@btbusinesscare after 3 months of lockdown BT cut off my line and broadband just as I reopened my shop. They cited that another company was taking over my line. I can assure you this is not the case. I now cannot take card payments in my shop! I raised a complaint this morning

  • kneebone1961 David Kneebone (@kneebone1961) reported from Perranarworthal, England

@btsport @SkySports allowing customers during this national crisis to pause sports subscriptions, within a few clicks of logging into your online account, great work sky. @btsport forcing customers to call in to cancel, with very long wait times, not so great work bt #shameonyou

  • Ace_pseudonym Ollie Kirkbride (@Ace_pseudonym) reported from Germoe, England

  • raechaep Rachael Basak (@raechaep) reported

@bt_uk I’m a very disappointed customer. Around the 20th Jan we applied to you for internet in our new house and still nothing. Comms has been terrible, the hub you sent us is awful and now we can’t connect to the BT hotspot - help!!!!

  • kirstyc18 Kirsty Citrano (@kirstyc18) reported

@bt_uk when are u going to refund duplicate direct debits you’ve taken? I guess you’ll ask for details by DM to ‘look into it’ but we all see it’s a widespread issue, so why no blanket response actually giving a timescale? Surely we don’t all have to contact you individually?!!

  • scotty6kids78 Scott Saunders (@scotty6kids78) reported

Switching my fibre to @TalkTalk in 2 weeks, three only things that will keep me with @BTCare is a tangible reason of what I should spend £40 more each month for the same 900MB service.. Shoot

  • its_dooley ItsDooley (@its_dooley) reported

good job @bt_uk move home use your moving home service line goes active and still no internet now have to wait until Saturday for an engineer to come out. in the mean time im hotspotting off my phone i guess

  • _GNGR_1 James (@_GNGR_1) reported

@bt_uk Hi BT, how is it that my prices are increasing, but you are offering the same if not slightly better deal for the price I originally joined for, to new customers? Surely if the price of my service is going up due to inflation, then any new deals of a similar nature should match?

  • leedconsultancy SteenoSpursy🇺🇦🇵🇱🇪🇺 (@leedconsultancy) reported

@bt_uk Assuming the profits will jump nicely... BT actually provide me anything other than digital signal so explain how supplying a service is the same as providing say a weeks shopping? Any new customers I see are being offered cheaper deals... so how come I'm subsidising that?

  • ulookingatmefu DR (@ulookingatmefu) reported

@bt_uk so you have advised you are switching me to digital voice, calls over broadband & my price won't go up. I should think not. Actually can u confirm my price will come down as I pay A LOT of money for breadboard so why would I still be paying line rental now its not needed

  • FaringtonGamer FazzyGamer (@FaringtonGamer) reported

@bt_uk Hi, my fibre 900 broadband deal is up on the 24/03/23 and I can't afford the increase. Can I just switch providers. I assume I don't have to call to cancel as its expiring? Regards
