    @ThreeUK I have been waiting in for my upgrade phone to arrive based on info in the email you sent and info in my account. Just phoned to say I hadn’t had the text with my consignment number only to be told phone won’t be delivered until 9 December. Terrible communication. 😡

    FORCED today by @ThreeUK 2 release Credit Card Details, incl Security Pin, 4 Network 2 remove "web browsing Restrictions" on Broadband. Person paid HUMONGOUSLY decided it intelligent Policy. What stops any under-18 providing Parent’s Card Details? What if I have no Credit Card?©

    So, apparently, if a relative dies suddenly, and they didn’t take the trouble to put you on their phone account as someone who could speak on their behalf, the stock response when trying to sort out their phone is ‘we can’t help you’. Thanks @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport my phone won’t make or receive calls. Neither will my son’s or sisters phone - all with three - is there an issue please? I’m in SS2 and they are in SS9 postcodes.

    After 11 yrs (don't @ me) v. surprised&disappointed to be told by @ThreeUKSupport they can keep taking a DD after your initiial contract ends unless you call to change it but if your call includes a complaint you can't pursue in writing&have to go the Ombudsman #ValuedCustomer

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Kim. Not making changes is one thing. Retaining the full value of DDs is another. If writing's a covid issue I could understand but that wasnt mentioned. I was only told the complaint couldnt be pursued in writing/escalated further internally, has to be the Ombudsman

    @ThreeUKSupport Thats disappointing, has this been known for a long time? I wouldnt have bought a smartwatch now if i knew about this. Also can i contact someone about the signal im receiving? I have 5g and sometimes a ful signal bar but internet is either not loading at all or takes a lomg time
