@bt_uk Waited 3 weeks for broadband after house move. Engineer came 22nd Dec, internet is NOT working and you have turned mini hub off. No online support available + not able to get answer on phone. I need to work, can you help urgently please.

@bt_uk No, In fact i feel alone by how bad the service is as of right now. Our internet was so poor that we were unable to contact family in the america or Ireland or Italy! it's beyond a joke.
