  • Ace_pseudonym Ollie Kirkbride (@Ace_pseudonym) reported from Camborne, England

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

  • jakekimpton Jake Kimpton (@jakekimpton) reported from Penryn, England

@bt_uk Ethernet connection to the router using a gigbit cable so no latency or speed issues should be present.

  • Ace_pseudonym Ollie Kirkbride (@Ace_pseudonym) reported from Camborne, England

@bt_uk Move service. But with a delay as we were waiting for our house to be built.

  • Ace_pseudonym Ollie Kirkbride (@Ace_pseudonym) reported from Germoe, England

@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

  • Cragsville Crag (@Cragsville) reported

Wasted hours and hours of time repeating the whole story and still we have no outcome!!!!! HELP @bt_uk

  • davo33uk E S25OWL 🦉 (@davo33uk) reported

@bt_uk I’ve logged everything Saturday with technical support

  • hurstyruth R Hurst (@hurstyruth) reported

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Paying for a service they aren’t getting. Apparently all down to you @WeAreOpenreach

  • RealDavidJSteel David Steel (@RealDavidJSteel) reported

@bt_uk Unbreakable, but still running at below the service obligation levels on either network - despite properties either side of me getting over 35mbps. I called the “help desk” and was told 4G was the answer, but no network gives me over 3mbps.

  • npayne678 Npayne (@npayne678) reported

@bt_uk if you focused as much energy on fixing issues as you do promoting your TV, you may have less complaints . 3 months of contract issues and I still have to wait 5-7 days for someone to look at my complaint

  • CatherineHSmith Catherine Smith (@CatherineHSmith) reported

@bt_uk why is it that your email service frequently doesn’t work properly from any iPhone apps? It doesn’t work properly from Mail and it doesn’t work properly from your own app. They aren’t sending at all! It’s so useless and massively frustrating. It’s been this way for weeks!

  • Philippa2017 Philippa Robbins (@Philippa2017) reported

For the third time BT @bt_uk has, without notice, failed to turn up to an appt they scheduled. The £25 apologies are obviously set too low to encourage @bt_uk to make enough effort to turn up when a customer has arranged to be at home at a time of @bt_uk's suggestion.

  • Rob_Aris_ Rob Aris (@Rob_Aris_) reported

@Footyfan20001 @btsport Yeah went to manager mode and was getting champions league highlights, then the option for manger mode went. Still got it working and watched the game but still not right that it keeps freezing on my TV though! Any help yet @btsport

  • Bertie002 Bertie Windsor (@Bertie002) reported

@bt_uk we have spent 3 hours on the phone morning, even with one of you colleagues putting the phone down on us. Massively disappointed with the service.... And still no answer if I can have a new mini hub!

  • StephenTM918 Stephen Taylor-Moore (@StephenTM918) reported

Currently over 20min on hold to both @bt_uk and @virginmedia trying to change my install date with one and cancel my service with the other. Both of which should take 3 clicks on a website; Virgin doesn't offer the option online and BT's one is broken...
