@danidotx @bt_uk Sign up with another, the cancellation is usually sorted by your new ISP as part of the service migration (replaced the old process of getting a MAC from your current provider)

@btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

Last night I couldn't watch #ChampionsLeague as #BT kept telling me I needed to upgrade my package. Phoned advisor who gave me bullshite answer it was down to performance rights! Today I get message; issue fixed! None of my issues are fixed #BTSport I missed the match....

@bt_uk BT are the worst company I've ever known and people should see through their lipservice, to their substandard service and poor customer skills. An elderly friend of mine has been left without a landline for weeks and now the engineers didn't even turn up when promised!!!

@virginmedia your lads been out today to do some pre installation work (that I wasn't aware of). Now @bt_uk saying there's a major fault externally and can't be fixed until 30th and both customer care centres telling me there's nothing they can do. How is that right?

@bt_uk what is going on with your full fibre service?? We have been with internet service for 24 hours. It will be done by 5pm you said, it will be done by 9am you said. What about customer service?? This isn’t the first time this has happened.

@jmmgee @bt_uk I don’t work for them but myself and and another were able to dig around the internet to find actual information. Service providers and Openreach have provided no actual information just estimates that’s keep moving.

@bt_uk That's the showing at both hub and disc. Problem worse than before as hub is still not reaching the room. Need another disc to connect to the already installed disc BT gave me.
