@bt_uk I’ve DM’d you, I’ve spoken to customer services/care and STILL WITHOUT even basic calling abilities on either contracted mobiles. Day 5, and apparently there are no issues. I am in direct line of site for a mast, was stood under the mast earlier and ZERO SERVICE

@bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@bt_uk I’m annoyed that in may someone called me and switched me to BT broadband and I was on EE fibre told me it was going to be cheaper than EE and it isn’t and also got charged £29.99 connection fee this is not a happy customer should have stayed with EE

@bt_uk @BTCare truly appalling service fm BT & #BTopenreach who keep sending unqualified engineers to connect us. Engineers say their bosses don’t listen. BT don’t listen to customers. Such incompetence which apparently will take at least another 6 weeks to resolve. Why?

Hey @bt_uk had few issues with getting internet. Took a month. In the end i was set up with a “basic internet line” and told to call back so it could be switched to “faster speeds” the engineer has just been and we are LIVE can I call now or need to wait?
