    @bt_uk Reported a fault with Fibre 1 Halo. Received email stating I need to book an appt with an engineer. Click the link which opens fault tracker. same fault tool I have already done to get to this point. Online chat suggests calling. Calling suggests online chat! Help!

    @bt_uk dns issues with service in LE7. Can get to Google, can’t resolve bbc or Microsoft. No trace route response. Guessing you have issues?

    @bt_uk Your internet is so bloody awful. Worse provider ever. Shame my dad pays it, but once I pay it, I’m never going to BT. The internet literally disconnects you randomly and you sometimes have to reinsert the password.

    @bt_uk ....before they need replacing, but wouldn’t offer a replacement router. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    @btbusinesscare Wish I could. Unfortunately it won’t recognise our BT Business Account No. Cloud Voice has been down since March 20th and it’s impossible to get through on the phone.

    @bt_uk It’s been dropping out intermittently for some time, your delightful customer advisors told me there was no issues with service despite me having no service. Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

    @bt_uk Am I of the understanding that after being told around 3pm today that BT would sort out my Broadband before my 7.30pm Zoom meeting, but as my broadband is still flashing orange at 8.44pm that BT cannot fix it. Disappointed

    It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

    @bt_uk I suggest you come and pick up your rubbish equipment. My super duper router is in my bin. I have suffered your awful service for just 2 weeks and that's enough. My bin gets emptied on Monday btw. I will cancel my direct debit also. Not paying for non existent internet.

    @bt_uk Let's be completely honest here. The BT router you get absolutely will not, I repeat not, be able to punch the WiFi signal through every wall of your house. I don't know why they keep saying it. The only true way to get decent coverage is invest in a good mesh WiFi setup.

    @bt_uk we have had no internet for almost a week, keep being told it will be fixed by the following day. Others in our road have been offered hubs - not us and we need the internet for work calls. How can you help??

    @bt_uk I still think the Bt product and operational services on the front end are excellent. It’s that whole customer support and connected services piece that doesn’t fit and let’s you & customers down. I did apply to help you but you never hear back from that either!!

    @bt_uk FTTP is already available, but an engineer visit is needed to link my house up to the network. These are currently on hold, all I need is an estimate of when these visits are likely to restart and how long the queue is.

    @bt_uk I appreciate that James. Dealing with you has been a joy. It’s the 2 hours of frustration, 20 texts to and from 2 different text numbers to go round in circles and end up with no solution that’s the killer. As a user experience it’s very poor. Maybe feed that back?

    @bt_uk I'm moving house and trying to take my BT service with me. The service in my old house has been dc'd and I'm waiting for my new property to be ready. You advised, several times, that my service was on hold - but you've now sent me a final bill with an exit fee of over £100.
