My area (Kingsthorpe) isn’t listed but my broadband has dropped out 4 times this morning. Is this related to the current issue listed on the website or could it be something else?

Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.
