@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Pete. We’re all on Three. So signal/service isn’t allowing us to connect properly, getting cut off over and over. I’m on the app now. If the signal was as good as the media engagement, there wouldn’t be any issues here.

@ThreeUKSupport no matter where I am, I'm getting very poor 4g or no internet connection. Got a new phone, but same problems. I've reset everything, including internet settings. What else can I do? Or are you just getting worse on 4G?

@ThreeUKSupport Why can I not send or receive ANY texts. Your customer service representative couldn’t tell me why. She said it could be that I have gone over my allowance. I have unlimited text allowance. You love fobbing customers off, we are not stupid! Just be honest

@ThreeUKSupport Both my wife and myself are having some issues making and receiving calls today. Outgoing calls either take sound 10 secs to go through or not at all and on incoming calls the caller sometimes gets a message saying this number is not in use. S35 postcode area.

I think very soon I'll be saying 👋 to @ThreeUK and 🤝 to @virginmedia...over the last couple of years, the signal has got increasingly worse. I have just bought a new phone, but the problem persists...really unhappy.

@ThreeUKSupport So no service until Monday when a new sim will arrive & advised to use wattsapp in the meantime. Wow. Three have the right people on the line convincing people to stay, just not the same investment on the resolution team.

Hi @ThreeUK. I've been your customer for more than 10 years, but I will switch to @giffgaff or @VodafoneUK if you advertise on GB news. We don't need more one-sided broadcasting in the UK. #DontFundGBNews

@ThreeUK Seems amazing that Three have been bragging about their 5G service for over a year but people living in London as I do are still offered only 4G. How can the nation's capital city not be in one of Three's so called "selected areas"? Seems like false advertising to me.

@GStebson @PamelamacPamela @ThreeUK They're not the only networks. Phone Coop usually do well with ethical advertising. In the hypothetical situation that *every* company advertised on GB News (which they'd be insane to) you'd pick the one who used them least or were first to pull support.
