@bt_uk Ethernet connection to the router using a gigbit cable so no latency or speed issues should be present.

@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

Altho England get off to a poor start I'm the happiest today now watching the 1st session of #testcricket on @btsport than I have been putting on 'happy face' all #Christmas day. Just find all the day such a hassle & when told 'mrsHB'- just did not understand. So I 'compromised'.
