@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@bt_uk Never had this issue with my ASUS router when It was on my FTTC connection and that was using Band Steering. I guess as you are not using SIP over FTTP in my area I’ll just put my ASUS router back on the WAN link instead then :-)

Day 29. No surprise @bt_uk has failed to reconnect our broadband on the date provided and not for the first time. What’s the point in giving your customers an expected resolution date if you keep changing it?

So because you haven’t been able to “contact” me @bt_uk have just closed the case. I’m sorry but if you’ve tried calling my mobile why not leave a voicemail message everyone else manages too. I’m not always able to answer it so just close the case again! What a surprise #awful
