    @bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

    Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

    Had two calls from the @bt_uk Technical Department today. First caller said that BT is responsible for the security of all Internet Service Providers, including @TrooliFibre and @LightningFibre. I told the second caller to speak to his colleague and sort it out between them.

    @bt_uk mobile may be the worst network I’ve ever experienced. Poor app/website and an absolutely scandalous charge system for when you run out of data! 100% won’t be using again.

    @bt_uk absolutely disgusting treatment today, new customer, already waited 48 hours for my broadband to kick in and now I have to wait till Monday for an engineer! People are now losing paid work due to your lack of customer care 😡😡😡

    @bt_uk @CultureCityJoe Why would you do this? Cold calling is a practice littered with scammers and predatory behaviour. People’s homes are NOT for unsolicited promotion. I NEVER answer my door unless I’m expecting a visit. Three times in one day? You score top marks for harassment and trust erosion.

    @bt_uk been told its because Open Reach haven't closed down the job, but they say they have. Then BT tell me it can take 24 hours for it to show as closed on your system. But it's over that now. Now apparently there is a fault on the network but can't be reported or fixed til job closed

    @bt_uk trying to purchase PS5 through shop with my access code. Can't even use my 10% off code I got emailed to me. Ontop of that my WiFis been playing up for ages now and only having an engineer out tomorrow. Poor service and no compensation for anything!
