  @bt_uk disgusting my mother has no house phone or broadband and is unable to get hold of anyone in your customer service team. She has reported online but saying 11th April. She’s vulnerable and can’t be without house phone

  24 months with @bt_uk and I chose to switch to @virginmedia. I saved £5 extra every month, but I pay for that £5 in service outages. Never cheat on your broadband 👍

  @bt_uk evening, may I know if there’s any issue in Maybury, Edinburgh? It seems that my broadband is not working. Plus 2 hours before, I received a text regarding the fault

  @virginmedia When will the internet be back up? I have to write my dissertation and need the internet to do it. I'll be looking to move to @bt_uk and @SkyUK. Since we renewed in January the service has gone down hill to being unusable
