    @bt_uk hi my friend is receiving emails from you about a new broadband service and delivery of a new hub. She hasn’t ordered anything and the home address isn’t hers. Her email address must be linked to someone else’s bt account. Help!

    @bt_uk Yes I believe so. One day. This is such bad service. I received a call last night to confirm the installation but yet again, another no show. If this is how you treat your new customers, god knows how you treat existing ones.

    @bt_uk The best bit is you sent an engineer out on Saturday to fix a fault on the line.. (when you told me they dont work weekends) - how can there be a fault on the line when we are waiting for a line to be installed? So stupid. No words

    @bt_uk awful customer service today. Advised by OpenReach to request 4g dongle to get my children connected to their schools. Yet nobody will help. Fault already at one week & will be weeks before it can be repaired. Contract may have another year left but it won’t be! Disgusted!

    @bt_uk absolutely disgusted with the service! Booked full fibre to be installed at beginning of December, due 2nd February and due to a snow day now put back to 16th April. After 3 hours of on hold and speaking to advisers I’m still stuck without a decent internet service 😡

    @bt_uk How long until an engineer actually turns up for one of the appointment I have booked? This is ridiculous, appalling service. Now I’ll have to wait another 8 days without internet for you not to bother turning up again?

    Hi @bt_uk. You've sent a letter to my house addressed to "Valued Customer". I'm not a customer, but took this to be spam since it's not addressed to someone specific. On opening the letter, it's got some PII of the previous owner. They don't live here any more. Can you help?
