  @btbusinesscare Hey BT, Not sure how to reach out. I am unable to access my account on BT app. It authenticates well, means no issues with id/ password etc. But some how apps don't work. Have reinstalled the app but still the same error. My web login is working though! Pls help.

  @bt_uk I’ve now been without broadband for 23 days, thanks to your incompetence. I’ve had phone call after call assuring me you’ll fix it, texts and emails to say I’m live, yet NOTHING! Sort it out! This is down to YOU! Useless company. 🤬

  @bt_uk @herbie963 Call them and chat online is a joke. I put a complaint in and they’ve just dismissed it out of hand and closed the case without even talking to me !
