It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

The BT Web Protect app on Windows support link is to the BT support site. Please advise / resolve.

Only one you can't cancel online funny enough! Had to give up in the end, which is what they want annoyingly. Will try again later. Selfish money grabbing....

Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. None of them take responsibilty I am an OAP with Heart failure please help.
