    Sad but our poor service from ย @BT_ukย  & @openreach continues, to recap ordered fibre July 16th on 7 Aug My BT website states an engineer will visit. Nobody turned up! A common event it seems ๐Ÿ˜ฃ

    @bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

    @bt_uk No we have intermittent service on all devices, I reported it after Christmas and got an email yesterday to say the problem was outside and had been addressed, clearly not! I am at work now so donโ€™t have account details to hand...

    @Greg__Holmes @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I raised a complaint with them last week about my broadband constantly dropping out, heard nothing until they sent me a text just to say my complaint is closed! No investigation, no communication. Useless.

    ๐Ÿงต 3/3 Told I would receive no further updates/confirmation of this appointment and no further action will be taken. @bt_uk advisor was unhelpful and no understanding that the lack of customer communication means my overall experience so far has been so poor and frustrating.

    Morning @bt_uk I switched to digital voice for my landline today and caller ID is not working. Rang BT customer service to be told they have discovered that the caller ID function is not compatible with the new system. I need this function. Why was this not sorted before launch?

    No call from @bt_uk yesterday about why my #BTbroadband hasn't been activated (6 days overdue) I called today; no updates and a promise for another call back in 24hours. Asked to speak to a manager about the poor communication,got another promise for a call before 4pm. Let's see.

    @bt_uk there has been BT Vans by the Green Connection Box down the road on numerous occasions, but weโ€™ve had no explanation as to why our connection is dropping out, yet being billed for a service we canโ€™t use fully - 2/2
