    @bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

    The @bt_uk saga continues. Got my kit and an email that tells me to switch on the openreach fibre modem in my house. Only problem being I don’t have one, it’s just a wire with black tape on it…

    @bt_uk If only a) BT Broadband worked (still waiting for switch on after 4 weeks) or b) the EE network were gd enough to work in its absence! I've hd no network in that time, I've hd to MOVE OUT OF MY NEW HOME to be able to work. I will settle for anyone else! On way to @Ofcom #BROKEN

    @bt_uk @monaghp Sorry, are you saying that BT mobile (which operates on EE network) don't offer smart watch cellular plans? EE offer cellular watch plans. As smart watches have been around for some time, we really need all mobile companies offering cellular watch plans. @ThreeUK any update?

    @bt_uk No Internet this evening. Normal speed around 2MB per second. Zero this evening and yesterday. Just the usual atrocious service from BT. When are you going to do something about fibre for rural areas? What are you going to do about my zero speed? £40 per month, for what?
