    @bt_uk my internet is down, I’m stuck in with 2 kids on lock down, and after nearly 45 minutes on the phone you still have not answered. Absolutely disgusting customer service 😑😑😑😑😑

    @bt_uk I have been trying to cancel my BTsport subscription for 40 minutes now but each time I get transferred to cancellations the line goes dead. Has happened twice now. Please advise.

    @BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

    I can honestly say the customer service at @bt_uk is second to non. Even though they don’t connect me for 3 weeks!!!! They’ve still been great πŸ‘πŸ½

    @bt_uk is it is acceptable for elderly customers to be disregarded as they do not use a mobile phone? Engineers due 8-1 today, agent I'm speaking to today has IT issues and keeps getting disconnected... I need to speak to a manager ASAP as agent isn't doing that

    @bt_uk I have spent hours on the phone to your call centres, managed my other services fine once I eventually get through, but they cannot remove additional storage. I've been on online chat with no useful help. And the neither the BT or Cloud apps have the facility to remove the 50GB.

    @virginmedia It’s down again, this time until 10 PM. Your excuse is unacceptable. If I was to go out to my clients and told them that I don’t know how long it will take but please pay me in advance, I wouldn’t have any clients. @BTCare Will do a better job from September.
