I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!๐

Now Iโm in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me ยฃ60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test itโs ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

The issue is you werenโt able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this?
