  @bt_uk Was supposed to have internet three weeks ago but one of your engineers told us there is a problem inside the building. Nothing has been scheduled and I have been charged 72 pounds for a service that I haven't even used yet! Can you help? Also did not receive my call back

  @bt_uk Thank you, their internet is back up now. Fast response or a public maintenance/outage/issue page would be helpful. Again, thanks for your reply but with all this 'instant' communication it still seems no one can get any answers for at least a day. Lost home working day.

  @bt_uk Can you help with another issue please? I have the BTTV pro box and it won’t control my tv volume. I’ve tried home+9, that controls it for a short time but then it doesn’t work again. My tv brand is Bush. Thanks
