    @bt_uk Yes apparently there is a service issue. No restoration estimate on the website. I am working from home on 4G which is not ideal. Light is purple on the hub

    @bt_uk funny how when I run MY BT app it never says the speed is too low and I’m always in my guaranteed download and upload but when I run it with other tests including bt wholesale they never achieve the speeds especially when we are having issues in house!!! Guaranteed Con!

    @bt_uk So you really make my life hard!! Internet so slow son constant complaining. I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! Can’t even open app. But I still guess you say all ok

    @bt_uk so just I’m settling down to watch the Liverpool Aston Villa game my Internet has decided to play up. Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

    @bt_uk why is it that we are unable to speak to anyone to report a fault. I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Can someone contact me please to report this absolutely terrible customer service.

    @bt_uk My elderly Mum receives 3-4 scam calls a day on her BT land line. Registered with TPS but it doesn't stop them. Do you offer any type of call screening service to stop these unsolicited calls please?

    @bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

    @bt_uk I have DM'd details as requested. I ordered broadband package on 25 July, nearly 4 weeks ago. This is amongst the worst customer service I've experienced. You are not the only provider.

    @EE Actually #EE your customer service is rubbish both instore and on the phone.Your prices are even worse. I went in the @VodafoneUK store on Saturday and I bought #ulimitedbroadband and the lady was so nice to me she even set the box up for me in the #Vodafone store. I left @bt_uk

    @bt_uk I've gone through this with BT too many times now I'm sick of wasting my time on pointless exercises. Wither fix my speed or I'm off. I've tried to get info regarding full fibre and failed. It's like BT doesn't want customers.

    @bt_uk Hi Lisa, so BT disconnected my broadband line an hour ago and there's nothing I or you can do about this until tomorrow? Can't you even trace what caused this issue, as it seems a openreach engineer was working on the green box outside my flat?Again I'm WFH and need internet atm
