@btsport @SkySports allowing customers during this national crisis to pause sports subscriptions, within a few clicks of logging into your online account, great work sky. @btsport forcing customers to call in to cancel, with very long wait times, not so great work bt #shameonyou

@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@ReedoMUFC @jinglesafc @btsport The entire bordcast compound at the gabba is affected due to the power issue. I’m sure Sky would use the same facilities for their “own feed”

@btsport please please please find a way of having your own commentary of the Ashes. Even if it’s local radio coverage, or TMS radio coverage or Cook and Harmison in the studio. I can’t listen to the tv feed anymore, it’s truly awful.

@btsport #TheAshes Mat Smith - please shut up. Utterly irrelevant waffle. We know there is an issue with pictures. We can see!!! It doesn’t mean you have to keep talking. Give it a bloody rest.

Mark Long
(@MarkLong06) reported
@Ossiejc1 @btsport They would never have their own cameras set up in the ground. They would take the camera feed from the host broadcaster and just have their own comms. Thats the only difference between BT and Sky, the fact that BT don't have their own comms...

Robert Carter

Notwithstanding the current loss of pictures which I understand isn't their fault, @btsport coverage of #Ashes2021 has so far been spectacularly poor
