@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk So your solution is for me to cancel my current plan with yourselves because it’s rubbish and get an alternative, more expensive option ? It’s almost like you’ve deliberately made my service unreliable / non existent.

@bt_uk The stress caused by this is completely unnecessary. We have had not had any written communication to apologise for what's happened except on here where I've had to chase you. My husband has called several times. Due to poor signal in our village our calls have been cut off.

@bt_uk Nothing the lady left me on hold while she looked into the problem. I have spent countless hours over the last few weeks trying to resolve the issue and this isn’t the first time I have been cut off with no one calling back. Disgraceful

Day 25 of no service. No telephone no internet no call from complaints resolution team at @bt_uk No update from @OpenreachHelp Definitely no engineers. Just take your money and run #Communicationsombudsman

@bt_uk We are having to wait around for BT to contact us when I will repeat again, this is not our fault, BT caused this issue. We should not have to wait to hear from BT. They should be actively trying to resolve the problem AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

@bt_uk The engineer needs to come out today and sort it out. We also need to speak to them in person so they know exactly what the problem is rather than rely on BT's incompetence. Please confirm they will be visiting today to fix the problem. If not pm me & a member of BT can ring me.

@bt_uk Had issues with my bt box. The TV repeatedly turns on and off. 2 TV’s have broken and we’re now on our third. It’s clearly a box issue and not a TV issue. We had a new box a few months ago but it’s still happening. Currently paying £80 a month for this. How do I cancel?

@bt_uk I’m furious, spent 1 hour on the phone today ,after feeling I’ve been pushed into a package which I wasn’t given the full information. I opened a complaint, within hours I’ve been told the complaint been closed? I’ve had no contact from yourselves to discuss an outcome .

@bt_uk My service with you was PERFECT for 2 years, the deal expired and I set up a new one for a lower cost a month ago and it’s been truly awful. Same address, same equipment, totally different level of service.
