@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@joe_yer99 @bt_uk All done as best value, using a chat bot which has a rigid suite of algorithms, to ditch the costs of a real people service @NationwidePress have changed their online messaging to an exactly similar system, with no options to bypass with a freeform message

@CockertonMark @bt_uk Call them up and state that you are disputing the charge and wish to raise a complaint that means they can’t enforce any charge until the complaint process is complete and gets you away from first line support.

Hands up everyone who thinks the newly announced 50:50 joint venture between BTSport and Eurosport, effectively merging all their channels into one subscription service in the UK, is going to result in lower annual bills for being able to watch MotoGP, WSB & BSB (and EWC, MX etc)
