@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk Hi, my BT wifi disc broke. Just been on phone to BT they say I don’t have one and don’t subscribe to one. I was sent it by BT and BT engineer fitted it over 1 year ago. So I’ve been burning electricity for nothing! It apparently was never working becuse no subscription.

@BTCare - your “unbreakable” broadband has just gone down AGAIN in my home. This is the 4th time now in two weeks. It’s unacceptable. It’s not ticking over to EE either.

Hey @bt_uk @BTCare one of your Openreach vans nearly ran me and my daughter over this morning on a pedestrian crossing. I have reg number - would like to make official complaint. Van driver completely ignored us, didn't slow down, I was already standing on the crossing.

@bt_uk Yep - I'd like to know when you will sort out the fault on my account. Your customers pay a premium for being with BT but right now the customer service I am getting is appalling. Slow to respond, get passed from pillar to post and nothing gets fixed - just excuses.

@BTBusiness @btbusinesscare I am a bit lost with my business broadband and phone account. Have been billed on 16th May AND 19th May. Have no idea why and can't seem to log in to my account. I want to check my billing but it's coming up I have no bills to view. Please help.

@bt_uk Yes I did and it was supposed to be activated today. When I checked the order status yesterday, it said "we had to cancel your order" (no coms received abt it). Called up the CC, they didn't know why and all they could do is to do a "reissue" and an updated ETA of May 25.
