Thanks @bt_uk for having me on the phone for over an hour to 6 different people to tell me you don’t have a complaints department and for no resolution to come out of this, never dealt with such TERRIBLE customer service

  • alonzi_anthony anthony alonzi (@alonzi_anthony) reported

Ok @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach are doing some work around the corner from me. Having talked to them it seems my problems started the moment they started work. They claim it’s nothing to do with them. I call “pants on fire”

  • pickled_tinker Ian Grody (@pickled_tinker) reported

And take that from someone who sees Three's true colors. @bt_uk / @EE are the ones to make wild, unfounded claims (strongest WiFi signal ring a bell?). In terms of data services; it goes Three, Vodafone, EE and O2 and in that order.

  • cfc_m1 (@cfc_m1) reported

    BT SORT YOUR ******* **** INTERNET @bt_uk

  • Johny0555 Jonny (@Johny0555) reported

@btsport Shame we can't watch it live as the BT sport app is not working!

  • Delilah64 Nicola Lester (@Delilah64) reported

@bt_uk Yes I’ve seen it’s an issue with iPhones, but the intermittent WiFi is happening to my other WiFi devices in my home too. The hub won’t do a factory reset. Have tried several times. It doesn’t react to the reset button being pressed and held for 5 seconds.
