However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

I must have sent over 70 copies of returned emails to the investigation team but I've not heard anything from them either?? What can I do?

We all share a common history and these programs should be seen as a normal part of our daily tapestry, not something other.

I've got a very audible crackling line that's frequently disconnecting my broadband, and the BT Diagnostics Bot insists everything's fine. I've had this problem multiple times before, and the cause is always on BT's end, not mine.
