@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@bt_uk Yes. The engineers cut our fibre line when they took down the pole. They have reconnected the copper lines but the fibre has been left. A BT engineer came today who will raise it as urgent but he was unable to reconnect us. BT need to tell their contractors it's not good enough.

2nd time in a month that we have been left without a landline, which my elderly father uses daily, plus rather fragile & slow broadband too . Kind of hilarious that @bt_uk offer a phone number to ring - difficult to use if your phone doesn't work. Fixed the last fault quick tho.

@nattynats1 @bt_uk Yes that’s what I’ve had… If they know the fault will be fixed by 2 Feb, why can’t they fix it now?

What’s the problem bt_uk? My wi fi is going at a snail’s pace, can’t load up photos on Twitter and Facebook or play short VTs from news channels etc. Been like this for several days with no sign of improvement 😰

@bt_uk Service is back now. I do wonder how someone who has a BT Mobile contract and no landline is supposed to report a lack of mobile service. There’s no facility on your website and by definition they will not be able to phone 150. What do they do?
