Eledoya77 (@eledoya77) reported@bt_uk Part 1 why am I being charged for broadband and 2 landlines taking my bill to nearly £60 a month. I recently switched from a broadband contract to phone line rental contract. This was because your service was so appalling. The broadband hasn’t removed.
