  How do you escalate at complaint with @bt_uk ? 75Mb broadband running at max 4Mb for a MONTH now and BT don't seem to care & are lying to me.

  @JuxtoG @bt_uk I have found them all to be bad, had zen didn’t want to send out an engineer as it would cost them, bt is dire so are sky and virgin, only on virgin because of the speed

  Hi @BT_uk. Please can you help? We just moved house yesterday so are waiting for our broadband to get turned on, but lockdown means our kids' school lessons are all online so they can't access them. Is there anything to do to speed up our wait time? Our switch on date is 18th

  @bt_uk When they sell such expensive items you really expect better than an email address that takes forever to get a reply. Your a telecoms company yet seem to be the only company I know that can’t organise phone support.

  @bt_uk trying to talk to someone regarding my mothers paid for set today. Cant get through. You should at least have more staff available to talk, rubbish service so far and we aren’t even set up with you, regretting the changeover now
