I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

Absolutely disgusting treatment from @BTCare engineer lied, 2 apts missed. Now received an email saying I will be charged from 22/1 when we have no internet or phone until 29th on hold over an hour for the phone to be just put down. Reconsidering my choice to become #BT customer

Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... @Ofcom tbc....

Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

@bt_uk Ordered broadband on the 5th, today is the 26th no service yet. Lies upon lies by tech support every 48 hours someone will fix it in the next 48 hours. Fault since the 12th says it will be fixed on the 17th. This must be the worst broadband company in existence.

@bt_uk Engineer came and unplugged us from the tray, wasn’t fixed until we called you back out. Since been having drop outs and told an engineer has been coming twice and not been? Told I had a problem on the line 3 weeks ago and still nothing 👍🏼
