@BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

@bt_uk I explained that we were struck by lightning. He arranged for a temporary mini hub to be sent as there is no phone line. Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

@jamiedavey72 @btsport Completely disagree he’s pointing to tell somebody to pick someone up and he’s 2 yards away from the player who then hits his chest first then arm. no arm movements towards the ball. Communication providers are offering these to their customers that are vulnerable as per regulatory requirements

Totally abysmal service from @OpenreachHelp and @bt_uk Leaving a SCHOOL and several businesses without internet and phone for 12 days while they fob us off with lies on timescales and crap customer service. Evidently don’t even talk to each other and just BS their way out.
