    @bt_uk I've just sent a message. The phone cut out after 50 minutes on hold, I'm at the point now where I just want to cancel, it's been awful.

    @bt_uk This isn't an account issue, it's a network issue affecting multiple users. This clearly needs to be escalated up the chain without delay as it's a P1 issue for your Network Operations Centre.

    @bt_uk Is their an issue with your network today? I'm having connection issues with devices, I cannot use your app to test for faults as it says their may be a problem on your end.

    @bt_uk Nat type failing on PS5, I've also been having problems with my Xbox stuck on moderate for the last week or so.
