    Well done @bt_uk you’re an absolute joke! Not only do you never give me the speed you promise, the service is so intermittent I have to ask, what is the point. Settled down to watch champions league only for the broadband to go down again!! #worstprovider

    @bt_uk so just I’m settling down to watch the Liverpool Aston Villa game my Internet has decided to play up. Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

    @bt_uk funny how when I run MY BT app it never says the speed is too low and I’m always in my guaranteed download and upload but when I run it with other tests including bt wholesale they never achieve the speeds especially when we are having issues in house!!! Guaranteed Con!

    @bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

    Anyone eles BT broadband down, ours has been down since yesterday morning. As a result of this we are very sorry we cannot accept card payments at the moment. Very sorry for any inconvenience. @btbusinesscare @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Internet still down fault reported 6 days ago engineer came today says another 2/3 days absolute joke of a customer service all the promises made on TV adverts are a myth can't wait to get out of this contract !!! Thanks again BT

    @bt_uk Yes apparently there is a service issue. No restoration estimate on the website. I am working from home on 4G which is not ideal. Light is purple on the hub

    @btsport are an absolute shower! Have to wait up to 7 days on a call back resolve an issue. And it’s all because of their bloody app update. Idiots. Still take our money tho!! Careful bout signing up to them People. It’s Ongoing months now! Missed so much sport I’ve paid for.

    @bt_uk My elderly Mum receives 3-4 scam calls a day on her BT land line. Registered with TPS but it doesn't stop them. Do you offer any type of call screening service to stop these unsolicited calls please?

    @bt_uk why is it that we are unable to speak to anyone to report a fault. I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Can someone contact me please to report this absolutely terrible customer service.

    @Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

    @bt_uk So you really make my life hard!! Internet so slow son constant complaining. I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! Can’t even open app. But I still guess you say all ok

    @bt_uk Are there broadband issues in the Ashby De La Zouch are of Leicestershire? Ping is over 1000 ms download speed is 0.16Mbps upload speed 0.65Mbps. Can you have a look pls. Had same issue 2 weeks ago, then returned to normal after 36 hours!

    @bt_uk Hi I’ve had a few issues over the last couple of weeks. You were really helpful getting engineer out sooner than I expected. Disappointed to see today that my complaint has been closed. I was assured that wouldn’t happen till I was spoken to.

    @bt_uk can you explain why I would want to go from £57 a month to £73 a month for my tv package? Please don’t tell me it’s because you are including basic Netflix? Seems loyalty as a customer gets you nowhere these days.
