@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

Terrible customer service from @BT @btbusinesscare billing. When you tell them something they find annoying they put you on hold forever. Just a shoddy outfit - a disorganised monopoly that should never have been privatised

At the final straw with @bt_uk. Broadband cuts out every 25 mins (great for home working right). Tried every suggestion..non worked. The hub is clearly broken. Told at 10:06 I would get a callback in 2 mins...it is now 13:08...but quite happy to take my money? Breach of contract!

@bt_uk BT engineer has been out to assessed and has confirmed that @CityFibre engineers has damaged the cable following dig. This will take up to 2 days to replace damage cable.
