@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@bt_uk hey lovely folk @ BT ive got full fibre halo3 900, im wondering when you going to release Wifi 6 routers, l while i get 920mb/s to router its 380mb/s to a close device. Service is brill, tho router needs updating, id get a 3rd party wifi 6 router but i have digital phone

@bt_uk My broadband still down after 3 weeks. Reached out to you on twitter earlier this week and you promised an engineer would fix it today after the 2nd no-show. No one has come again. Will cancel as soon as soon as you pay me compensation 👍

@bt_uk Thanks Rob I’ll have to hold off as my speed is so slow I can’t allow my child to watch his favourite night time cartoon at the same time as opening a web browser. I’ve had a long running issue with the broadband, tonight’s speed tests prove that speed is available to me

@btsport How do I cancel my subscription? I keep getting charged for the monthly pass but when I log into my account it just asks if I want to renew my subscription. I've also changed my payment method on there and it's still being taken from my old payment method.
