    @Wilko_UK @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Broken Hi, it does pop back now and again and it's been hard reset a few times without it restoring things - I'm blighted with an underlying network issue apparently. Currently using 3G anyway.

    Spent most of the day trying to sort out a continuation of our @ThreeUK mobile contract. Got extremely bad service in the Castleford store, walked out after the supervisor/manager tried to bully us into a worse contract. Complained to @ThreeUK. Still no better contract offered.

    I think very soon I'll be saying ๐Ÿ‘‹ to @ThreeUK and ๐Ÿค to @virginmedia...over the last couple of years, the signal has got increasingly worse. I have just bought a new phone, but the problem persists...really unhappy.

    @ThreeUKSupport just got a sim only package with yourselves but reception/mobile data seems to be incredibly slow? Got my works phone which is with Vodafone and no issue their? Could you advise please, got my sim only in the new iPhone mini, thanks

    @ThreeUKSupport So no service until Monday when a new sim will arrive & advised to use wattsapp in the meantime. Wow. Three have the right people on the line convincing people to stay, just not the same investment on the resolution team.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, On web chat, it was about poor and bully service in your Castleford store when we called in to see about a new contract. Your customer complaints dealt with it. Your colleague said someone would sort out a new deal. Thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport You reply to this, but then someone else picks up. No one know what they are doing and I just keep getting cut off. Itโ€™s beyond frustrating. I just want to speak to someone who can sort out my issues. It should not be that hard to sort out problems.

    @ThreeUK #threeuk Iโ€™ve never experienced a company so bad in my life, on the phone since 1pm & finally get through to the complaints team who made no sense & was so rude, then said Iโ€™m cutting the call. Rang back & was informed she needed to leave as sheโ€™d gone over her shift ๐Ÿคฌ

    @ThreeUKSupport Both my wife and myself are having some issues making and receiving calls today. Outgoing calls either take sound 10 secs to go through or not at all and on incoming calls the caller sometimes gets a message saying this number is not in use. S35 postcode area.

    Caught in a weird login and validate email loop trying to upgrade my phone. @ThreeUK must really want me to have an iphone (๐Ÿคข) as every time I click on Samsung I get thrown back into an eternal cycle of validation hell. It's working that well that Bethesda want to publish it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi thanks - itโ€™s just a question. I was a Three customer about 6 years ago and despite many promises there was never service at this large U.K. airport. Sadly still not I guess

    Joined @ThreeUK i know signal in parts off UK are different. But wanna know since #three merged with Vodafone howโ€™s the signal been. Iโ€™ve read that some people saying that since the merger Vodafone signal not been good

    Breaking News @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK @SMARTYMobileUK Currently there is a scam going on for upgrading your account to 5G because of signal issues! These 3 companies of HUTCHINSON 3G donโ€™t care about its customers in fact they have sold their database with every ones numbers on
