They said I could cancel BUT I’d have to pay to get out of the contract, Come on BT get a grip.

No problem; 3 days max says @bt_uk, oh, can’t find the address of other property in our system (the one they bill and provide the service to) so pay £75 as a new install.

I gave in on the first attempt, second attempt spoke to a advisor who put me back in the cue and on the third attempts when I actually spoke to someone they didn’t really help much.
