@XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

Can someone at @bt_uk explain how you were charging my parents for Fibre Broadband for 3 years at an address that you yourselves say can’t have Fibre Broadband? £60 a month for 6MB up and 7MB down are you mad?

@LizzyCryer857 @bt_uk I was told today there is NO complaints department. All complaints dealt with by whichever (junior) staff member picks up the phone. Spent 1h20 today re-opening a complaint that was closed with no resolution. Only to find they’ve closed it again hours later still with no resolve!
