@bt_uk @BTGroup @BTSopenreach Anyone getting rubbish service from BT/OpenReach? Connected to full fibre Monday-no internet since wrong connection outside Won’t get fixed ‘til 6 August! 👎😡🏴 Also no landline-it had to be cut to pull fibre into house! No show engineer today🤬

I regret getting @bt_uk WiFi when I moved into this house. It never works and customer service said they can only guarantee WiFi at all times if I upgraded to a different box (more £££)???? Like wha?? I was guaranteed WiFi with the box I got now what's going on 😭

Can anyone recommend a decent company for my mum to get a landline, broadband and TV? @bt_uk are an absolute disgrace. She moved house early Dec then due to mistakes made by BT didn't get connected until mid Jan. BT have now cancelled her service without any warning or reason.
