@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk An update, the PON light flashed green for 1.5 hours, then reconnected to the network. I cancelled the booked engineer appointment. If fibre cable was damaged the FON would be flashing red, PON flashing green meant exchange connection was good, but service was deactivated there

@bt_uk just checked my bt bill and I’m being charge for now Tv. Don’t think I’ve ever used it. Bt app says to cancel in the bt app. Err- where? Please send me the link to cancel now Tv?

@bt_uk No, had replacement hub abt yr ago I think. Last 3 or 4 mth seem to have lot of little glitchy mins & then it would be OK for while but the last month & bit have found restarting hub has cleared connection issues- or sometimes just soft device disconnect from hub & reconnect wifi

@NewAgeBoxingUK @Lead_Right @btsport A sold out Tottenham stadium and BT PPV yet we have an absolute dog **** undercard, for once can we fans not get something back. I get they have dates to fill but couldn’t yarde v beterbiev, Dubois in with a better opponent and say ball v Dickens have got made?

@bt_uk Home hub has been dropping random devices over last 4 or 5 wks but never just acting like firewall blocking just some random websites! We've had to restart it several times recently as loses connections to net or devices... just not this odd some websites not others thing! 2/2

@bt_uk Sometimes it seems to sleep for 5 or 25 mins then comes back... other times all devices seem to react the same as if internet speed is being throttled and all devices (inc the internet tv get glitchy & pixilated/slow/sound & picture out of sync. 3/3
