    @bt_uk that this has been sorted. Just rang back a second time and after 1hr on hold the phone cut off. I am appalled at the disgusting service I have received having been a long term customer. I entered into a new contract with you I don’t expect bills for double the amount 2/3

    Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

    @bt_uk disgusted with the full fibre complete Wi-Fi service it’s been over 8 hours of no internet... to be fobbed off with we are aware and it will be fixed within “2hrs” I am now till waiting.... what am I paying for literally Zero fibre ZERO Wi-Fi?!?! Not impressed BT 😖

    Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

    @bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

    @bt_uk Hi. It's the fact that we're two days short of a month since the order was placed. No one can tell me WHY the order was cancelled or WHY my Dad's line was cut off. How can you accidently cancel these without knowing why? How reliable would the new order be?

    Hello @BTCare @bt_uk I received my halo mobile internet hub. There's conflicting info on the packaging. The letter said send back if internet is fixed. The pamphlet says the hub is mine to keep in case internet goes down again.

    @richie_rich77 @virginmedia @bt_uk My advice would be to check your location for Wi-Fi signals. If you are having problems with your Virgin Wi-Fi there is a high chance you will have probs with any provider.

    @BT_UK keeps trying to move my broadband from @SkyUK which i've NEVER asked for. Been on the phone to both companies for hours and still nothing is sorted. BT can't do anything because of GDPA. A Mr Orhan Gencay DOESN'T LIVE AT MY ADDRESS!!!!!
