Day 5, and apparently there are no issues. I am in direct line of site for a mast, was stood under the mast earlier and ZERO SERVICE

Then they say they're very busy and they promise to speak to you within 20 minutes or you could ring back. Hint, excellent customer service starts with answering the bloody phone.

Basically you keep the local mayor on side* and don't let anything escalate to the departement. *May involve 5L of wine a couple of times a year.
