  @bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

  @bt_uk Took Vikram 1 hour on a Web Chat for disconnection ..... Web Chat is supposed to work quicker.... Very poor service! I am very happy to leave BT Broadband..
