@AndrewJacobsLnD @bt_uk Oh dear, I feel your pain. We moved in on 18th, Gigaclear booked for 22nd, hit a problem so had 3 teams of engineers out and up and running Thursday evening with 300+MPS. The installation was free.

@btbusinesscare The point is you’re not there to help your business customers. Actually you are a disgrace I placed an order 10 days ago. Signed the contract and now you have no record of it. I have tried 3 times today talking to your call centres in India and still has not been resolved.

@bt_uk I am absolutely appalled to hear of the disgraceful service you have given my severely disabled parents. Passing my mothers call from pillar to post for so long she had a seizure then promising to call her back but not doing so. Without WiFi or help since Thursday. 😡😠🤬

@bt_uk actually everything was sorted but then the WiFi completely became inconsistent this morning. I have now resumed tethering my iPhone. Is there any way to check what’s going on with the signal? It was working fine all weekend?!

@bt_uk your customer service is appalling. Full Fibre upgrade processes wrong - cut off my broadband in error 31/3 and nobody knows how to reconnect me. Told I have to wait for engineer to come 19/4 - nearly 3 weeks 😡 Order supposed to be expedited but stuck in system for days!

The most stunningly bad customer service from @gigaclear home broadband. Due to have internet on Jan 3rd….still no connection. Several calls, emails and escalation and still nothing but unkept promises to respond at a later date. Come back @bt_uk all is forgiven…

@janie07 @bt_uk It’s ridiculous isn’t it? Spoke to at least 10, friendly, trying to help but can’t, BT staff. No ownership of problems. Apparently my landline was cut off when Openreach installed fibre. Why?! So it’s had to be installed as a new connection. The drop outs? Infuriating.

@bt_uk I’ve been contacting your Full Fibre team/Complaints/Early Life team/Advisors since last Friday 31/3 - it’s like a game of pass the parcel. Nobody wants to deal with it or sort out getting me reconnected. It’s the most appalling customer service EVER!
