Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@bt_uk we finally got an order in for fttp last week with an installation date of tomorrow - today I’m told there is a delay and no new date given.. meanwhile stuck on speeds of 2mbps. No proper complaints process, customer service staff don’t care
@bt_uk having the worst customer service experience with you - called to get fttp in March as next door neighbours have it. After months of incorrect information, delays and many hours on the phone to you..
The service from @btbusinesscare I have received is no disgusting, that the communications ombudsmen has started a formal complaint early. Still waiting for a call today, shocking actions from a company who is supposed to be the industry standard.
What a joke @btbusinesscare is… I’ve been waiting five weeks for a resolution to my issue. Still no install, promised a call from a manager twice with no call and all because departments do not communicate. Then I was sent a bill for no service! (Pt1)

@bt_uk our internet has been down for over an hour now, I have done everything like reset the hub wait 1min ect and nothing but an orange light.. please help as cannot call until tomorrow when the lines are open 🙏
I don't know how other people allegedly managed to switch their broadband supplier with only 30 or even "a few" minutes of no service. Existing ISP cut me off at 8am. New service may start "any time up to 23:59". It's now 24:03 and... oh it finally works! Nice one @bt_uk.
