Terrible customer service from @BT @btbusinesscare billing. When you tell them something they find annoying they put you on hold forever. Just a shoddy outfit - a disorganised monopoly that should never have been privatised

@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@bt_uk Hi. I am a sky customer and we have had no Internet since Tuesday, along with others in our area (M28). Sky have said there is an outage and bt openreach are dealing with it. I'm just wondering if there are any updates you can give us?

@btsport Why can’t you get a bt sports package that DOESNT include football?? I am very interested in boxing but I can’t stand modern day f’ball and the money being pumped in. Can I have a quote for BT without f’ball? It’s ridiculous u have to pay for fball when u never watch it!
