@SophieEB @giffgaff @ThreeUK Giffgaff is great and when u go abroad I just buy a local sim and you still use your UK number on wats app. So much cheaper!Obviously only works if your phone is not locked to a particular network tho! X

@ThreeUK It’s a shame I’ve had to resort to this. Three customer service is the worst ever. New phone went missing, 2 months ago , now having been promised 2 weeks ago it was sorted , still nothing.

@ThreeUKSupport I've supposedly used my 100gb data allowance in just 3 days called to query it and told it was correct would like to add I was working 12 hours a day for 2 of them seems impossible not happy after supporting your network since 2003

@chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 don’t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors

customer come in and thank me for helping there son sort his phone out yesterday coz he was stuck in Brentwood lost him wallet and phone wouldn’t work. only 11. I wish I’d had known he was stuck I’d have paid his bus fare. Great when we can help with stuff like that @ThreeUK
