Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

They have a very swift verification process. And my calls usually take a maximum of 1-2 minutes. Love it. But then there are times I have to call @bt_uk …. Or Thames water. FML!!!

They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. Is their any guidance for this?
