@bt_uk No - your website said there’s a fault that needs an engineer. Your support person wouldn’t book it unless I agreed to pay £85 for a call out to fix your broadband which is at 1/5th the speed it should be. I refused and have ordered sky and will be cancelling BT this evening

Well done to @bt_uk getting us back online with a temporary fix, pity about the attitude of one of the engineers when I was asked if it was working I said yes but slower, was interrupted and told " to get over myself. " Was simply giving a accurate report.

@btsport Any guidance on how to resolve VC019 error on PS5? Recently upgraded my internet speed from standard copper phone line (8mbps) to FTTP (150mbps). Never had issues until new connection. Plays for 10 seconds then freezes. Can’t watch any live sport 😢😢
