    @bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

    @bt_uk Yes I have logged a fault. Just need an update or provide me with your SLA’s because this is a joke how long we have to wait we rely on broadband. One minute it’s a major outage. The next I have a engineer coming out?

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph Supposed to have fibre installed on 6th May. BT neglected to do a survey first. Existing service cancelled based on the promised installation date. My business is internet-dependent. No word of an update, after several rounds in 30 min phone queues.

    @GarethIG1 @bt_uk We had to use BT. No end of problems getting it installed. Even said line was working when it was still coiled up needing to be connected to pole....took weeks to get sorted

    @bt_uk not only did nobody show up to install our fibre broadband on the day of the appointment last week, we've had no communication from you and are now told we have to wait another month. 2 months to get fibre installed? This is unacceptable! Please can someone help?

    @bt_uk Thank you. She spoke to 4 different advisers, and had to start from the beginning every time. Finally someone has agreed to go and figure it out and call her back rather than keep her hanging on. If they don’t I will let you know. The service so far has been really disappointing.

    Hey @bt_uk what have I got to do to get a product cancelled ?? Ordered some Baby cameras on 30th April... estimated delivery 4th May... No communications since ordering, this is beyond a joke. I left a complaint online 2weeks ago with no response..... Part 1

    @Safetyconundrum @btsport It’s disgusting, I was happy to pay a reasonable exit fee but I may as well keep it if I’m paying. I’ve told them in no uncertain terms that I will never ever purchase anything BT related again. Their loss in the long term
