    @bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

    Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

    @bt_uk It is a problem in my perspective :) It has been 10 days since your engineer supposed to install my wifi, and it has been 24 days since I completed my order. So it is a big problem. I already started regretting my decision. Wish you the same Alannah :)

    Why are @bt_uk so infuriating with contract renewals on mobiles. Get a letter offering options and a link to go to - that says I have no EE contract (well no its BTMobile). Go online to check anyway and it says there are no offers available. Why send the damn letter then?!

    @bt_uk sent a tweet yesterday regarding our lack of wifi since last Thursday. Received a dm from customer services promptly, obviously trying to save face. Was told I would receive a call from 12-2 today for an update. No call and nobody is replying to my dm’s. Appalling.
