FORCED today by @ThreeUK 2 release Credit Card Details, incl Security Pin, 4 Network 2 remove "web browsing Restrictions" on Broadband. Person paid HUMONGOUSLY decided it intelligent Policy. What stops any under-18 providing Parent’s Card Details? What if I have no Credit Card?©

So, apparently, if a relative dies suddenly, and they didn’t take the trouble to put you on their phone account as someone who could speak on their behalf, the stock response when trying to sort out their phone is ‘we can’t help you’. Thanks @ThreeUK

.@threeuk I’ve had no internet for almost two days! Everything is loading/buffering and won’t refresh, network is saying it’s on “3G” instead of 4G, and every time I send a text it’s saying “message failed”!

@ThreeUKSupport You did NOT provide any such notification. Your staff is also trying to insist that such notification happened, because that is legally required before you change any contract - but it never did, and you can provide no proof of it, because it never happened.
