If you have an hour or so, read the notes. Utterly appalling. I am expecting 2 callbacks today but not holding my breath. @ThomasDuecke @Ofcom

To add insult to injury a new school is being built in front of me and has already have fibre installed as have all the flats around us.

Nick (@PetersNick) reportedAvoid @bt_uk at all costs, terrible service! Signed up 2 weeks ago for broadband and TV and was told I would be connected withing 3 days. 2 weeks later still not connected due to "admin errors". Engineers don't work weekends so now have to wait....please avoid.
