@BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

@bt_uk No broadband for the entire Christmas and new year. Fix date has been pushed back FOUR time now. Its been no broadband for 11 days and still ongoing. Everytime I raised to customer complaint asked what happened and why, I was told theres nothing they can do about it!

@bt_uk evening, I bought a BT baby monitor 6000 around 12 months ago. The USB charging point has broken rendering it unable to be charged and therefore a very expensive paperweight. Who do I speak to about getting this repaired or replaced. This is the 2nd one I've had to buy now

@BTCare Customer Care shockingly bad. Call reps could not give a dam. Such poorly trained staff. No wonder BT has such poor scores on Trust Pilot.
