To add insult to injury a new school is being built in front of me and has already have fibre installed as have all the flats around us.

They said I could cancel BUT I’d have to pay to get out of the contract, Come on BT get a grip.

We ran the diagnostic through the laptop which told us we needed to call.... I gave up after spending 40 mins on hold and getting nowhere. Not very impressed tbh.

Incompetence from 7 days prior to instal on 10th Jan, and now just over 3 weeks since then. The visit before install should have addressed all these issues. I will not be paying because it was supposed to have been. Cancelled on the 8th of June!
