No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

They cited that another company was taking over my line. I can assure you this is not the case. I now cannot take card payments in my shop! I raised a complaint this morning

Appalling customer care as this is a fault all over social media.

I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

Jack Murray (@JackMur58861755) reported@bt_uk why are you throttling YouTube?? I have just purchased bt fibre 900 and I am getting the top speeds but when I use YouTube it buffers and goes to a low resolution!!! You have to be throttling as when I switch to a VPN it works fine.
