@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

  • TamsinD1 TamsinD (@TamsinD1) reported from Penzance, England

@btsport Terrible experience so far trying to get BTSport fixed - IPC6023 - over an hour yesterday online doing full restart and didn’t fix; phoned today and after 30mins of being on hold, get cut off. Appalling customer care as this is a fault all over social media.

  • paulbeevers71 Paul Beevers (@paulbeevers71) reported from Helston, England

@btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

  • Ace_pseudonym Ollie Kirkbride (@Ace_pseudonym) reported from Camborne, England

  • sophiehellyer Sophie Hellyer (@sophiehellyer) reported from Saint Agnes, England

@Josh_Taylor91 @bt_uk Yeah we had no internet at all for a month in lockdown, and have had a questionable connection all year, plus no phone signal indoors. Hooray internet 🥳

  • kaystone1 Kay Shepherd (@kaystone1) reported from St. Ives, England

@btbusinesscare after 3 months of lockdown BT cut off my line and broadband just as I reopened my shop. They cited that another company was taking over my line. I can assure you this is not the case. I now cannot take card payments in my shop! I raised a complaint this morning

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Debbo74 Rob Debenham (@Debbo74) reported

@bt_uk @BTGroup officially the worst tv provider I’ve ever had the misfortune to use. Complaint made, engineer booked, but for wrong issue and still not able to watch the extra channels I am paying for. Daylight robbery

  • itsRaeLau Rae (@itsRaeLau) reported

@bt_uk It doesn’t really help me when I have to work from home and pay a fair amount each month for high quality broadband. I shouldn’t have to experience intermittent internet for 4 days straight.

  • Caitlin_Green_ Caitlin Green (@Caitlin_Green_) reported

@MikeFor35319087 @bt_uk Same here! Worst company I have ever dealt with. They deserve to lose all of our business!

  • ClaudiaDoherty Claudia (@ClaudiaDoherty) reported

@bt_uk Can someone get back to me on my complaint please? It’s getting ridiculous now I’m meant to be working from home.

  • Caitlin_Green_ Caitlin Green (@Caitlin_Green_) reported

@bt_uk have left us a week without internet due to incompetency. Terrible customer service, no one making sure things get sorted. Waited in today for an engineer who never arrived. Avoid BT at all costs! Absolutely terrible time consuming experience.

  • AntsVayne Ants (@AntsVayne) reported

@Nadejha @bt_uk Purple flashing light usually means your hub can't lock on to the network.

  • ChrisAd12469870 Chris Adamson (@ChrisAd12469870) reported

@bt_uk hi, I had an engineer out to my house this morning, could I speak to someone about the problem please, thanks

  • AnnaGra65143872 Anne Graham (@AnnaGra65143872) reported

@bt_uk Really disappointed with the responses after you severed my landline when laying fibre optic. Took most of morning to get someone to pay attention and I can't record a complaint. Staff do and claim to have dealt with it. No clear contact details either.

  • dave_democracy dave democracy (@dave_democracy) reported

@btbusinesscare you billed me for separate engineer visits to fix one fault that all the engineers said they couldnt find the problem to , then when I rang billing to complain the person on line tried to tell me the charges were justified !

  • nataliebeech Melendehl (@nataliebeech) reported

@bt_uk As a BT customer this is the first one I have received in many years. My parents last received one over a decade ago, most folks assume they aren’t even printed anymore so wouldn’t know they need to opt-out. Further I’ve confirmed deliveries to neighbours who’ve opted out.
