We want to keep broadband only while we clear house to sell! Security cameras rely on it! But BT insist if we reduce package then need 24 month contract 😡😡😡

Working from home was proving challenging. Teams would always say poor network quality

I called within that time. Broadband setup has been absolutely shocking from Openreach install, product delivery & now setup. Get me on DM or phone ASAP!

Incompetence from 7 days prior to instal on 10th Jan, and now just over 3 weeks since then. The visit before install should have addressed all these issues. Prior to changing me to a more expensive service. I want the equipment out.
