Ring them and told no network is built and wonโt be for a while, yet website says everythingโs up and running! Complaint made.

Several operators ordered my broadband (phone lineโs working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didnโt happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. None of them take responsibilty I am an OAP with Heart failure please help.
