@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk Not after that epic four month problems I’ve had. Read your records. My internet never works for more than 3-4 days at a time. I’ll see you in court before I pay anymore money. I simply don’t have it.

@bt_uk Yes I’m set here wondering why you can’t sort out my 87 year old mum’s phone that hasn’t worked for 70 days? she has dementia and there are safeguarding issues.
