@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk An engineer came on the 7th to install Full Fibre. They told us that our service would start working within 2 days, but it hasn’t. I tried using the text support but doesn’t recognise our landline number. Order ref VOL013-539139545318.

@bt_uk @EE I stay less than half a mile from a BT Exchange and still have not got fibre installed in our street shocking. Also my existing BT broadband is no good for streaming less than 1 Meg download speed and signal keep dropping extecially at peak times unacceptable in this day ang age.

@bt_uk The automated/remote diagnostic had highlighted a slow broadband connection. We can’t correct that to say NO Internet connection - although not sure that would make a difference to response time.

@bt_uk Don’t believe this advert it’s complete rubbish, we haven’t had reliable internet since August, now on are 10th engineer ( although to be fair 3 didn’t turn up 1 came twice to say he wasn’t trained to fix it) and my zoom meetings regularly freeze
