    I took out a mobile data plan with @ThreeUK on the promise that it was a one month rolling contract I could cancel any time. I spent 4 hours today trying to cancel the contract, even covid is no excuse for such appalling customer service.

    @ThreeUKSupport LU3 1AZ and LU5 4SB. Calls very frequently fails of drops or very slow Data in these areas over the past week but a lot less problems elsewhere. Using iPhone 7 Plus, tried rebooting and does not resolve calls and data issues at the above postcodes areas. Call fails with 3 beebs

    Hey @ThreeUKSupport when will youbget the home broadband issue fixed? Power it all down turn it on stays connected for a minute then all devices say no internet connection. This is the second day now!!

    @ThreeUK If it’s not Three it not real. How truthful Had no service since Wednesday because you gave my number to another provider. You said it’ll take 48hours to investigate. Day 4 still No Service Definitely Not Real.

    @ThreeUK Day three of receiving a tiny amount of signal on iPhone 11 Pro Max. I’m able to receive calls but my browser tells me no signal. The same as Speedtest. Your advice will be welcomed.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'll be honest the service on 3 has gone down gradually and seems to get worse every year. Whatever the postcode or device. Thanks for the reply. Pixel 3a CM19 5QB

    @ThreeUKSupport This issue was over 12hrs ago. The issue happens every week or more on separate devices. Regular loss of 4G, which as I said causes a complete loss of home internet as your tech support advised to use 4G only. 3G barely usable during these outages. We are beyond basic faults here

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. Voicemail on my phone seems to be switched off at the system end with no way that I can enable it. Is there a * code or something I can send to switch it back on ? It’s not a handset issue as it hasn’t worked for years over different handsets

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Chris! Yes, the service was suspended. I picked up a new SIM in a shop yesterday and was told it would take 2-4 hours to reactivate, then followed up after 5 hours and it was apparently "stuck"...
