    @bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

    192 hours since @BT_UK deactivated my 1Gbs fibre account. PPPoE does not connect and they are doing NOTHING despite multiple complaints. They should be selling leeks not providing broadband service. @Ofcom #btfault Can I get a deadlock letter for Ombudsman?

    @bt_uk Thanks. You missed my point, which was about BT’s current working methods, which are based on automation and non-communication, and hence very customer-hostile. One particularly stupid practise is sending out dozens of texts and emails to which the customer cannot reply.

    @bt_uk what an appaling way to treat a customer upgraded my broadband to full fibre in January/21 was due to be installed this week but nothing happen and no update from you it is disgusting.

    @IDNet have been amazing since we left BT,fixing problems BT said didn't exist & providing speed that we had been paying @bt_uk for but not receiving. But with current "major service outage" from @BTSopenreach & zero updates it appears leaving BT is a lot trickier than it shd be
