SaintM (@SaintMikeB) reported from Wickham, England@BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.
-
Nick Scurr of #Nicks_Music_Promo™ 🦩🎪 (@NickScurr) reported from Newport, England@bt_uk Your customer service team member today was patronising, preaching policies, and exclaimed im a 3rd party account holder. Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

namecantbebrank (@alreetson) reported@bt_uk She's paying money for this service that she is not getting, do you understand this? That has been ceased without warning of this one line per property policy that was never communicated. What the hell would you do if you encountered similar in your life?
-
Sem Essessi (@SemiEssessi) reported@bt_uk your CEO is a ******. he should be checking that customer service works at least once a week himself personally to stay on top of it. its easily fixed. he needs firing asap. gross negligence and probably misconduct for leading it here
-
Liz Grassby-Davies (@cricketmadboxer) reportedWhat has happened to BT? Changed broadband and calls from Sky to BT for my 91 year old father. It has been one problem after another. Order had to be redone. Dad had no service despite needing careline. Now they want to charge £80 for a router that we sent back @bt_uk help
-
Phillip Thompson (@Phillip16484278) reported@bt_uk I’ve been a BT customer for many years. It would appear you value new customers rather than retaining new ones. There’s a monthly difference of £5. Rather lose a customer I would think that you would match the price. Apparently not. Crazy business model.
-
Jamie (@Jamieonthisday) reported@bt_uk signed up with you because of dreadful comms from HyperOptic yet 20 mins and counting on hold with you. Just as bad.
-
Keith Small (@keithdsmall) reported@uniteandserve @bt_uk @Ofcom Just get Starlink, and reduce your blood pressure. I know it’s frustrating to have to go to a foreign provider to get decent internet, but it’s been the best internet service I’ve ever had. Recommend the rental service. It’s zero risk. Just cancel if it doesn’t work for you.
-
Robin Shaw (@RSh234) reported@phillyonskem @bt_uk Totally agree. Literally hours on calls to ‘Guides’, only a few of which actually help, processes which ignore issues and no recourse without escalating to the Ombudsman!
-
Jim Sweeney. (@oldnurse55) reported@kerry_mclean @bt_uk It picked the worst time to go down Kerry. All the very best for the Exam Results. 🙏
-
Di- Rect..🎗️🇮🇱🇬🇧(To The Point) (@ReformedMr) reported@bt_uk She has tried that. She has been pulled from Pillar to post. It’s really not on the way she’s been dealt with and my heart goes out to her cause I’m at work and there’s nothing I can do except hear her sobbing down the phone.. getting her to ring the team directly is a waste
