@bt_uk I have a Sonos Soundbar, but this issue doesn’t exist with other external devices, for example an Apple TV > Only the YouView 4K box.

@bt_uk Well @bt_uk is living up to its reputation today I've sat in all day waiting for an @OpenreachHelp engineer to call to fix my fault and no body has turned up. I have never dealt with such incompetent companies. Yet another holiday from work wasted thanks BT.

The customer service rep i spoke to at @bt_uk response when i explained my grandmother is 84 and reliant on her landline was 'Go to Tesco and buy her a pay as you go phone'. Not sure how they justify the stupidly high bill if that's their response to their faults.

BT what a shower of s**t, been with them 3 years, moving house, all they can offer is half the speed at same price, to get out is £120, now can't even extend my service for 7 days, asked to be called by manager, no response in 2 weeks!! @bt_uk
