Actually you are a disgrace I placed an order 10 days ago. Signed the contract and now you have no record of it. I have tried 3 times today talking to your call centres in India and still has not been resolved.

They believe that something is wrong in the system with my address meaning I can't access higher speed broadband despite there being ports free & my neighbours having it. They said to contact you.
