    @bt_uk we have BT internet. We have reset our router & still we can’t use the internet. Tried to use app on my phone to check the service but that won’t even let me log it

    @bt_uk Hello Rita Service says ok Internet ok now The problem is that when this happens its difficult to report as its intermittent It drops put the hub flashes orange then it comes back Happened several times over the weekend

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph this is how BT are treating their loyal customers! I’m going to lose my house because of a default they put on my account - they never sent me a final bill to pay and my account doesn’t show any final bill owing! They refuse to help me smugly telling me my fault!

    @bt_uk Yes I have an open fault. Got through after 40 minutes on second attempt. No Broadband until next week. Not eligible for compensation because under BT terms and conditions this is acceptable service Unbelievable

    Absolutely disgusting treatment from @BTCare engineer lied, 2 apts missed. Now received an email saying I will be charged from 22/1 when we have no internet or phone until 29th on hold over an hour for the phone to be just put down. Reconsidering my choice to become #BT customer

I'm not from Liverpool,I'm a wool i guess, I'm 52, but I've supported the club and loved the city and its values since I could first get there in the 80's and been going since, home and away when I can. It boils my piss to hear this **** without it being called out

    @bt_uk I am have a problem with my broadband have gone to troubleshooting and they need to send an engineer out but the times are when I'm at work if you need to send an engineer why can't you do weekend for people like me who work
