    @XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

    @bt_uk Hi AnneL, sadly it's still not working. I got an update over the phone yesterday saying the date it'll be fixed has been pushed back another couple of days again, which is what has happened for the past few weeks now

    @bt_uk why am I still waiting for my service to be connected? So many phone calls and text exchanges. So many promises. And still nothing. Can’t connect or Zoom with family. No tv. Over 60, living alone and feeling cut off. Also angry and upset.

    @bt_uk Matt thank you for the response. I have internet connection and I was still complaining, its pathetic considering a lot of people do not. I was just shouting out loud is all. Thank you matt, I can easily call to resolve this issue, all the best.

    Hah, @bt_uk raising broadband prices by 4.5% from end of March but I guarantee the connection speeds aren't going up for anyone round here. Still being ignored for full fibre despite it being down the road. I'm paying way more than I should for what I get.

    @bt_uk disappointed to find out your press releases is incorrect as your new Cordless Phone with Alexa is only free for new customers and not "all Digital Voice Customers" as stated. I would be happy to be told I am wrong and call back customer services to arrange one.

    @bt_uk No it's to do with external work. The engineer checked if any of our household had displayed covid symptoms and came in wearing his mask. I have now been on hold for 10 minutes trying to speak to someone. This isn't the excellent customer service I was led to believe you provided

    @BTCare Can you help with Bband fault/engineer visit booked for today? I had thought someone was coming to the house but track a fault system says visit complete. Can you see if that is correct?

    @bt_uk what's happened to your online chat service? Doesn't seem to be an option on any of the Contact Us queries. It's sometimes difficult to sit on hold or talk in an enclosed space
