@bt_uk Ethernet connection to the router using a gigbit cable so no latency or speed issues should be present.

@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk Absolutely shocking customer service teams, had my house damaged by openreach... a company BT sent to install my upgraded box but done Absolutely zero to help get the issue fixed... AVOID allowing openreach or BT to install anything on your property

@bt_uk This number is for faults. I just get sent a text. I’ve tried 0800800150 again and again and it just says ‘busy..call again later’. My elderly mother’s landline phone is now not working, she has no idea what to do with the handset she’s been sent and she is very distressed!!
