@aceofherts5 @SkySports @btsport Was on hold for over hour to sky other day to give my notice on sports. Only one you can't cancel online funny enough! Had to give up in the end, which is what they want annoyingly. Will try again later. Selfish money grabbing....

@bt_uk I explained that we were struck by lightning. He arranged for a temporary mini hub to be sent as there is no phone line. Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

@bt_uk It’s a fault with the power at the cabinet. Openreach have already been out but can’t fix it because if they turn the power on for g-fast, it’s sets the cabinet live with 240v, so if anyone touches it they’ll get a shock. The problem is no one can tell me when it will be fixed

@bt_uk Hi Lesley, I’ve spoken to your technical support already and they’ve booked an engineer. Unless you have any more info than them, I think I’ll just wait to see what happens with that. I was just trying to see if I could get any more speed out of the mini hub in the meantime
