Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@bt_uk disgusting service from BT, my 80 year old Nan left without a phone line, our only contact with her is through a ring doorbell. Seeing a fail old lady standing on her doorstep at 11pm talking through a doorbell was heartbreaking. Does anybody at BT care anymore? Seems not!

@bt_uk moved house out of a rental, wanted Wifi in 2 locations, advised to set up new service… called today to cancel my original account to be told I have a 30 day cancellation and owe £500+… Sana wasn’t very nice to me either when I asked for her superior.1hr+ on the call now
