@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk Ensure your Advisors don’t lie, fix longstanding issues, attend appointments when they are set, call when you say you will, look at compensation for customers with these longstanding issues & just a thought, don’t increase prices on a substandard service!

The joke of @virginmedia just continues. Weeks of arguing to get a free WiFi pod which was promised at POS now turns out being charged £12 extra a month. The awful prospect of calling customer services again who are truly the worst Ive ever encountered. Wish Id stuck with @bt_uk
