4 times I have tried to get my new hub delivered and 4 times I’ve received disappointment. Nothing. This is quite shambolic customer service and utter frustration from an existing customer. Surely it can’t be this hard? Can anyone @BTGroup @bt_uk please help? #nothappy

@bt_uk I never use Freeview. It's the connection via sky boxes. No error code, just constant "you cannot watch TV at the moment due to a connection error" ( or something like that)... It's happened about 50 times since 5:30 this morning, tablet loses connection too.

. @bt_uk spitefully exploit that, for many people, there's no alternative service provider. We're over a barrel and they can provide poor service, or none, as they please. No comeback.

@VodafoneUK I left @bt_uk a few months ago as you were 50% cheaper on the promise of same/ better speeds. The performance has been horrible. Giving me a never-ending 15% apology discount is no use when I can’t event watch a show without several instances of the spinning wheel!

@SkyHelpTeam This is absolutely ridiculous. If you don't contact me within 4 hours to resolve the broadband issue I've now had for 4 days that you have admitted is your issue although you've repeatedly told me its an issue with my end ill be cancelling my subscription and going to @btsport
