    @btbusinesscare after 3 months of lockdown BT cut off my line and broadband just as I reopened my shop. They cited that another company was taking over my line. I can assure you this is not the case. I now cannot take card payments in my shop! I raised a complaint this morning

    @btsport @SkySports allowing customers during this national crisis to pause sports subscriptions, within a few clicks of logging into your online account, great work sky. @btsport forcing customers to call in to cancel, with very long wait times, not so great work bt #shameonyou

    @bt_uk I am not prepared to ring again. Be put on hold for upto an hour for the problem not to be resolved. Can you please get someone to call me.

    @BrennanSurgeon @bt_uk Our broadband was out whenever windy and wet (10 months of the year in Cornwall) After much online testing and to and fro-ing with @bt_uk they sent someone to actually look at the pole The box was hanging upside down and filling with rainwater- fixed easily #humanfactors

    @btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    A TV subscription related issue folks...Recently added @btsport to Virgin TV. Can I download the BT Sports App and watch Live TV now? Niktha on Virgin chat insists I can but based on her responses I have reason to believe she might be high.

    @bt_uk This was never mentioned or agreed. We are fighting to have our old number as all of our customers over the last 20 years of trading have our number 01302 302302. BT have put this number up into ‘the cloud’ and have lost it.

    @virginmedia your customer service agent today actually advised me to stay with @bt_uk and not to move to Virgin. He refused to take my complaint and hung up on me. I am going to leave reviews everywhere. I'd like a call back today please.

    @btbusinesscare Trying but struggling to log the fault to get engineer out as you have deleted our account information. Was confirmed in July at last fault report that it was your end and you would sort it out but obviously not done that as problems again!

    @bt_uk Hi Jordan, to be honest, the steps didn’t really make a difference. The internet is still pretty slow when trying to use more than one device connected to the WiFi

    @bt_uk 🚨🚨Urgent help needed please!!! 🚨🚨 We feel we need to update everybody as this has gone on far too long. We are still having issues with BT. They had convinced us to changing our contract to a new one and in the process of this they have decided to issue us a new phone number.

    @bt_uk Ill DM. I take it from this an update is available but hasn’t been shared? Im not necessarily going to be keen on being called to be told BT still have no idea when they’ll be able to provide a service. And no reason for not providing it already.
