Loretta Livingstone (@L_Livingstone1) reported@bt_uk what exactly does 'Unable to validate the information provided,' mean? If you can't provide an explanation along with the message, it's not much use. I see this is a general issue. & why do you employ people whose English is so poor they can't understand or be understood?

Welsh1 (@D1Bluebird) reported@bt_uk Yes, BT is the service provider. BT need to exclude faults in the area and to be honest you should run tests. I've just tried to ring the Restaurant and the line is still constantly engaged. Ring the number yourself Come on BT go the extra mile. Support local businesses.
