Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@bt_uk @leeh24 Lee i got mine working by myself. Turn auto network selection off and choose ITIM now turn on airplane mode, wait 30 secs and turn is back on. I tried this before and it didn't work but this time I LEFT the page selecting ITIM open and didn't press the back button.
