@bt_uk Hi Rita Problem is now fixed as the disk has arrived even though Royal mail changed it to Monday! Please give your customer's an option to choose a carrier I would Evan pay extra knowing that at least it will be delivered on time bt service is great not RM.. thank you.

@bt_uk Yeah this never got fixed.... screen now blacks out occasionally and sound is jolty. Pay BT internet and BT Sport desperately and use the channels on the box
