Get a letter offering options and a link to go to - that says I have no EE contract (well no its BTMobile). Go online to check anyway and it says there are no offers available. Why send the damn letter then?!

Was told I would receive a call from 12-2 today for an update. No call and nobody is replying to my dm’s. Appalling.
