    Absolutely disgusting treatment from @BTCare engineer lied, 2 apts missed. Now received an email saying I will be charged from 22/1 when we have no internet or phone until 29th on hold over an hour for the phone to be just put down. Reconsidering my choice to become #BT customer

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph this is how BT are treating their loyal customers! I’m going to lose my house because of a default they put on my account - they never sent me a final bill to pay and my account doesn’t show any final bill owing! They refuse to help me smugly telling me my fault!

    @bt_uk Yes I have an open fault. Got through after 40 minutes on second attempt. No Broadband until next week. Not eligible for compensation because under BT terms and conditions this is acceptable service Unbelievable

    @bt_uk when I joined your advisor told me you are a premium service thats why it's worth paying a little more. Couldn't be more wrong wish I had stayed with previous provider as they could provide a strong signal thru the whole house. Disappointed

    @bt_uk Hi. Please can you help. My mother in law has received an email to say her engineer has been cancelled. She received a text asking if she still needed the engineer which she thinks she confirmed she does. Can you check to see if she will have an engineer coming.
