Grumpy Ageing Gamer PSVR (@GamerPsvr) reported from Southampton, England@bt_uk I explained that we were struck by lightning. He arranged for a temporary mini hub to be sent as there is no phone line. Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

Waiting for my paper bill for which BT “kindly waived the £3 fee”. Luckily, I’m “out of contract” and hence able to move to another provider.
