Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@bt_uk BT is the worst organisation when it comes to service either to customers or staffs. I left BT on 7th Dec 2020 and now it's been 70 days and I have' received my experience letter and settelment amout. I am chasing them since 25th Jan 2021 and they have not yet provided any update

@bt_uk It’s bull shi#t Wi-fi been a nightmare and I stopped service with BT in December they turned it off end of January and the sent me a bill for termination of £250.00 and the telephone still works. Such incompetence

@bt_uk was promised by a member of staff my phone would be fixed by today m, 14 days without a phone. I am a carer to disabled people due to no landline this involved emergency services having to be called on Thursday -this is not acceptable. can not get a straight answer from BT

@77thomo @btsport You can argue this the other way. She’s attracting a lot of attention now as many others are seeing the woeful job she is doing when commentating on games. The abuse is wrong no doubt, but she has no consistently demonstrated a terrible ability to pundit games.
