    Absolutely raging at @bt_uk right now. A full week my Halo package hasn’t been working and your bloody 4G mini-hub is useless. Can’t even contact customer service. Letting people down when they need it most. Contract renewal on 29th June 👋🏻

    @bt_uk absolute shambles of a service. Sat on hold for 29mins to then be cut off because your call hours are from 8am-9pm. I called within that time. Broadband setup has been absolutely shocking from Openreach install, product delivery & now setup. Get me on DM or phone ASAP!

    @bt_uk Thanks I guess only time will tell with that. Incompetence from 7 days prior to instal on 10th Jan, and now just over 3 weeks since then. The visit before install should have addressed all these issues. Prior to changing me to a more expensive service. I want the equipment out.

    @btsport can you send a tweet out regarding what's happening with our Bill's for the next few month as there will be no live sport on. Sky have already let everyone know they can cancel sports for a few months.

    @btsport BT sports need to follow Sky’s lead and let customers pause their payment UFN all I got when I phoned was it’s not our fault we’re waiting on a decision from the SFA. They said I could cancel BUT I’d have to pay to get out of the contract, Come on BT get a grip.

    @VinceMcMahon @WWE why not make all ur #ppv exclusive to the #PPV. Like @btsport providers and then 2 nights after the Ppv put it on @WWENetwork then that way we can support our #superstars via that way.

    Brilliant @bt_uk scam, I mean poor systems. Existing BT consumer moving house to a BT serviced property. No problem; 3 days max says @bt_uk, oh, can’t find the address of other property in our system (the one they bill and provide the service to) so pay £75 as a new install.

    Apparently an electricity problem has blown our area's internet and they might have to dig up the street to fix it. Anyone who knows me knows this is some of the worst news I could receive. (@bt_uk system was utterly clueless too, which was really helpful.)

    @bt_uk why aren’t you letting customers pause BT sports like sky have. I was told I could cancel but would have to pay out the contract. Your not providing the service we signed up for so why are you still taking our money. Come on BT do the right thing! And answer our question!

    @bt_uk The problem is that We don’t have a landline so we don’t know the number to put in and check. We ran the diagnostic through the laptop which told us we needed to call.... I gave up after spending 40 mins on hold and getting nowhere. Not very impressed tbh.

    @bt_uk Still no closer to having my WiFi fixed. Promised it would be by today, no shock it still hasn’t been sorted. Spoken with multiple people from the Social media team and now being escalated with BT’s executive team. I’ll be emailing Philip Janson as this has been abysmal service!

    @bt_uk Hi there yes please! However the problem is . Finally we have got our @bt_uk hotspot, it worked fine on the internet and our two phones were connected. Then after about 45 mins it just stopped working and won’t connect to the server. I’ve reset it, and done everything!? Help?

    @SkyHelpTeam why can I not purchase the @btsport Boxing this weekend .I would never have got sky glass if I knew this …Poor also still having connection problems from my puck .I have the fastest broadband available in my area so this is not the problem 😡

    @bt_uk Are all your overseas online customer contact staff unhelpful & rude. The 3 I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with today certainly were. They even tried to say that the BT engineer and engineer from TSG were wrong in the diagnosis of the problems I am having with my TV.

    So we were shut off by @bt_uk on the 8th April and they said the soonest they could get us turned back on is the 26th April!!?!! So they can turn us off with no warning INSTANTLY BUT CANT TURN IT BACK ON?! So. Obviously we needed a solution. They gave us some mini hotspot…
