@bt_uk And? How the f*ck do you expect an 82yr old to do this himself? What was he supposed to do with the letter? Try and phone your support line asking for help with something he didn't understand? Flag this on the account? Is a birthdate of 1940 not an obvious f*ing flag?

So the braindead parasites from @bt_uk just sent us a marketing leaflet for a service we already use with them. If @bt_uk shut down its entire marketing department; and spent the money on infrastructure and customer services; they’d actually get more customers.

@virginmedia Its okay. I got through and was told would have to wait another two weeks minimum to get a team back out. Contacted @bt_uk and within an hour I had a new deal and it was extremely professional. I will in touch once I get an install date to cancel my contract. Sad it came to this

@bt_uk I have done and nobody has got back to me. It’s all reported but a very slow process and I’d actually like the opportunity to talk to the manager of the team as the manhole cover was left u done for some time and it was dangerous.
