    @btbusinesscare The point is you’re not there to help your business customers. Actually you are a disgrace I placed an order 10 days ago. Signed the contract and now you have no record of it. I have tried 3 times today talking to your call centres in India and still has not been resolved.

    @AndrewJacobsLnD @bt_uk Oh dear, I feel your pain. We moved in on 18th, Gigaclear booked for 22nd, hit a problem so had 3 teams of engineers out and up and running Thursday evening with 300+MPS. The installation was free.

    So many calls and emails and still no broadband, yet had an email to say our account has been cancelled. Absolutely awful service from @bt_uk surely it’s not this difficult to come and fit out WiFi in to our new property?!

    @bt_uk I am absolutely appalled to hear of the disgraceful service you have given my severely disabled parents. Passing my mothers call from pillar to post for so long she had a seizure then promising to call her back but not doing so. Without WiFi or help since Thursday. 😡😠🤬

    @bt_uk Hi BT. Today I have mainly stayed in all day waiting for an engineer to turn up on a prebooked appointment which was confirmed by text earlier in week. No answer on you customer service numbers. Poor service

    @btbusinesscare Sadly, the chat agent couldn’t help either. Simple question, no-one can give me an answer. I’ll try the Billing team again later. Spoke to them yesterday, and got three different answers. Unbelievable.

    @bt_uk what is the problem with the wifi in SE13? I have a 2 bed flat, a Bt hub plus two boosters and an EE hub but WiFi cuts in and out all day. We only have 5 rooms in total how can we need 4 pieces of equipment and still not get a steady supply when trying to work.

    Been a BT customer for 11 years always payed my bill on the day. So every 2 years I renew my boradband not the BT TV contract. The TV contract I aloud me to cancel my NOW TV contract when every I wanted, remember I'm only renewing my boradband. @bt_uk and not the TV contract..

    @dunnsbakery @btbusinesscare Not bothered to as I thinks it’s a waste of time. Had an issue a few years ago that took 18 months to resolve and cost us more in wasted time than they paid in compensation. So we will be moving away from BT once out of contract.

    There for you are forcing customers in contract they don't want! 11 years of problems with wrong contract and wrong Tv package. The first TV package crash my boradband for a week n 1/2, then the wrong package n TV contract. 3 times this happened n I stay with them @bt_uk 🤔🤔🤔

    @btsport finally cancelled my subscription to your crappy service. Had ps5 since day1, still havent got 4k viewing on the app. Only have it for @ufc and you cant even have the events up to watch 10+ hours after its aired!
