@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk should have gone live with internet on Friday 13th, yet we have had 1 broken hub - 1 hub replaced,no engineer showed up, no broadband, they can’t find account on system !!! cut off 4 times !!! 2 hours into call logs !!! #terrible

@bt_uk Ok, I am a full fibre 100 customer with bt tv and sports HD package already BUT we don’t use the bt box unless sports is on because the box itself simply too slow and frustrating to use. In your opinion what would you suggest is the cheapest option to keep the sports??

@bt_uk Thanks for being so supportive when we are struggling to pay our bill. We will be cold and hungry so we can pay for your broadband instead of downgrading like we wanted for a cheaper version. Customer for 8 years and wont be renewing our contract when it ends. Hello sky.

@bt_uk shocking service by OpenReach. They came yesterday to fit a new broadband/tv after waiting 2 months for an appointment. Left after 40 mins saying there was a blockage and he would be back within 2 hours. Didn’t come back! Also lied and said a car was blocking!

@bt_uk out of contract soon, explained that I wanted to a new contract - told by agent that they can bring my package down by £3 - I pointed out that it will increase in April by 13.9% so I end up with a £3 discount for 1 month and paying an extra £5.50 after - so goodbye BT.

@bt_uk had internet fitted before Christmas, connection could not be established. Have been told time and time again you are coming back to solve the issue as there is a fault in the road. I am still waiting for an answer & paying for a package I cannot use. Disgraceful service!!

@bt_uk The appointment failed AGAIN. beyond ridiculous customer support… one says it’s been booked then when no one turns up and I ask why they say it’s failed. Bye bye BT I’m no longer paying £55 a month for 5mbps internet 😡
