@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@Walker277 @btsport I'm charged £36 a month, cancelling today, you have to phone BT too, so you are tortured by their customer service team to try and stay with them. No thanks.

@btsport awful quality on the Reading V Luton game. Camera is facing the sun and you can barely see what’s going on. First match I’ve watched on BT Sport and it’s dreadful coverage

@btsportfootball @btsport why is the quality of the stream via the TV app so poor on extra 2?

@bt_uk Having moved house with BT and given a 4G Hub to aid transition, I asked if this would tie us in to a contract to which the answer was “we can discuss the new plan once your in your new home”. I now find I’m stuck with a 3.5Mbs plan until 2022. I would never agree to that.

@bt_uk The issue is he has to go outside to try and get a signal, I am on Virgin and my mom is on O2 and the signals are ok, the old phone he had before the signal from EE/BT was very poor, I think you phoning would be better, I will ask him.
