@bt_uk not happy at all with the service received - you have cancelled our broadband even thought two employees promised that would not happen. You then state we can’t be reconnected until 6 April.

We cannot watch @btsport anymore as we have no sky box as we have moved but the robbers want over £200 to terminate the contract as they now tell us it’s a 24 month contract surely that’s not legal @ofcom

@bt_uk I'm currently waiting on a phone call as I have an open complaint. The guy I spoke to said he'd call me at 1:30 but then again an engineer was supposed to attend between 8am and 1pm so start to believe your company doesn't take my situation seriously
