@bt_uk Yes. Been going on 2 years. It'll backup a few files, say its done, but stop and those files are not found in the backup. To fix, uninstall, reinstall, set up. But it'll break again within days. It's not just me. Check the forums. Loads of people complaining.

  • dangmcguinness DANYE WEST (@dangmcguinness) reported from Mildenhall, England

I wish @btsport would stop moaning about the quality of football and just commentate on it. Let me make my own mind up on how good the game is rather that you telling me that it’s shit by 3 different commentators.. all I’ve heard since the 15th minute. #UCLFinal2019 #UCLfinal

  • NeilMegaGroves Neil Groves (@NeilMegaGroves) reported from Mundford, England

@mrjakehumphrey @btsport @GaryLineker @premierleague No Way!!! Wrong frame used, he hadn't played the ball yet! Compare that to pukkis v spurs when the ball was 3 yards from vrancic foot. Absolute idiots using this shit technology!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡 #NORCRY

  • Woollers Stephen Woolston (@Woollers) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England

@bt_uk I just stopped phoning for help because the help is worthless, just like the product.

  • wheatley_martin Martin Wheatley (@wheatley_martin) reported from Swaffham Bulbeck, England

@bt_uk Yes, but the fix time (5 days) is very disappointing. Would expect new installation to work.

  • IanHCooper Ian Cooper (he/him) 🇺🇦🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ (@IanHCooper) reported from Ely, England

Urgh, looks like I’ll be stung by loyal customer penalty on charges when I move thanks to @BTCare. About £20/mo by the look of things

  • Woollers Stephen Woolston (@Woollers) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England

@bt_uk Keep getting told next version fixes it. It never does.

  • Cameraman_Tye Tyler Thurston (@Cameraman_Tye) reported from Dalham, England

@virginmedia your customer service via whatsapp is laughable, fill in all the information to then get called the wrong name? Can safely say the router, service and customer help was better with @bt_uk

  • Woollers Stephen Woolston (@Woollers) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England

@bt_uk You know, I hate to be so critical when you yourself are trying to be kind. It's just I've had such a bad experience of being a BT customer in the last year. I'll DM you details.

  • TheWobblyGamer The Wobbly Gamer 👁️🎮 (@TheWobblyGamer) reported from Mildenhall, England

@bt_uk Don't worry about it I've solved the problem myslef, and I've been told I can't change the account name even though I've paid for it for 6 years, I don't live with my sister who originally organised it and I always change my package without any issue but hey ho!!!

  • wheatley_martin Martin Wheatley (@wheatley_martin) reported from Swaffham Bulbeck, England

Very slow handclap for @bt_uk. My *brand new* phone connection isn't working and won't be fixed until Tuesday next week.

  • Miketango35 MarkL (@Miketango35) reported from Ely, England

@bt_uk hi. I changed my contract the other day (slightly cheaper tariff). I keep getting texts saying I’m a new customer and I can transfer my number across. Assume these texts are generic as am staying with BT. Only thing I’ve changed is cost of tariff

  • RaymondDocwra Raymond Docwra (@RaymondDocwra) reported from Fordham, England

Fair play to the @WeAreOpenreach engineers tonight. Internet went off in village #fordham about 3pm (I think thanks to some roadworks for new housing estate) . Way past midnight and the engineers still at it trying to fix. Great effort lads @bt_uk

  • Patriciammills Patricia Mills (@Patriciammills) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England

@bt_uk pity anyone who hasn’t got the wherewithal or IT savvy to chase the comedic connections team. Shambolic service and incompressible text messaging service from outreach. I work for the NHS so used to some chaos but these clowns are next level. Over a month of no service…

#UCLFinal2019 #TOTLIV

  • millerbowler Ian Miller (@millerbowler) reported from Fordham, England

@BTCare @bt_uk The more dealings I have with your customer service and website , the more confused and frustrated I get.

  • jgordon85 James Gordon (@jgordon85) reported from Waterbeach, England

@btsport @btsportcricket just spent £25 to watch @englandcricket to find your app on my phone and TV are not working. What's going on? 😡🤬

  • FayeHollandUK Faye Holland (@FayeHollandUK) reported from Burwell, England

Sorting out my father in laws accounts. He has #dementia. @TalkmobileUK terrible and unresolved - had to resort to email and who knows how long that will take. @bt_uk absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile. I know who my business goes to in the future

  • 2401Chief 2401MasterChief (@2401Chief) reported

@bt_uk evening; could you advise me if there’s a way of emailing your customer services department to give my 30 days notice to cancel my broadband connection or do I need to call? Thanks in Advance

  • LeonZeGerman Leon (@LeonZeGerman) reported

.@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently upgraded to Fibre 300 at a discounted price of £39.99. Service went live, now been downgraded as “it was a mistake” and there is no way of honouring the price, despite having it all in writing. Seems poor from a massive company, no?

  • HerInTheChair Tilly (@HerInTheChair) reported

@BDubleYou @bt_uk Very true! It seems to be working now for me on IOS. I hope that’s the end of the trouble.

  • LouLouWalsh Louise Walsh (@LouLouWalsh) reported

@bt_uk Yes - it’s been going on since the 17th March. The masts in Twickenham have been down so there has been no signal.

  • KlausSchmierer Klaus Schmierer (@KlausSchmierer) reported

@bt_uk You say We Connect for Good. We’re here to help. Both untrue. Inside/outside engineer promised two weeks ago, never arrived. Neither WiFi nor minihub working. In the best traditions of a monopoly, you don't seem to care.

  • RTx999 RT (@RTx999) reported

@bt_uk this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been on hold for 2 hours 10 minutes...and counting. I’ve moved house...I’m not looking to split the atom!!

  • PompeyCyclist Pompey Cyclist (@PompeyCyclist) reported

Hi @bt_uk three times today I was endangered by a driver of one of your vans. Does this come free with my Broadband deal or am I paying extra for that? Being attacked by a member of your staff must be a breach of contract on your part, right? So I can terminate early?

  • APscfc2008 A P (@APscfc2008) reported

@bt_uk Was having the issues at work all day today. Unfortunately I have finished work now so couldn’t tell you any more information.

  • JustWilliamson Will (@JustWilliamson) reported

@bt_uk Our @virginmedia broadband goes down about once a fortnight and the whole street could be interested in switching to BT. Is there a way we can petition for you to bring fibre to us? It's on other nearby streets but not ours.

  • charlieosborne Charles Osborne (@charlieosborne) reported

@OpenreachHelp Thanks for the reply. It’s a change from ADSL over copper with another provider to new FTTP service with @bt_uk. Just been told by BT that your engineer “didn’t bring enough cable” 🙈. Would be great if ‘Michael’ could have just answered the phone no. you gave us & explained!
