@ChrisElliott66 @bt_uk Yeah I am in Aspland rd, so not far away. It was only when I started talking to neighbours they said " oh yeah, mine too". Service status on BT website doesn't even acknowledge there is an issue.

@bt_uk Much more than receiving download speeds 5-17Mbs and up load speeds of 0.3-1Mbps for 3-4 weeks does not full fill average speeds of (down)47Mbps and (up)18Mbps of the stay fast guarantee.

Service received from BT advisors pathetic. Fault reported on my line on 1-09-2019 before 7pm did not send me a mini hub as their keep connected promise and could not be bothered to fix it till today as called them for the 7th time on 13-09-2019. @BTCare @bt_uk

@broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

@btbusinesscare Hi Sean, Used to be a business customer. You guys on the Twitter DMs were the only people within the entire set up of BT customer services who would bother to help us. Whilst I appreciate that you guys were excellent, we pulled the plug on BT last year and would never go back.

@bt_uk I am disgusted to my core. I spend days calling bt to cancel my broadband and finally got though on day 3 after 30 mins and they put the phone down on me.
