@bt_uk Am I of the understanding that after being told around 3pm today that BT would sort out my Broadband before my 7.30pm Zoom meeting, but as my broadband is still flashing orange at 8.44pm that BT cannot fix it. Disappointed

Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

@bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

@bt_uk Never ever ever allow EE to persuade you to let BT buyout your perfectly working Sky Broadband package!! 2 weeks now without any broadband, BT escalation team can’t seem to communicate with Openreach & with no end in sight, in their wisdom they cut off the Mini hub they sent!
