@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@bt_uk Not too good the Sim turned up on Saturday things happened on friday night the complaint has been updated with what happened. Not having a way to call emergency services has had an effect.
