@btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... tbc...

Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

@bt_uk You charge £10 p/month iver a 24month contract and absolute worst case scenario you supply £150 of mesh WiFi units, (which is based on you RRP price not Cost Price) Seriously anyone considering it buy the mesh WiFi units outright and save a fortune #RipOff

@liv1493 @bt_uk All sorted once escalated - call from manager in Cardiff within 30mind and engineer within 12 hrs. Would definitely recommend asking to go down the high priority complaints route 👍
