@andreaowenss) reportedHi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.
-
stevie (@stevie_builds) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Same as what Jakey was saying. I was on Telstra (aussie), while i was in SEA. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...
-
Taylor✌️ (@JulieOutrageous) reported@KayliePaylie @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I think the only time we've paid more than like £6 for the cinema was when we were in London, and you expect it down there
-
Louisa Guise Author (@whatiwrote_) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK If you are paying for the service, I don't see what reason the phone company has to cut you off. Find a local sim in the meantime.
-
Gary Kilroy (@Gary_Kilroy) reportedI'm with @ThreeUK I recently got an email telling me they've merged their network with @VodafoneUK and I can connect to both and get better coverage. The service has got worse!
-
Matt (@Hemmerz_) reportedDo you have signal anywhere between zone 1-6 in London? ******* pony @ThreeUK
-
Tessek (@Tessek1983) reportedHey @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK are you ever going to fix the signal in Darlington town centre 2 years at least the transmitter on bondgate house has been down and nothing done to replace
-
Olly (@helloitsolly) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls
-
Katrina Owen (@Katrina_Owen1) reported@craigyoung79 @ThreeUK Too bad
-
Grant | Dev (@grantdotdev) reported@JurateJW @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport No better in the North either. I thought the Vodafone acquisition was supposed to make them the largest network in the UK and improve signal. I feel it’s got worse.
