  @btbusinesscare I've been 'reaching out' to BT Business since 28th November (that's OVER FOUR Weeks) and I Still have no Internet. Customer Care has been non existent. I've been passed from dept to dept. Promises to call me back never happen. Star grading 2 out of 10 (and I'm feeling generous)

  @bassetnormand @clarescastle @btbusinesscare It's a shame because they had a lot of inbuilt loyalty just because so many of us started off with BT and have never seen cause to change. 30 years is a long run but they did absolutely nothing to try and keep our business
