    @AndrewJacobsLnD @bt_uk Oh dear, I feel your pain. We moved in on 18th, Gigaclear booked for 22nd, hit a problem so had 3 teams of engineers out and up and running Thursday evening with 300+MPS. The installation was free.

    So many calls and emails and still no broadband, yet had an email to say our account has been cancelled. Absolutely awful service from @bt_uk surely it’s not this difficult to come and fit out WiFi in to our new property?!

    @btbusinesscare The point is you’re not there to help your business customers. Actually you are a disgrace I placed an order 10 days ago. Signed the contract and now you have no record of it. I have tried 3 times today talking to your call centres in India and still has not been resolved.

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph I have had to raise a complaint on behalf of my elderly mother. My mum changed internet provider but failed to notify BT of the change. We therefore, paid a fee and the rest of the bill was waived in Dec 2022. Since then, she has received 1)
