    @ThreeUKSupport So basically I pay £93 a month for a service which doesn’t work on trains and has unspecified mast failures. Brilliant.

    @ThreeUKSupport This issue was over 12hrs ago. The issue happens every week or more on separate devices. Regular loss of 4G, which as I said causes a complete loss of home internet as your tech support advised to use 4G only. 3G barely usable during these outages. We are beyond basic faults here
