@bt_uk my broadband is due to activate today. Received no kit. No communication from BT. Now been on hold for 35 mins. For a communications business they are very poor at it.

So many calls and emails and still no broadband, yet had an email to say our account has been cancelled. Absolutely awful service from @bt_uk surely it’s not this difficult to come and fit out WiFi in to our new property?!

@bt_uk our internet has been on and off all day. My husband spoke to someone earlier who told him there were no issues. There's clearly still issues. I'm having to watch NORMAL TV. Not sure i can survive much longer. Please help.

@AndrewJacobsLnD @bt_uk Oh dear, I feel your pain. We moved in on 18th, Gigaclear booked for 22nd, hit a problem so had 3 teams of engineers out and up and running Thursday evening with 300+MPS. The installation was free.

@bt_uk I would recommend you avoid signing up with BT, they are a bunch of crooks, If you signup for a plan and they keep putting the cost up, never happened with Plusnet or Talk Talk.

@bt_uk Multiple times, gone through all the trouble shooting etc and nothing seems to resolve the issue. Changed WiFi channels etc but still the same issues across multiple devices

@bt_uk Well its wrong tbh says I have it already when I cant have as im only getting 22mbps Down and 4.5mbps up also on the bt site says max speed I can get is up to 36mbps so something is wrong

@bt_uk - a 🧵 Internet stopped working 19/4. Run diagnostics online; external fault. Report it. Computer says won't be fixed until 22/4. I ring. Woman laughs at me, then says she will order a mini hub. She will raise a complaint. I contact BT on twitter-how long until minihub 1/3

@bt_uk BT hub suddenly went off and flashing and now yellow/orange. Restarted it but still the same, went blue for 5 seconds saying fixed then back to yellow/orange and troubleshooting said, 'It looks like there's a problem with your broadband.' But phone check says no issues.?

@bt_uk Hi. Not to impressed with HALO3. Broadband gone down - no internet, no landline and BT have no mini hub to send to send to keep me on line. Was offered £20 but would really prefer connectivity. So much for unbreakable home connection. Please help!
