Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

@welshmattt @virginmedia @bt_uk Matt, I left BT and went to Virgin. I never received my advertised broadband speeds (although it was over the minimum guarantee speed). Virgin hits those speeds they advertise.
