-
Brian O'Keefe (@rider45) reported from Great Baddow, England@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.
-
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Braintree, England@StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Asif Rana (@HounslowParking) reported@bt_uk Please can you tell me why your service is so useless? You've forced us to switch over from copper to fibre, but then you haven't made the actual switch and just thought its easier to charge us for both services. Your staff are utterly clueless and inept. #btareuseless
-
Alcazar (@AlcazarTM) reported@bt_uk sort your **** internet out ffs
-
kernip ✌ (@Kernn_Dawg) reported@bt_uk you’re existing customer price promise is a scam, your customer service is a mess and you have 0 loyalty for your long term existing customer. Get in the bin. Moving to @skytv asap.
-
Bill Scott (@BillSco747) reported@WeAreOpenreach @KeoghsLaw @bt_uk The link does not work. I have sent you a private message! This is truly ridiculous by Openreach who as far as I can gauge are acting in bad faith!
-
John Upham (@jeupham) reported@bt_uk My landline (01252) 514372 was restored yesterday (April 9th) by @WeAreOpenreach (thanks!) after not working since March 9th. Who do I contact regarding compensation? @Ofcom Many thanks!
-
CM (@Caldale58) reported@bt_uk is there ever a day when your products actually work for a whole day. If it's not the unstable app continually throwing you out, it's accessing MyBT. Why does anyone stay with you. Totally exasperated again.
-
Lizzie 🏴🇬🇧🌹 (@Dizzylizzie19) reported@bt_uk Very frustrated that your new 2 step security verification is not working and apparently many cannot access their accounts. Please fix asap
-
Ben Thompson (@BenBonj) reportedIsn’t it funny I had no internet issues until @bt_uk offer me to upgrade my package since then it’s been dogshite. Dropping out constantly & buffering when I didn’t take em up on it. Almost as if they’ve slowed it down deliberately to make me upgrade to get more money out of me.
-
Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid you allow people to do this? I think as a company you desperately need to review this practice, it’s dangerous and a disgrace and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.
-
Rachel (@rachelleese84) reported@bt_uk Thanks. Honestly, my husband has called at least 10 times. We’ve had multiple openreach visits. Each claiming to have fixed it but haven’t. Latest is tomorrow but I have zero confidence it will fix the issue.
