BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
caroline jones (@11cemetarygates) reported@WolfofX There is no back up in an emergency now. @bt_uk ripped out the copper wire so no one’s landlines work in a power cut now. Motivated by greed. Love this story.
-
andy grey (@andy_gray) reported@bt_uk I can’t resolve ‘online’ a phone fault. It’s for my blind 87 year old father who hasn’t got a mobile phone, internet or indeed at the moment a functioning land line. His phone is not the issue. How do I moved forward and actually speak to someone?
-
@CyberHusky (@PetecoleO) reported@bt_uk Given up waiting to discuss issue you have caused! Will remember this at contract renewal time.
-
lauren. (@cyberbeautiful) reportedWhy do you never answer the damn phone!?! @bt_uk
-
Sem Essessi (@SemiEssessi) reported@bt_uk why do you keep calling my business partner whose phone number was never part of this account? why are you so awful? i can tell from the first word of your customer service automated broken that you are screwing up your business. a few more words and its even worse.
-
andrealenehan (@tilly4071) reported@bt_uk wow BT - when are you going to learn that supporting loyal customers is just as important as getting new ones. 30 years with BT internet/broadband, paying bills every month means nothing except I have to pay £30 more than a new customer. Account now cancelled!
-
H Paul O'Donnell (@HPaulODonnell) reported@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Legal expenses claim on your Home Insurance Jim. If its covered there you're legal expenses insurer will pay for the damage to be repaired allowing you to pick the folks that fix it. Then your insurer can have the hassle of chasing BT to get their money back. Worth a phone call.
-
Robin Shaw (@RSh234) reported@phillyonskem @bt_uk Totally agree. Literally hours on calls to ‘Guides’, only a few of which actually help, processes which ignore issues and no recourse without escalating to the Ombudsman!
-
(((Ian McKenzie))) 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇫🇷🇺🇦🇮🇱🇬🇪🇬🇱 (@iMcKenzied) reportedUpdate on the @bt_uk fiasco. After 48 years as a customer I’m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. There’s a name for that. Fraud.
-
Lesley Talbot (@LesleyT88) reported@bt_uk your customer service is terrible! This issue still hasn’t been resolved! Told this morning that your executive customer care team would contact my mum to discuss the issue as a priority and she still hasn’t had a call! Paying customers are clearly not a priority to you
