  @bt_uk Took Vikram 1 hour on a Web Chat for disconnection ..... Web Chat is supposed to work quicker.... Very poor service! I am very happy to leave BT Broadband.. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway ..   So I’ve had a BT landline since 1986 and broadband since 2002, but my renewal cost for broadband 900 Mb was £78.99 but after conversation £60.99, although a new customer can get it for £38.99. Ever felt like you are being ripped off.Awful customer service @bt_uk
