    @bt_uk ....before they need replacing, but wouldn’t offer a replacement router. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    @bt_uk Your internet is so bloody awful. Worse provider ever. Shame my dad pays it, but once I pay it, I’m never going to BT. The internet literally disconnects you randomly and you sometimes have to reinsert the password.

    It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

    Appalling @bt_uk service activation. No connecting in first 24 hours, now claiming that it’s a line fault externally and will take 3 days to fix, ridiculous

    1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

    @bt_uk It’s been dropping out intermittently for some time, your delightful customer advisors told me there was no issues with service despite me having no service. Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

    @bt_uk Am I of the understanding that after being told around 3pm today that BT would sort out my Broadband before my 7.30pm Zoom meeting, but as my broadband is still flashing orange at 8.44pm that BT cannot fix it. Disappointed

    @btbusinesscare Wish I could. Unfortunately it won’t recognise our BT Business Account No. Cloud Voice has been down since March 20th and it’s impossible to get through on the phone.

    @SaintRobinho86 @SkySports @btsport The issue is that Spurs have already played Norwich in a friendly, so have already been in contact. The Norwich player won’t play against you so it doesn’t matter

    @bt_uk last night an agent just happened to run a check on the line to find there’s a fault on that now...BT you are risking my health and safety now and it’s one mistake after another, worst thing is being promised a call back verbally and via text to be left hanging...AGAIN!!!

    @bt_uk Reported a fault with Fibre 1 Halo. Received email stating I need to book an appt with an engineer. Click the link which opens fault tracker. same fault tool I have already done to get to this point. Online chat suggests calling. Calling suggests online chat! Help!

    @bt_uk BT broadband in BD22 has been off since 27 December. Can’t get any proper updates other than that you expect to fix it shortly. It’s interrupting my work commitments. Can you help? Is there a refund for the time of the service outage?

    @bt_uk what is the best number to call relating to broadband queries? My broadband is being moved but the house in moving to the wire is broken to the master socket and the engineer has refused to do the work My understanding is that BT own everything up to the master socket

    @bt_uk There is a problem. It does not work since Mac OS released Monterey. And I have a MacBook - not exactly an exotic computer. If @bt_uk do not want to stand behind its products then say so in bold letters rather than buck passing

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach can someone sort out my internet! Had full fibre installed 13th October and it still isn’t working 2 months later! Fed up of spending my life on hold and being told it’ll be fixed by a certain date only to be let down again & again! Absolute joke! @Ofcom

    @bt_uk We are still getting terrible service from our Broadband. We were on the phone for almost 2 hours trying to get a solution, we were told we would receive a call. That was over 2 weeks ago. We are paying £70 pcm for a service that doesn’t work.
