@bt_uk Could you set up a system where a customer could press a specific key sequence immediately after hanging up on a call to report it as a scam call? Once I have picked up the phone, my day is already interrupted, I don’t want to then have to find a website to report it.

@bt_uk your broadband is a joke You say there is no downtime but near every day there are cut outs or the Internet speeds drop from the measly 15mbps to 6mbps Constant packet lose among other issues and to top it off, my mum is spending £26.99 for it and the Internet is crap

@bt_uk I'm trying to upgrade to fibre via the website but after selecting the plan it just errors "Ref# CON-0083" and I can't get any further.

@bt_uk hey can you help my Internet speeds . why is it downloading at under 1mbps I've tried running test my speed and test broadband online and it was unable to do it and tried live chat and it said no1 was available

@bt_uk Working off wireless connection as we have the BT extender discs throughout the house... literally before I streamed I had 47mb down and 6mb up... when it crashed and I stopped the stream, come back to check it again and I had 10mb down and 0.5mb up

@bt_uk Thank you but no there were not. The problem is still the same. It is affecting the neighbourhood (or at least those in immediate vicinity). I have reported this to BT. IT is also affecting other networks too (to my knowledge). It is not showing as a fault when line tested

@bt_uk I'm with BT and every single time my house phone rings my internet cuts out. When we are home schooling a poorly child with hospital telephone calls and zoom lessons it has been a real problem. Unfortunately I've had endless engineer visits and new equipment but still an issue.

@bt_uk but there were works being carried out by @AffinityWater outside around the time connection issues began. I also understand that @OpenreachHelp changed the telecommunications pole that links to our properties around this time too

@tape1988 @bt_uk Latest they’ve advised us is get my nana who’s had cancer and covid (which I said) to go up the loft (she’s the only one who could go up) get a wire down and use the internet with the wire 1 person at a time
