@bt_uk is it is acceptable for elderly customers to be disregarded as they do not use a mobile phone? Engineers due 8-1 today, agent I'm speaking to today has IT issues and keeps getting disconnected... I need to speak to a manager ASAP as agent isn't doing that

@BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

As no reply or help from @bt_uk have had to manually uninstall McAfee myself. Not sure if this removes all the necessary files though. And by some miracle, Norton seems to have installed correctly.

@bt_uk my father-in-law has had a really bad line for weeks now, he had an engineer out last year and it seemed to rectify it, but it is so crackly at the moment that he can't hear what the caller is saying. Please can you arrange to sort it out, thanks.

@jinks_bar @bt_uk @BT To be fair, our broadband with BT has always been spot on. Sounds like you need a box upgrade. Really would advise against Virgin. Was with them a while ago. Appalling service. Broadband was terrible and the outages were every week. Left them for Sky but they were just as bad.

It's returned now. @BTCare The regular dropping out from the laughably slow Internet provision is intolerable and I intend to investigate changing provider in the morning.
