@bt_uk I explained that we were struck by lightning. He arranged for a temporary mini hub to be sent as there is no phone line. Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

@bt_uk we’ve been without wifi for 2 months now! Your service reps have cancelled twice now on coming to fix it, and have now pushed it to the 31. We all work from home and the mobile router only works with the window open… honestly the worst service I’ve ever experienced!

@bt_uk why advertise a service that you cannot provide? 5 weeks waiting for fibre to be installed at our property, 2 weeks without internet as we cancelled early with our previous provider to go with you. What you gonna do about it?

@jackh1990 @bt_uk Should really give BT credit where it’s due. Kevin / whoever runs the BT admin sorted the £120 an hour after this tweet and cash was with me today. Sadly no sign of Phil down at Sutton. How are you at picking up Christmas trees? @Merton_Council certainly aren’t very good.
