@bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

I take it that @bt_uk aren't alone in behaving like this? You'd think there'd be some reciprocity during a pandemic. Also, what's with this trend to only be able to cancel via phone? You can transfer your account to a new house using the website which is way more complicated

@btbusinesscare Update, following enough complaints from the village it looks like the issue may be resolved. We have had phones for 24 hours now. Openreach are continuing to investigate.

I left my house in March. I tried and tried to cancel. Finally, in August I cancelled my direct debit. I paid for nearly 5 months of broadband and phone I never used. Now @bt_uk you are planning to hand me to a debt collector because you think I should have continued paying?

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Should I pay a bill and then escalate it to the ombudsman or do I have to hold off (and risk credit blacklisting) while the ombudsman looks at the complaint? Most companies seem to force you into the latter. This is a real dilemma for me as @bt_uk are making me do it today

@bt_uk Just found out (when querying an online order) there have been reports of problems (to the retailer) of emails not getting through to BT Internet accounts. Also did receive emails from a dentist (that I needed to get). Any insight please?

Now, my only recourse is to the ombudsman but you refuse to call off the debt collectors while I do this. This is terrible, terrible customer service. You have driven away a long-term customer. Forever. I think I've used @bt_uk most of my adult life. This contract was 8 years old
