    @bt_uk that this has been sorted. Just rang back a second time and after 1hr on hold the phone cut off. I am appalled at the disgusting service I have received having been a long term customer. I entered into a new contract with you I don’t expect bills for double the amount 2/3

    @OpenreachHelp we’ve been waiting since October 28th (3 MONTHS!!) for @WeAreOpenreach to fix a faulty telephone pole so that @bt_uk can set up our broadband finally. 3 months with temp WiFi under lockdown, endless promised timelines, and still no sign - PLEASE GIVE AN UPDATE

    @skytv @bt_uk Transferring to BT Fibre from Sky Fibre, Sky makes error resulting in 3 Days of no internet, no sign of resolution, no accountability, no call backs. Going to cancel Sky Q by end of day as can’t use TV services or phone which is critical as wife is @NHSuk worker

    @bt_uk disgusted with the full fibre complete Wi-Fi service it’s been over 8 hours of no internet... to be fobbed off with we are aware and it will be fixed within “2hrs” I am now till waiting.... what am I paying for literally Zero fibre ZERO Wi-Fi?!?! Not impressed BT 😖

    Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

    I would sell Martial for 10 Bensons, half a lager & a packet of prawn cocktail. I’ve never seen him speak, he is slow, laziest player around and never shows any recovery. I’d go mad if I had strikers like that in my team @rioferdy5 @btsport

    @bt_uk I upgraded my broadband 7-1-21 had a confirmation Email that day but nothing else since have tried live chat, customer service telephone always busy I want to know what’s happening to my order and my free Brit box subscription help please

    @bt_uk @JohnStapletonTV As a result of this BT have been in touch and organised an expert to come out and assess the problem as soon as suits dad. They've accepted there's a problem and are happy to discuss compensation once it's fixed. So progress at least. Shame it took public humiliation

    @mickeywhizz @bt_uk Not really. It's too pricey and the ping lag is huge. Up until May we had fab broadband. It's just Openreach and BT Wholesale being crap.

    @bt_uk I already have a designated advisor, 5 Openreach engineers have visited. 3 told me there was no fault, 2 said there was & they had fixed it. One Cube engineers said there was a fault but not his responsibility. Will texting FIX bring anything else to bring to the party Brian?

    @bt_uk we’ve been without a landline and wifi for 12 days now. We’ve been told it’s a major outage and the estimated time of restored service changes daily. We’re not impressed with your customer service or communication.
