@bt_uk @BTGroup @BTSopenreach Anyone getting rubbish service from BT/OpenReach? Connected to full fibre Monday-no internet since wrong connection outside Won’t get fixed ‘til 6 August! 👎😡🏴 Also no landline-it had to be cut to pull fibre into house! No show engineer today🤬

@bt_uk not a guaranteed 10mbps will be able to support 4K, BT will show average speed and then take the p*** with much lower guarantees , nice try BT.

@MikePrstn @bt_uk sky apparently only guarantee 3mbps, bt does 10mbps, still not worth as that speed is slow, and they will hit you up with average to guaranteed speeds, money stealing company

@SkyHelpTeam so because your routers are piss poor quality and you won’t send an engineer out I have had to buy a new @bt_uk whole home system so my kids can home school without the WiFi signal constantly dropping.
