Loretta Livingstone (@L_Livingstone1) reported@bt_uk what exactly does 'Unable to validate the information provided,' mean? If you can't provide an explanation along with the message, it's not much use. I see this is a general issue. & why do you employ people whose English is so poor they can't understand or be understood?

Steve George (@Baggieboy1888) reported@bt_uk paying refunds with a cheque. In 2026. Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. Even for those that do they are earning interest until the cheque is cleared. Poor show.
-
Chris (Christina) (@GalanthusA) reported@MeinirT @bt_uk BT are a disgrace recently. They should issue refunds to customers for the time spent without email service.
