  @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

  @bt_uk I thought you want to know. The OpenReach engineer who visited told me that he is the 12th engineer attending the same fault which is open since 23rd November. The service was down in two hours after the engineer left.

  @bt_uk Well that sucks. Kind going backwards on features as the older one was able to. Now I got a few devices that can't connect correctly because bands share the same name. I hope it gets patched in a firmware update soon.
