    @bt_uk It sounds like my needs may be more towards the business service - quite happy to make that change if we can get this resolved as soon as possible (and it doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg)

    Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

    @bt_uk disgusting service for new customers. My grandparents who are in their 70/80’s ordered newest bt tv product a few weeks back ahead of them moving house. Only to find bt turned up at old address despite being told of new address and now refusing to come round TIL tues

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @bt_uk I have been trying to cancel my BTsport subscription for 40 minutes now but each time I get transferred to cancellations the line goes dead. Has happened twice now. Please advise.

    @bt_uk More needs to be done to get fibre into certain areas. We have fibre in our village but my house can’t get it as it stops about 500m from us. Yet we are still paying fibre prices. Don’t even get me started on the reliability issues.

    @bt_uk Can you provide a timescale please? I can see from searching online many people have been complaining about this for a long time. My only option is to buy a £15 Virgin monthly pass, i may as well just cancel my bt contract and take a phone contract with @virginmedia

    Ordered fibre in in April, install in May, now in a never changing loop of hell as @bt_uk cannot get things done. @bt_uk processes don’t work else I would have fibre by now

    @bt_uk Unfortunately too many updates have been made and never with progress. No opportunity to do anything different- this he’ll continues unless someone can listen and change. This is frustrating beyond

    @bt_uk BT Failure, we have had no broadband or telephone service for 3 weeks in the RH19 area. Despite numerous calls to BT & Openreach who from my experience do appear able to communicate with another are incapable of providing an engineering fix. This not an isolated case.
