The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--

No investigation, no communication. Useless.

Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

Ring them and told no network is built and wonโt be for a while, yet website says everythingโs up and running! Complaint made.

Heโs on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.
