@bt_uk So thanks to @bt_uk I owe £ 159.00 to @SSE for the cancelation of my contract. Then will leave me with no service whatsoever. It was bt that emailed me back in December to anounce I could now get fiber. I hope who ever calls tommoro is fully autherized to financially fix this.

  • andrew_kemp Andrew Kemp (@andrew_kemp) reported from Currie, Scotland

  • andrew_kemp Andrew Kemp (@andrew_kemp) reported from Currie, Scotland

@CloudDamo @virginmedia @bt_uk Simple thing had a good service been provided I’d not want to leave. But virgin media cannot even do that, so not thinking about leaving I am!

  • andrew_kemp Andrew Kemp (@andrew_kemp) reported from Currie, Scotland

@MakeDigitalWork @virginmedia I feel your pain! They provide such a poor service, with poor equipment and poor support. Holding them in breach of contract now as they are not providing what I am paying them for, cancelling and getting fttp with @bt_uk installed in 2 weeks

  • shwadywaddyday Chris Osborne 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 #SNP #indyref2 (@shwadywaddyday) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@bt_uk Thank you, 😌I called on Monday to get some info about the early contract buy out scheme so i asked then to start a complaint.. Thanks again for emailing them. Chris

  • DavidTannerTV David Tanner (@DavidTannerTV) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@MikeyRuddick @btsportfootball @HibernianFC @btsport @sunsetandvine Just read that. To be honest, he’s never a League 1-level player. I move would be good for him. He would to say no to Celtic.

  • Pistol1874 Pete (@Pistol1874) reported from Livingston, Scotland

Michael Stewart is inescapable if you want to engage with television coverage of Scottish football. Be it on @BBCSportScot, @BBCSportsound or @btsport, never have I heard a pundit be so indulged in their vendetta against a someone (Gordon against Miko obv, but he’s a presenter).

  • andrew_kemp Andrew Kemp (@andrew_kemp) reported from Currie, Scotland

Hello @bt_uk broadband goodbye @virginmedia. BT fibre being installed today! Finally virgin media have got some competition in the area. I can see everyone in the area switching in the coming months due to the poor service you’ve provided everyone in Currie.

  • shwadywaddyday Chris Osborne 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 #SNP #indyref2 (@shwadywaddyday) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@bt_uk Thanks I guess only time will tell with that. Incompetence from 7 days prior to instal on 10th Jan, and now just over 3 weeks since then. The visit before install should have addressed all these issues. Prior to changing me to a more expensive service. I want the equipment out.

  • shwadywaddyday Chris Osborne 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 #SNP #indyref2 (@shwadywaddyday) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@bt_uk I would if BT could do the job claimed. My fibre should have been active on the 9th Jan. I was told some BS about the routing route of the cables not as expected. Yet I know the fibre line is all set up and connected to the exchange now. . I've waited 7+ years Di I need to cancel

  • karenagalloway Karen A Galloway (@karenagalloway) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@bt_uk We discovered the problem Catherine. Hub was plugged into extension. @tweetclix put a new socket in the wall and seems much improved!!

  • andrew_kemp Andrew Kemp (@andrew_kemp) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

New @bt_uk #fttp been in for a few days... what have I noticed so far, no drop outs, Wi-fi calling working decent internet speeds and general decent service unlike @virginmedia

  • andrew_kemp Andrew Kemp (@andrew_kemp) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@stevegoodman @bt_uk @virginmedia I’ve given up on VM they’ve been the only fibre in the area for years and their service has gone from ok to bad to worse. Working from home was proving challenging. Teams would always say poor network quality

  • jules878 jules878 🕷♦️🚴‍♀️🍷🦢 (@jules878) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

If anyone sent me an email between 5pm and midnight yesterday I didn't receive it. @bt_uk email was down for the 2nd time in a month, and all emails during this period were eaten by a @bt_uk and @YahooCare shaped black hole. #FedUpWithBTandYahoo #Unreliable

  • andrew_kemp Andrew Kemp (@andrew_kemp) reported from Currie, Scotland

All the old @virginmedia equipment has been disconnected and unplugged! It’s been like night and day getting @bt_uk #fttp installed, so far 10 families in my street have moved away from VM... that’s what you get for poor customer service

@D_Toxed @InstackNetworks @bt_uk Thats either bandwidth consuming your throughput speed at the time of testing or your WiFi is **** I.e. router, router placement, 2.4ghz WiFi channel

  • RichesLois Lois Riches (@RichesLois) reported

@bt_uk The free connection underground (I’m no engineer) is broken so they have to use one further away which will require road closure. In a suburb with tonnes of other options (or maybe just fix the one 4 doors down from me). Writing to consumer pages of everyone I can think of now

  • cockneymagpie stephen dodds (@cockneymagpie) reported

@bt_uk Why have you got capacity issues you are BT the biggest company in the world spend some money and upgrade them. Instead of taking money of customers and putting in the share holders pockets supply the service you promise

  • NedGonad Ned ***** (@NedGonad) reported

@bt_uk you have sent correspondence and what looks like a broadband router to my property addressed to someone who has never lived here. This has happened twice in the last 12 months, both times addressed to the same person.
