@bt_uk Ethernet connection to the router using a gigbit cable so no latency or speed issues should be present.

@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

Absolutely **** knowing you’re broadband is nothing short of disastrous because that’s the service @virginmedia provide these days but all the other network providers including @bt_uk can’t even provide quarter of the speed that they can. The U.K. needs to up their broadband game

@bt_uk I’m trying to clear my balance on an old account, as I’ve just completed an IVA.I’ve been trying to clear this since august 2020. Can you please help?It still shows as BT on my credit file, therefore still sits with you.Please help as it’s becoming a huge waste of my time!

.@bt_uk contacted BT with an issue today. Was promised a call back within 2-4 hours. It's now been 10 hours, no call back. Can't say I am surprised

@bt_uk You won't get a penny from them. Younlay for a service. You don't get it. They don't compensate you. Aham.of an offer to give money back. They don't care. Avoid Avoid and Avoid. Advertising standards should investigate this. Read the small print folks and don't ever sign up to BT
