All big corporations are just dreadful these days though. Chasing the lowest cost possible. It’s not just you though. I despise most of them now.

The BT Web Protect app on Windows support link is to the BT support site. Please advise / resolve.

Without internet and phones again! Been without since 14th aug and cant get an engineer until 5th September!

Over many years I have always been able to make enquiries on our account. A 30 min call turn into a headache, I was refused a manger unrealistic complaint ❓

If so, your provider may need to add hardware outside to boost the signal coming to your router. Also, perhaps a built-in firewall on your router is at fault. I've had both scenarios happen to me.
