Click the link which opens fault tracker. same fault tool I have already done to get to this point. Online chat suggests calling. Calling suggests online chat! Help!

Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.
