    Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... tbc...

    Absolutely disgusting treatment from @BTCare engineer lied, 2 apts missed. Now received an email saying I will be charged from 22/1 when we have no internet or phone until 29th on hold over an hour for the phone to be just put down. Reconsidering my choice to become #BT customer

    I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

    Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

    @bt_uk disgusting service for new customers. My grandparents who are in their 70/80’s ordered newest bt tv product a few weeks back ahead of them moving house. Only to find bt turned up at old address despite being told of new address and now refusing to come round TIL tues

    @btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

    @bt_uk I can DM but can you guarantee something will change? It has been ongoing issue since July. We’ve been charged late fees, even though error is yours and threatened to have our phone lines cut off when our charity runs a support line for vulnerable people. It’s shocking service.

    Glen Hoddle just called it loud and clear on BTSport. Spurs 2nd XI should have put that game to bed but it needed Son, Kane, Lucas. No quality or strength in depth still after all these years. That’s the issue.

    @bt_uk I got a phone call from Josie. It's still not been dealt with though (in terms of the internet actually working) and my internet is still unstable. I'm going to have to phone BT and waste most of tomorrow pursuing it.

    If you are thinking of changing internet provider DO NOT choose @bt_uk They Lie, they take your money without providing a service, their customer service agents are unhelpful and know very little about WiFi and they are quite happy to leave you with out any internet for 3 weeks

    @bt_uk part3 ..it just keeps dropping out and I have to put the password into my devices to reconnect, it is very annoying. Still as long as you get your £66 pound every month why should you worry about a long standing customer. Not very happy Graham Bell

    @bt_uk having trouble with Smart Hub 2 if I connect a device to any port the WiFi stops working. Any ideas? Seriously affecting my 75 year old, disabled, mother-in-law who has been suffering from this problem for months now.

    @bt_uk Hi BT! 👋🏻 my router has turned orange about an hour ago, and no matter how hard I try to fix it I just can’t get connected to the internet! I don’t have a landline and only use your internet services so I can’t track if there is a problem in the area. Please help!
