@bt_uk Ethernet connection to the router using a gigbit cable so no latency or speed issues should be present.

@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk 3 openreach engineers over 4 weeks and still getting my internet cut out on me halfway through important video calls. I'm also only getting half speed most of the time. I've not heard back anything from BT since last week. I need this to be sorted.
