hey @bt_uk, I've been waiting 3 months for an explanation/resolution as to why my house is the only house in my village that can't access full fibre (despite living right next to the pole), last communication was May and no idea who to contact?

@bt_uk Seeing serious increases in pings to sites like google in the Wakefield area currently, multiple issues reported online. We're talking 250+ms ping when the norm is about 19ms. Any updates on what the issue is and when it may be fixed?

@bt_uk It's not a new service. Had it since Jan. Phoned BT again they said it will be fixed later today. This has been the same response everday since last week. Totally incompetent
