    @BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

    @jamiedavey72 @btsport Completely disagree he’s pointing to tell somebody to pick someone up and he’s 2 yards away from the player who then hits his chest first then arm. no arm movements towards the ball. I’m sorry there’s to many numptys referring with no common sense at all And 80% have never played

    @bt_uk Hi. I had btsport 3 on my phone but it 'stuttered' for a bit. However, all now seems ok. I was on webchat & chat person said had many complaints re same issue.

    Not gonna lie, @bt_uk really is utter dross. *Every* week we lose of connection. Thank God we are out of contract and can move on. Simply ******* awful company. Don’t bother responding with helpful-sounding tweets. Anyone who chooses you as their provider is insane.

    I actually wonder if the directors of these shitfest companies actually know how truly dreadful it is to be a customer? I’m once wrote a 5 page letter and posted it to the Chairman of @bt_uk. I explained exactly what it was like.

    @bt_uk And if she were going to switch mobile providers, it would be to Giffgaff, as we're all with them. Not you. You should never be pushing extra services on people moving to a social tariff (or anyone, but especially those likely to be vulnerable).

    @bt_uk We have made a complaint, you closed the complaint with matter resolved !! Without telling us how its been resolved ? So we reopened it, and still awaiting an explanation as to how you think it has been resolved ?

    @bt_uk We are not wasting 25 -30 minutes on the phone to speak to an advisor, you have our number on the complaint, but you dont bother calling us, we are talking to a new supplier if you dont want our business after 40 years with you then fine !!

    @measlewolf @bt_uk Steve @bt_uk are a terrible company, they did the same with my mom & dad,hours of calls & still couldn't rectify what they'd done,they disconnected their phone & then promised they would reconnect it with the same number they'd had for 50 years....1 year ago & they still haven't

    @bt_uk still no reply to our complaint raised last week on the non arrival of your engineer to install full fibre for the 3rd time. Instead you closed the complaint sayng matter resolved !! Lies ! I am not waiting 30 mins in the phone either to get through to an advisor!
