@bt_uk I’ve DM’d you, I’ve spoken to customer services/care and STILL WITHOUT even basic calling abilities on either contracted mobiles. Day 5, and apparently there are no issues. I am in direct line of site for a mast, was stood under the mast earlier and ZERO SERVICE

@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@bt_uk We spent 2 hours on telephone (mobile, our cost) with BT yesterday. They claimed to have created a new order. However, before actually confirming anything, they put the phone down. So do whatever you need to do to get us our order up and running for work on Monday.

@bt_uk hi BT. I registered a fault on Mondsy as my broadband is being rubbish. Currently getting a whopping 0.75mbps when paying for fibre. No updates on your site and I need it fixed to work from home. Can someone help,plz
