@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk One hour into this problem, which looks national, and you are still report NO PROBLEMS on your status page leaving people unaware what's going on. Sort that out at least !

@bt_uk broken internet only some things work on playstation nat type fails so no online gaming on xbox internet says it working but no online games work certain websites wont load at all its very messy with slow and limited access

Hey @bt_uk, what’s up with network? Lost access to around 10% of internet sites. Seems to be a network wide issue as colleagues who also have BT as their ISP in different regions have the same problem, while non-BT colleagues don’t have issue. Status updates please?
