Tracy Harvey (@Pear_shaped30) reported@bt_uk changed broadband from ee to bt full fibre - was brilliant for a while and then we saw a bt engineer at our neighbours house installating full fibre. Even since then ours has been rubbish! Not loading, being really slow now having to use our data #noton

Had a text message to say there has been a fault detected and since fixed but still isn't working despite resets etc. From what ai understand this is effecting local residents.
