@btsport I get that when @CollegeGameDay brakes to show footage from the Masters it’s an issue because of rights but to just start the programme again after an hour is ridiculous. Doesn’t really justify the recent price rises 😤

@bt_uk No the issue wasn’t resolved. I answered the call within a few seconds but they hung up right away and made no attempt to call again. If you have an hour or so, read the notes. Utterly appalling. I am expecting 2 callbacks today but not holding my breath. @ThomasDuecke @Ofcom

Moved home with @bt_uk who transferred my broadband to the new address. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. 10 days after the service was transfer they have now cut the service. With no explanation. 1/3

@bt_uk WIFIs been out for over a week. Ive had to keep topping up sim cards just so I can work and don’t lose my job. This has cost me double my monthly WIFI bill for this one single week. Support said theyd send someone to fix it on the 23rd yet 3 days later it still doesnt work
