@bt_uk No faults listed. No internet connection. Every colour under the rainbow, both still and flashing. The only colour missing is a blue solid one. (Mainly flashing purple and then orange). Prices went up, service went down. Zero surprises there.

@andysc @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp My wife was so frustrated with an ongoing call centre/engineer disconnect, she ran into the road and flagged down a Virgin van that happened to be passing and arranged to switch. True story!

@andysc @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I remember my own horror when my fiber to the home in Kingston Upon Thames with Virgin stopped working and i called them and they told me to expect someone in 6 weeks. When I lived in NYC, similar problem addressed same day! Whazzup UK?

Hate to moan about companies on here, but after five engineer visits over the past 10 months, I am still having an absolute nightmare with my @bt_uk broadband. 50 drops in services in May. Still no solution. Sixth engineer visit booked for Monday, and my patience is all but lost
