    I can honestly say the customer service at @bt_uk is second to non. Even though they donโ€™t connect me for 3 weeks!!!! Theyโ€™ve still been great ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

    @bt_uk Dear BT - I am a loyal customer of many years. my credit profile has been destroyed by a default over a bill that occurred when switching to EE from Bt direct over a miscommunication and your team are refusing to help me. I am going to lose my house. Please intervene ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ˜ญ

    @bt_uk @BTCare Hi Team. I currently have the fibre 100 package (fibre to home) however I seem to experience severe performance issues when we have 2 laptops running in the apartment. Could you please contact / send a wii fii boaster possibly ?

    @BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think youโ€™ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, Iโ€™ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @bt_uk is it is acceptable for elderly customers to be disregarded as they do not use a mobile phone? Engineers due 8-1 today, agent I'm speaking to today has IT issues and keeps getting disconnected... I need to speak to a manager ASAP as agent isn't doing that

    @bt_uk I have been trying to cancel my BTsport subscription for 40 minutes now but each time I get transferred to cancellations the line goes dead. Has happened twice now. Please advise.

    @bt_uk @charl32647 Thatโ€™s part of the problem. In my recent experience they didnโ€™t help on most occasions, only when I chanced upon one good one. They just consumed huge time and frustrated.

    @bt_uk Your engineer came on Tuesday but couldnโ€™t fix the problem as I needed a new router - which for some reason he didnโ€™t have. A new one was ordered but now 2 days later no sign of it! What kind of service is that?

    @btbusinesscare @Starlink 5 days later and this might be fixed by Wednesday. Weโ€™re a business and we pay for a business service. Your lack of service, communication and even a temporary solution is pathetic. The best youโ€™ve come up with is โ€œuse a 4G dongleโ€. Imagine running YOUR company through a dongle!

    @bt_uk Don't imply she's just changed her mind. Your staff deliberately bamboozle people. They are told to. Consider this a complaint, and send her a copy of the audio recording (I know you can't send it to me without her permission, but believe me, I will be listening to it).
