  @bt_uk so just I’m settling down to watch the Liverpool Aston Villa game my Internet has decided to play up. Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

  @bt_uk funny how when I run MY BT app it never says the speed is too low and I’m always in my guaranteed download and upload but when I run it with other tests including bt wholesale they never achieve the speeds especially when we are having issues in house!!! Guaranteed Con!

  @bt_uk not had broadband most of the night. Checked area, there does not appear to be an issue. I have checked all wires and tried turning off and on again. Broadband light was amber and now has just disappeared! Is somebody able to advise please?!
