@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk Ethernet connection to the router using a gigbit cable so no latency or speed issues should be present.

So @bt_uk didn't offer any help or discounts til changed my supplier. If they want to know why I changed, there's my answer. And your whiney rude bloke on the phone was not apologetic at all and just blamed me. So thanks for that.

@bt_uk No way I can find on the @bt_uk website to tell them the hub lacks the phone socket. Only option given me is to ... you can see this coming ... PHONE them. On my phone. Which doesn't work. Why can't I just email them? Or file a ticket with a web form?

@bt_uk Fault reported on the 27/09 and still not resolved despite several calls to you all lasting over an hour. I also have a complaint raised & no one is helping. VOL013-717609536212 is the complaint & VOL055-429110645639 is the fault
