    @BTCare OMG BT are an absolute joke. Just rang them and told to press1 to speak to my case manager and they just cut me off twice. Should have known that was never gonna happen.

    @BTCare No the manager was supposed to be giving me that today...was never gonna happen though was it. I rang and complained and was meant to be getting a call again today but 8pm still nothing!

    @BTCare @bt_uk If BT ever tell you a manager will call you don’t expect it to happen. They will call your phone and hang up after 1or2 rings so the number is registered in your phone and say you didn’t answer!! Liars and terrible service.

    @BTCare Unable to receive any BT TV subscription channels on TV or via BT app after setting up new BT TV box. System says I have no subscription channels? Have tried cust service, but minimum of 2 days for a call back to even start?????

    @BTCare My service was due to switch last week but I had to extend my BT service which was all agreed with yourselves but 4 days later you cut me off. You categorically promised to reconnect me on Sunday and promised to call yesterday to confirm but I’ve had to chase every time.

    @BTCare #broadband up & down all night. Call BT for help, spoke to a lady engineer from #Exeter (owns a Collie). Fixed the problem, pleasure to speak to & took the trouble to care. #BT_UK I've criticised you in the past but this person is a real credit to you & deserves thanks.

    @_JayBrown_ @BTCare Going on nearly 3 weeks for me. BT Customer Service the worst I have experienced. Thought I’d get in touch with @BTCare to see if they could help but not really getting anywhere. @SkyUK already been in touch.

    @BTCare new BB supposed to be live today. Been down for hours now, read up and I see normal is just a few minutes between old and new provider so my confidence I’ll be up & running by midnight as you promise is low.

    @BTCare Engineer came to my house. The internet is slower and does not load. !! I am watching a programme on ITV online that reloads every 2 minutes. 60 minutes programme will take 3 hours. This is just awful.

    @btinfinity @BTCare @limehouse55 BT Infinity super slow not working again. Absolutely shocking service and equally shocking customer care as they don’t care ! Won’t admit problem in EH55 we’ve never had the promised download speed.
