  @bt_uk Hey BT, it's really strange and a bit unfair that you offer a lower price to new customers and are not able to offer attractive offers for renewing customers. My quoted price to renew is 15.4% higher than a new customer. Don't you think it should be a bit equal?

  @bt_uk guys my broadband service is so ****** atm that my 4G is providing a more stable, consistent and high-speed service. This isn’t acceptable.

  Hi @bt_uk I think there might be a problem in my area I've tried your online tools but it says it was unable to connect, after restarting the router it has been better but I'm still getting 200 out of the 9000mb and some dips to well below that

  All other streams are playing fine and the playstation has a wired connection suggesting it's an issue with this specific stream. I'll take a refund on my sports package it this isn't sorted thanks. @btsportfootball @btsport
