How badly he took the penalty has no bearing on anything. Comes across like there's a section of fans who don't support the team unless they're winning.

Spent time between web chat and call, got activated for 30 days and now received email internet up and running 4g disabled so have no internet again.

The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. There’s a name for that. Fraud.
