@Tanya173 @bt_uk Snap to that and I’m in Gillingham Kent. Spoke to the complaints department this morning and there’s nothing they can do until Tuesday apparently. I have complete blackout. No tv, internet or phone.

@OpenreachHelp we’ve been waiting since October 28th (3 MONTHS!!) for @WeAreOpenreach to fix a faulty telephone pole so that @bt_uk can set up our broadband finally. 3 months with temp WiFi under lockdown, endless promised timelines, and still no sign - PLEASE GIVE AN UPDATE

Why am I surprised? Online account with @btsport I can do anything other than cancel my account! At £36 a month we don’t think is good value but they make it so difficult to cancel. Shame the FCA don’t regulate them!

I would sell Martial for 10 Bensons, half a lager & a packet of prawn cocktail. I’ve never seen him speak, he is slow, laziest player around and never shows any recovery. I’d go mad if I had strikers like that in my team @rioferdy5 @btsport

Called @bt_uk @BTGroup to arrange copper, they said they would expedite the order and a manager would call back, no one called for days. I called them and they said my case had been moved to the "offline team" Seems that team is really offline - they never called back

@mrpaulandrew @bt_uk Afraid the advice by @bt_uk is wrong here re Tel 1 port on ONT. As per my previous tweet that is for Openreach FVA which is a withdrawn service. Only way to use BT Digital Voice is with the Smart Hub 2 or go broadband only and use a third party VoIP provider

@bt_uk are people working for you going round door knocking ? claim to work for BT . They had high viz grey tops with Bt and EE logo on as well as ‘money expert. They claimed people are reporting internet issues in the area and also wanted to know who we get internet from.

@WeAreOpenreach engineer showed up next day to install @bt_uk @BTGroup fibre, but he said it was impossible to bring cables into the second floor. Said we had to cancel and arrange copper. There was live bt copper in the flat from previous tenant so we know it can be done.
