@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk I tried the APP on my Mobile but that did not work at all. The Website should work and if you follow the "Help" or enter the URL provided with your Hardware then most of these Pages do not exist. Help still references "CHAT" that has not worked for years!

@bt_uk Don't bother I used 1572 on the phone instead. I will mention these new Website problems to the Customer Resolution Team the next time I talk to them. They are already dealing with problems caused by the MY BT Website not working correctly back in Janurary.

@btbusinesscare I've been waiting for a complaint manager to call me some 7th Feb....1 month ago!. I've chased at least 11 times on online chat and each time I'm told I will get a call tomorrow or in 48 hours. Even refused to send be Offcom contact details. @btbusinesscare does not care at all

@ItsLennnn Dortmound had issues getting to Stamford Bridge, not sure what issues cause don’t have BT Sport but was mentioned by Des to their manager (interview on btsport twitter page)

@bt_uk I've checked and we apparently qualify for a mini hub and unlimited data through BT Halo 1 but I can't find on the website how to claim it, the link is just taking me to the help page.

@btsport oh bollocks, why did Chelsea have to get Lucy Ward , the token female, we all know it.....couldnt you find someone who'd actually played in tbe Champions league? No wonder BT are the worst channel and everyone i know dispises your coverage

@bt_uk I had a look at what packages were available on BT's website before going ahead. Apparently this has left an unfulfilled ordered on the BT's system, and this is stopping me getting the BT fibre I ordered. Can you help?
