@bt_uk No the issue wasn’t resolved. I answered the call within a few seconds but they hung up right away and made no attempt to call again. If you have an hour or so, read the notes. Utterly appalling. I am expecting 2 callbacks today but not holding my breath. @ThomasDuecke @Ofcom

Bored of being fobbed off @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp No WiFi since December 18th, consistently promised fix dates and still no resolve. Escalated again today, no one will contact us till next week - promed today it would be fixed. If you're in Edinburgh just go with @virginmedia 😩

@btsport I get that when @CollegeGameDay brakes to show footage from the Masters it’s an issue because of rights but to just start the programme again after an hour is ridiculous. Doesn’t really justify the recent price rises 😤

@bt_uk Thanks Lesley. Unfortunately the issue has been going on for over 10 years now. It’s quite frankly gone beyond a joke. To add insult to injury a new school is being built in front of me and has already have fibre installed as have all the flats around us.

@zzxmp @bt_uk To subscribe to BT you can drunkenly press a couple of buttons on your remote control and the money is taken before you put it down. To cancel you have to go through the United Nations, learn two languages and spend at least 17 hours on hold.

@bt_uk BT TALK TALK SKY Which gives me a maximum of 68mb per second All use the same openreach network and because of that I'm stuck with Virgin media and it costs me an arm and a leg for the service which I can get 300mb per second being an avid gamer

BT keep texting me and asking me to return the equipment for my broadband. Then they send me a bag a week to return the equipment for my broadband. Problem I returned it on 2nd October 2022 and I have a post office receipt to confirm I returned it. @bt_uk

@bt_uk I just get told that OpenReach has delays and there's nothing BT can do about it. Problem is, I can't wait 2+ months for a line to be connected. I work from home. Virgin and Community Fibre are available in the area so I might need to swap if I can't get get connected with BT.
