@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@bt_uk I’ve DM’d you, I’ve spoken to customer services/care and STILL WITHOUT even basic calling abilities on either contracted mobiles. Day 5, and apparently there are no issues. I am in direct line of site for a mast, was stood under the mast earlier and ZERO SERVICE

@bt_uk your service is disgusting customer service fill you with meaningless apologies. Deadlines are never completed. Call backs never followed up and you think its ok to leave someone with out a phone line for 24 days. Management wont call back either. #bt

@bt_uk Customer service has been totally non-existent and I’ve to chase all the time. I explained I can’t take calls - as network so bad - and asked for email this am re: arrival time. Have better things to be doing with my time.

@bt_uk Thanks Dee, they finally picked up after an hour or so on the phone. I've been told that I might be charged £85 for a plastic cover broken off by storm damage. If I didn't agree he was going to terminate the call. Surely this can't be right? Could you please confirm?
