I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! Now Iโm in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me ยฃ60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test itโs ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!๐

Sent a complaint letter to BT plc, PO Box 334, Sheffield, S98 1BT and received a text a couple of weeks later saying the complaint had been closed but with no resolution.
