@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@TheDMLab @btbusinesscare What an absolute shambles, our order was placed 8th March, two failed engineer visits (or lack of not down to us), being billed for kit we can't use. 6 weeks no service, several chats, wasted time... the list goes on, all transcripts saved! #Shocking @Ofcom

@bt_uk We were supposed to get super fast broadband installed on 23rd March. Our Sky BB was disconnected. We are still waiting for various cable issues to be resolved. Spoke to BT on Thursday and received condescending generic update the next day. Now left with download speeds of 3mbs.
