  @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

  @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

  @btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

  @bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

  I was actually looking forward to the senior arrows on @btsport but christ the coverage is awful. Its as though the microphone has been doused in beer and they’ve dug out a webcam from the 1990’s. Hopefully its fixed by time @PhilTaylor makes his appearance!

  @btsport come on BT Sport, sort it out at the Seniors Darts, picture quality poor, sound quality poor, you can hardly hear the MC or match referee and score graphics non existent, not what we expect from BT Sport

  @Berminn27 @btsport I’m still watching as it’s been good this one with Painter. Proper hacked off though as it’s like something you’d expect from the 80’s BT should give me a full months refund No wonder people have dodgy 📺 if this **** is what we should expect
