@XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

@bt_uk we were promised that the outage would be fixed by midnight. Now your website is claiming it can't provide an estimate on when it will be fixed. Do your executives think this is even remotely acceptable behaviour?

@bt_uk That isn’t much use if I need to arrange work. Things have changed and we will need some indication of how long they think it may be. That service level agreement is frankly utterly useless now. If it’s unlikely to be fixed in the morning I need to arrange a desk in the office.

@bt_uk install equipment that does not perform as it should and rip my OAP parents off for over £600 to make it work. Full details available for anyone who cares. if you have a monopoly for an essential service you have to be fair!
