    @bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk Ethernet connection to the router using a gigbit cable so no latency or speed issues should be present.

    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    @bt_uk I've done all that, the issue is on your end I believe, it's a problem with the BT Ultimate stream, I have found that I'm able to watch it if I scroll down and select the standard BT sport 2 channel

    @bt_uk Very disappointing service. Waited all day for engineer. No show. Called for the third time, at 5 15pm told it's a remote activation. Next day no internet because activation needs an engineer! Tried to escalate - bounced between BT call centres. Regret staying with them.

    @bt_uk One thing I would like to know is where do I get the correct antenna for the #BTHybridConnect as the signal isn’t great where I live. I know loads are on @AmazonUK or @eBay_UK but I would like to know the best for the #BTHybridConnect

    @btsport @btsportfootball please can you get Glenn Hoddle to stop saying ‘Reel’ Madrid? We know how it’s pronounced, we’ve all watched football and @realmadriden for long enough. It’s just pure laziness. It would be like him saying ‘Mankchester’ United or City. Awful. #CHERMA

    @bt_uk Done that, still keep losing our connection, hub disconnects and flashes different colours, orange, red, green and then finally goes back to blue. Unacceptable that you refuse to fix our issues which have been constant. I will fix it then by changing suppliers. #btripoff

    @bt_uk Really? I switched to BT 4 months ago & since then can’t get reliable WiFi at all. Phone calls, engineers - getting nowhere. Wish I had never switched.

    @bt_uk - new customer on fibre 900 package for house we're moving to which already has connection + account. Told we won't be connected until 20th, even though it should just be case of switching accounts or disconnecting/reconnecting. Means we can't work. Can you help?
