@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

@bt_uk Hey BT, my vulnerable 85 year old dad has been without a phone line since 23rd Aug. Each time we phone BT you say it will be fixed. We were promised a head engineer would come out today, no one came and no follow-up phone call despite your promises. Please help us!

@bt_uk DM sent. Text help says "nope nothing wrong out end, move your router"... Surprise surprise.... 4 months of awful service constantly refused to be acknowledged by BT. Says something when I have to tether my laptop to my mobile for Internet to work doesn't it...
