@bt_uk The mind BOGGLES how your engineers don’t work on weekends? In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.

@BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

@bt_uk Two days ago, told that someone would come today from 8-1 but no one turned up and we got a text full of grammatical errors saying that the next update would be on Monday 🙃 it will be 2 and half weeks by then. It’s unacceptable.

Why is it so difficult to log into my @btbusinesscare account each month? Invalid credentials error in IE, endless looping back to the login page in Chrome and Firefox. No other site is as consistently glitchy as BT Business.

My @bt_uk broadband has been down for 2 days despite two engineer visits. On the line to them now, estimated wait time “half an hour”... Good job I have nothing better to do.
