    @bt_uk looks for a bit of assistance please. Internet has been down last few days. Smart Hub is blue, with d/l speed normal but no upload speed?? Won't allow any devices to connect.

    @bt_uk What seems to not be the problem Nick is more of the question. Internet is slow, intermittent and in all seriousness trash. When trying to sort stuff out you get passed from pillar to post. The sooner our contract is up, the better.

    @bt_uk No help at all as when I phone them the order is still open so say no fault. Just keep saying 5 days for a engineer to look at fault.
