@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk our activation date for our broadband was yesterday and it is still not working. We can’t contact anyone as it keeps asking for our landline number and we haven’t been given one. Is there anyone I can speak to about this please?

@PhilMou @btsport @SkySports Just the sky for me and use my dad’s login for BT on the laptop. Purely for the CL. But many times each week I ask myself why I’m paying for boring ‘massive top 6’ meetings that almost always end in 0-0. Gimme the Irish league any day. Honest players.
