    Sad but our poor service from  @BT_uk  & @openreach continues, to recap ordered fibre July 16th on 7 Aug My BT website states an engineer will visit. Nobody turned up! A common event it seems 😣

    @bt_uk hello. We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

    @Greg__Holmes @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I raised a complaint with them last week about my broadband constantly dropping out, heard nothing until they sent me a text just to say my complaint is closed! No investigation, no communication. Useless.

    @bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

    @bt_uk I’ve had continual issues with buffering on my subscription sports channels and am now having further issues following a stable couple of months after a replacement BT Box was provided! My last fault reference was VOL013-676602360819 and closed at start of June. Next steps??

    @bt_uk please help! My 89&76 year old parents will have no landline or internet from tmw, due to a problem with their transfer to BT from talktalk “it may take a number of weeks” to get reconnected. How can this be so difficult when their phone and internet work fine now?

    @btsport Please fix the app for android so that it doesn't exit the player completely and start again whenever I change apps or lock my phone, it's a real first world problem.

    @bt_uk Order wasn’t placed I wanted to review it before I agreed to sign for another 24 months. I have your Wi-Fi, phone, TV box and subscribe to your sport, shoddy customer service. I wanted advice not to be talked down to. I will but not today, not wasting anymore of my weekend on BT

    @bt_uk "That's your BT tv service enabled" 2 weeks later, still no BT streaming channels working. Why can't I watch BT TV streaming channels? "Your line isn't fast enough, so it isn't enabled" But you are billing me for it. " your refund will be in your bank within 7 days"

    @bt_uk dreadful customer service, phoned yesterday to discuss upgrading my broadband, still waiting on the email I was going to receive “in just a few minutes” with offer. Not surprised guy I spoke to was patronizing, arrogant and pushy.
