Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

I have 3 discs one of which says it’s working and is 3 metres away from the TV shown on my initial post!

Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen.
