    @ThreeUKSupport Bearing with the link? I sat here for hours the other night clicking refresh to get the too busy error every single time. You simply do not employ enough staff, and the staff on the phones are so poorly trained they have no idea how to fix it, and refuse to escalate

    @ThreeUKSupport i have had such an awful signal for nearlyba month now. And previous months have been the same. I had no compensation before but I'm sick of it now. Why should my bill not be reduced when you aren't providing the service you should be!
