@bt_uk Great but it took 40 minutes to answer. Then told the issue was my hub with no network faults. WRONG -24hrs later network back with same hub no issues since. Hopeless diagnostics, local or not!

@bt_uk for a comms company yours are very poor. No landline or b/band since 06/02. Told, after contacting you, that problem would be fixed 09/02,14/02,17/02 & now 19/02.The mini hub you provided is shocking & making working from home untenable. Sort it out please!

@bt_uk I recently dig up and broke an underground cable which supplied my elderly neighbours’ landline. I reported this fault in a lengthy communication with a charming young lady from India. I keep getting delays and promises that “our engineers are working to find cause” Help!
