@bt_uk complaint number pls since the BT app ain’t working. This is a joke I have to wait another 5 days for an engineer to come out and fix the problem when I was told I would get service today, after 5 hours I have nothing

@XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

@bt_uk Customer service number pls as I had arranged weeks ago for my install today of my halo BB and after 5 hours it’s still not done, been told it’s a reroute problem and it’ll take 5 days for someone to come out. Don’t think so

@bt_uk No and frankly it’s a shambles. My wife tried to reset the contract today only for you to issue a direct debit with a different cost to what she agreed, the direct debit has the wrong name on it and the contract has the wrong details on it. Why can’t BT get things right?
