    @bt_uk disgusting service for new customers. My grandparents who are in their 70/80โ€™s ordered newest bt tv product a few weeks back ahead of them moving house. Only to find bt turned up at old address despite being told of new address and now refusing to come round TIL tues

    @bt_uk I'm having issues with internet speed again, this has been the past few days, I run a speed test but it says it's all fine, yet I cant load anything on wifi on my phone

    Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. Theyโ€™re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate itโ€™s distressing them!

    @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph this is how BT are treating their loyal customers! Iโ€™m going to lose my house because of a default they put on my account - they never sent me a final bill to pay and my account doesnโ€™t show any final bill owing! They refuse to help me smugly telling me my fault!

    @T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think youโ€™ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, Iโ€™ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @BTGroup @bt_uk without doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. Two months on from broadband connection date, almost daily calls and multiple engineer visits and still no broadband connection. Absolutely appalling. @Ofcom #ofcom

    @bt_uk Iโ€™m having trouble getting in touch with anyone. My elderly mother has been without her landline which she relies on for 6 weeks now! Each time I check to see when it will be repaired, the date keeps getting pushed back. Please can someone message me.

    @bt_uk so no WiFi service in our area and our WiFi box has just stopped working. Unable to log into our account too as its not accepting the correct password. We are in the Southampton area. Help.

    @bt_uk Cheers, appreciate your reply. Iโ€™ll try getting a cat8 cable installed to replace the cat5 that came to connect to the router to see if that will help at all. Only time I donโ€™t get the minimum amount is when others are using on WiFi

    @bt_uk She is an existing customer on basic broadband and phone, upgrading after 3mths or so, to a broadband only package, clearly shows currently the broadband only package for 150 fibre is ยฃ34.99 yet she is being charged ยฃ59.99, thatโ€™s ยฃ4 more than your own 900 fibre package
