    @bt_uk I’ve had Bt internet for twenty years and never had Wi-fi in every room ever, in fact I’d go as far as saying it works sporadically, drops Wi-fi connections then crashes disconnecting all devices and the more we move to towards streaming watch we watch the worse it has become.

    5) @BTCare I have only spoken to one woman so far who has actually provided me with thorough help, and she believes the line running from my house to the fibre optic line is corroded, as she says she has seen this before. This means, even if I was to switch providers,

    @bt_uk I did have problems reaching them - they’d got the day off!! Bit like my phone line. It’s been having a day off since it was switched over to you from @SkyUK back on 4th December. Landlines can’t call me as you’ve ballsed up transferring my number!

    Why is the streaming quality so bad on the PS5? Had no problem with it on my Xbox (older than a PS5) Constantly blurry and far from good enough @AskPlayStation @btsport @btsportfootball

    @BigDuncNo9 @BTGroup @bt_uk Think they’re all as bad as each other at the moment, due to the increased traffic cos of lockdowns and stuff they’re all pretty dire

    @bt_uk Hey, I’m getting 15.8mbit down / 8.62 mbit up on my FTTP 900 mbit connection, even after a reboot. Is there a known network fault? This isn’t going to be usable.
