@bt_uk Ref BT Sum, your technical engineer advised that BT Mast on Green Lane near post code TW4 6FD has been down since last Aug! Meaning my wife will not get service at her place of work.

@bt_uk No it just went from blue to orange. Twice within 10 minutes. It’s back on now. First problems we have had since moving to full fibre. Will be keeping our eye on it.

@bt_uk On 23/6/21 reported to BT that there was no internet connection, no phones and no TV at our address and whole area, it’s now 28/6/21 and we are still waiting for this to be fixed no updates and no service since can anyone let us know when we will get the service back

@bt_uk Hi, I have been through both of these processes. The outage started yesterday evening and has been quoted to finish on Wednesday morning. How do I recoup the money I have paid during that time?
