    @T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

    Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

    @bt_uk why do you insist on making it impossible to cancel your services!! I need to cancel BT sport but can’t get through to anyone to do this and will not be happy if I get charged another month 😑

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @bt_uk broadband is running slow I’m meant to be getting 900mbps called customer service they said they can’t help me as hub looks normal yet I’m only receiving 200mbps on a device so they won’t send an engineer, how is this an acceptable service?

    @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying Β£65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

    Absolute shocking service from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach . 80 year old parents without landline or broadband due to an off site fault for over a week, call center a chocolate teapot and still no visit from an open reach engineer or any hint of service recovery. Contact plz
