Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dig and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

@bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

@WorkTheSpace @bt_uk I left BT a few years ago after similar issues with packet loss and shocking download speeds. Sadly it took 1 weeks to get a stable connection and then the local infrastructure would only give me half the speed I was getting before.
