@XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

Can someone from @bt_uk explain to me why the engineer which was sent to my home has filed my complaint/fault as 'fault fixed' even though he said i need an external engineer to come sort the issue. Im done with the persistent terrible service ive been provided.

@bt_uk yet again, you have failed to turn up for appt. My mother’s Broadbandnot been working since before Christmas -despite numerous phone calls, new equipment etc etc, its still not working - basically down to the fact that you dont turn up to fix it. Time to change providers.

@bt_uk appalled when trying to renew my broadband that the extender discs are "rented" not owned so you had me pay twice as much as they cost online to own in the contract. This is mis-selling and frankly disgusting customer service. @MoneySavingExp @Ofcom

.@bt_uk customer service are absolutely brilliant, the best I've experienced. @BritishGas are the worst and that's the reason I'm leaving them...they are woefully sh*t.
