@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@PrentonTommy @lucyjward_ @btsport Tbf some are not so bad, and Alex Scott is knowledgeable and her contribution is normally sound. However, some seem to think they have to talk constant when sometimes less is more. Some of the men's commentary is not always great either though.

@Redbird2510 Thank you. It seems perfectly reasonable to me when I can't make or receive calls and can't remedy the problem because a new handset isn't compatible. I've emailed @bt_uk Shop and have been refused, now escalated. 🤞 #CustomerService

@bt_uk Do you know how long after our service switching it will take before our phone lines are on? we currently dont have working mobiles because we cant afford to keep them topped up so currently have no communication other than my computer

@bt_uk Ash, no confidence at all in your processes. If I dealt with a simple issue like contacting openreach in the way @bt_uk are doing I’d be sacked.
