@btbusinesscare No thanks, I'm moving to another supplier as we speak. FYI, @bt_uk is the worst company in the UK. I will never use any of your services again and that includes @EE .

@paullewismoney @bt_uk Virgin are doing the same to us in April - their letter "in the unlikely event there’s a power cut or a fibre network disruption, you won’t be abie to make or receive calls". Living in an area of bad mobile reception we won't be able to contact Emercency Services.

@bt_uk Not sure that helps: "... unplug any existing handsets from your old service, as these will no longer work". And if the 999 emergency is to report a power cut I will need a mobile phone (assuming that there's a signal from the nearby masts).
