  • mookie_moomin Narky Nurse 💙 (@mookie_moomin) reported from Peterborough, England

...now we know why - it’s never been activated on my account even though I only took out this contract for the free BTSport. Can’t get hold of customer support, but that looks like standard by the reviews...

  • Leginb NIGEL BAYLEM (@Leginb) reported from Stamford, England

@bt_uk Hello. I want to cancel my BT Sport contract until further notice on account of there being no live football for the foreseeable future. Cannot seem to be able to do this online, so please advise. Thank You.

  • harryeastwood97 Harry Eastwood (@harryeastwood97) reported from Parson Drove, England

@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

  • fryman7 Fryman7 (@fryman7) reported from Warboys, England

Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

  • Dines_11 Neil Dines (@Dines_11) reported from Crowland, England

How awful is it trying to watch @btsport now. On browser it buffers every 20 seconds. Unwatchable

  • Dines_11 Neil Dines (@Dines_11) reported from Crowland, England

I must be nearly at the end of my contract with @bt_uk because my broadband is so slow recently. Got a few weeks to shop around

@bt_uk Hi Lisa. The engineer seems to think it's an issue with the router, he did a factory reset on it and it seems to have resolved it for now

  • Cryptohsep HODL (@Cryptohsep) reported

@bt_uk why is moving house so hard for @bt_uk onto my 7th call in a month and they still keep messing it up! I'm moving next week and still no closer. #help #BT

  • lesleypart Lesley Partington (@lesleypart) reported

@bt_uk Why can’t @bt-uk communicate with their engineers or line managers? What chance has the customer got of receiving adequate communications from you?

  • troy_617 Tanmoy Troy Roy (@troy_617) reported

@MarcusRashford @SeanJHayes @btsport Please stop playing for England and get you surgery done, boy. Wtf you doing

  • Jopollee Arturius Jopollee (@Jopollee) reported

@bt_uk Garbage. You think life is that simple ? Define hate. One man's hate is another man's common sense. Just more vapid virtue-signalling.

  • Basher2010 Dave Halls (@Basher2010) reported

    @England @bt_uk @Kalvinphillips Never in doubt

  • rangers09 Graeme Lockie (@rangers09) reported

@bt_uk @bt_uk Surely your tweet should read good or bad result? People still act daft after a good result too!

  • 86Whitey Whitey86 (@86Whitey) reported

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve raised a complaint. It’s an @bt_uk Open reach process that @Ofcom need to hold them to account on. The engineer was never assigned “due to workload” so now as a “missed appointment” I go to the back of the queue - what a joke. Monopoly on the network, so do what they want.

  • Martinsalopian Martin Owen (@Martinsalopian) reported

@bt_uk My BB is great - I need a back up for EEs crap mobile coverage in Bedfordshire.

  • KeithDanks1 Keith Danks (@KeithDanks1) reported

@England @bt_uk Calvin, Rice, Ming’s & Raheem, in that order. The worst - Kane, Walker & Trippier.
