@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

4 times I have tried to get my new hub delivered and 4 times I’ve received disappointment. Nothing. This is quite shambolic customer service and utter frustration from an existing customer. Surely it can’t be this hard? Can anyone @BTGroup @bt_uk please help? #nothappy

Trying to watch Premiership Rugby semi final on @btsport and it is impossible. Constant buffering makes it unwatchable. Before anyone responds that my internet speed is too slow, I am on full fibre at 500mbps. Glad I have cancelled the subscription.
