@BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@tonyhorrocks @andysc @bt_uk It used to auto cancel every couple of years too. Similarly with the dance the Royal mail used to make you go through to opt out of their junk mail deliveries. Not sure if they still do that or not.

@bt_uk Hi. My broadband wasn't working earlier today so I went online to report the fault. After running diagnostics the problem is fixed and my broadband is working again. However it now says an engineer is due to come tomorrow and a mini hub is on the way.
