4 times I have tried to get my new hub delivered and 4 times I’ve received disappointment. Nothing. This is quite shambolic customer service and utter frustration from an existing customer. Surely it can’t be this hard? Can anyone @BTGroup @bt_uk please help? #nothappy

@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

...now we know why - it’s never been activated on my account even though I only took out this contract for the free BTSport. Can’t get hold of customer support, but that looks like standard by the reviews...

@MarcAllera @btsport Watch on @btsport with EE is a joke! I’ve been trying to correct a fault on this service since 19 October. I’ve spent approx 6hr over 2weeks trying to it sorted. I keep being batted between Mobile & Broadband depts. Frustrated beyond words.

My eighth phone conversation in 5 days, and even after he promised he’d call me back, Chris in @bt_uk Sales never updated me on the multiple errors on my account…So still no connectivity, and an expired contract! All I wanted was an upgrade! Now I got nuthin!

@bt_uk Internet has been dropping out pretty much non-stop for around 18 months, 3 engineers have come round, no solution. I was told I'd be contacted. I haven't been. I'm still waiting for a response to my complaint. It's really affecting my business.

Dear @bt_uk Four days. No WiFi. 2 x people trying to WFH. Problem confirmed by @WeAreOpenreach as damage caused by engineers while doing unconnected work. Your customer service is unresponsive. Your billing department is not. Please, for my sanity and my job, do something 🤯

Another massive fail by @bt_uk - cancelling accounts and cutting me off. Luckily the people dealing with it are friendly but I’ve been cut off twice now. And you can’t reverse the cancellation you made for no reason! #badcustomerservice
