    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    @btsport Terrible experience so far trying to get BTSport fixed - IPC6023 - over an hour yesterday online doing full restart and didn’t fix; phoned today and after 30mins of being on hold, get cut off. Appalling customer care as this is a fault all over social media.

    @btbusinesscare after 3 months of lockdown BT cut off my line and broadband just as I reopened my shop. They cited that another company was taking over my line. I can assure you this is not the case. I now cannot take card payments in my shop! I raised a complaint this morning

    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

    @bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

    @BrennanSurgeon @bt_uk Our broadband was out whenever windy and wet (10 months of the year in Cornwall) After much online testing and to and fro-ing with @bt_uk they sent someone to actually look at the pole The box was hanging upside down and filling with rainwater- fixed easily #humanfactors

    @OmbudServices please help! @BT_uk and @WeAreOpenreach unable to provide stable broadband. BT insist it is working when it clearly isn’t. BT Tech Advisor was in the house to witness it disappear. Asking £85 for an engineer to check their own service failure. Can’t do my job.

    @bt_uk my neighbours telephone is not working. She is an elderly vulnerable person and her emergency assistance system is now not working. I have reported the fault but it’s advising a fix date of the 24th. Is there any assistance you can give?

    @youfibre @netomniafibre I’ve given up , for the second time this week I’ve had to use my @bt_uk router to replace your service. Constant drop outs and buffering. It’s like having dial up broadband. Numerous calls to customer care and being told your working on it. DH1
