    @ThreeUKSupport That’s all I have been doing is speaking people on the phone. I would like the call recordings to take this further as I never had a live signed contract since November 2018!     @ThreeUKSupport Don't know of anyone else having issues but this a black spot of service for sure. I am having issues elsewhere but they are known signal issues (Cambridge station, Shelford Station, etc) in good coverage areas I do get good speeds. 😭

    Awful customer service from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport - the call centre ‘manager’ just told me that I should probably leave and find a contract elsewhere and that it’s just ‘how the business runs’ after messing me about for the past 3 days. I just want the deal I was offered 😭

    @ThreeUK If it’s not Three it not real. How truthful Had no service since Wednesday because you gave my number to another provider. You said it’ll take 48hours to investigate. Day 4 still No Service Definitely Not Real.

    @CaseyDoran @TalkTalk @thinkbroadband Still down due to broken fiber apparently. My phone data is crap in the flat here as well (thanks @ThreeUKSupport) so I can't even watch Netflix or YouTube and I've had to for a run. 😭

    @ThreeUK the level customer service is shocking when trying to help relatives with learning disabilities during lockdown. Barrier after barrier. I am sure other providers are much better. Can someone please contact me ASAP who can HELP.

    @ThreeUK @RoyalMail I have been a customer of Three for as long as I can remember and I have never been treated with this much disrespect over £55. I value honesty and transparency and so far Three have been very dishonest. I will pay off my contract early so I can leave this terrible company.

    @ThreeUK is anyone else getting increasingly annoyed with the terrible service from this mobile network. The second my phone switches to 5G there is zero coverage, no internet, no calls - NOTHING! Paying an obscene amount each month for absolute shite
