@BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

@bt_uk I explained that we were struck by lightning. He arranged for a temporary mini hub to be sent as there is no phone line. Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

@jamiedavey72 @btsport Completely disagree he’s pointing to tell somebody to pick someone up and he’s 2 yards away from the player who then hits his chest first then arm. no arm movements towards the ball. @bt_uk our broadband was disconnected when our neighbour's line was installed. Had already told BT not to do this. The line was not reconnected when said & EE mobile WiFi. Have no EE signal so utterly pointless. Connection delayed again no contact from BT & we have no internet!

@bt_uk I got my parents onto a social tariff during the week. I had explicitly to ask for this since it was never offered during my talks with the accounts team. If I hadn't known about the option my parents would still be paying way more than they need to. This is very poor.
