@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@bt_uk I’m having problems with my Wifi this am - I have a BT halo, it keeps trying to reconnect - but then goes purple again. Any tips? I’m a teacher trying to work from home and doing live lessons - so stress levels are high!!
