@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk What good does reporting do when you can't even get on to BT's website because the connection is that bad. Been trying to do a food order since 9am this morning and can't get pages to load. You need to investigate the connections around the Chesterfield area. It's been rubbish -

@bt_uk Waited 22 days for an engineer to show up for Slow speeds and Internet Dropout issues! 5 visits booked and 4 of them were NO show! Engineer advises to call BT! LOL No communication from case manager.. Maybe @Ofcom can help? I’m not the only one complaining by looks of it!

@bt_uk Good Morning. Really need to complain about my broadband connection. It drops out frequently and is not acceptable especially as my son is working from home. A good connection is essential. Will I need to change provider or can you do anything to help. Please!!!

@bt_uk any update on the mast issues in Twickenham? I’ve had no service since the 17th Match. Excuse after excuse. If I can’t patch onto WiFi then I cannot make / receive calls. Unacceptable. My next update from BT is due tomorrow. I want to change provider and will do so.

been ignored for the last week by your consumer resolutions team & am in the middle of a complaint to the communications ombudsman wondered if I’d get a response this way. Phone is now saying line in use. Can’t see app as internet STILL not working @bt_uk aware bill not paid

@bt_uk You tell me I get 14.03 mbps, that's poor in my view; just because it's above the minimum doesn't make it ok. You tell me I have 14 devices, I do not, maybe some of them are historic connections? You keep asking me about getting super-fast broadband but you can't supply it.

@bt_uk Hi #bt_tv just had an email saying my #britbox special offer is about to expire. Only watched it once ages ago and forgot I had it. When I try to manage it on your website it's sends me to theirs and when I go there they say manage thro your website. How do I cancel!!!

So have been to my shop today & find that @bt_uk have been on to my property, dug a hole, laid cables, run those cables up my shop wall (drilling into my wall) & across to service other shops. Without mine or my partners permission.
