@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@bt_uk @BTGroup We’ve waited all morning for the BT appointment, as anticipated it’s a NO SHOW, hardly surprising given that BT internal communication is as poor as BT customer service.

@bt_uk Shocking service. No call to say the engineer is not coming, wasting my day off. Can't get through on the phone. Oh and I still have broadband that keeps cutting out. I can't even cancel my package as the call has been dropped twice.

@bt_uk My broadband has been ineffective for days and you have the audacity to put my bill up without telling me. Get it sorted out or I will find another provider. Seriously annoyed customer.
