I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! Can’t even open app. But I still guess you say all ok

HolisterJames (@Worldcu55617750) reported@bt_uk 5 different CS team have looked into this issue and had 2 BT engineers out and no one could solve the problem. Problem was I was using too may Wi-Fi devices or BT fibre fault. No compensation was given. So I left BT.
