@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

Terrible customer service from @BT @btbusinesscare billing. When you tell them something they find annoying they put you on hold forever. Just a shoddy outfit - a disorganised monopoly that should never have been privatised

@JonScoff @bt_uk it's all a scam & the big companies somehow are in it 2. I had a similar problem, cancelled contract with BT and this company immediately pop up in our payments without having any contact with them. We'll report them as a fraud. We should all join and go against them, all of them

@BTCare Hi guys, I need a line test doing. I’m on BT Full Fibre 900 with BT Halo 1 and I’m almost certain my connection keeps dropping. The logs on the HomeHub are tricky to decipher, but I want the FTTP line checked please. For the cost per-month I expect a rock-solid service.

@bt_uk I signed up with that last summer when they were running the fibre lines. Currently just says VDSL available. Just curious why 3 streets are left out of the rollout and it’s impossible to get any further details with Openreach as an end customer.

@bt_uk This is indeed a horrible company to deal with. You must cancel your direct debit immediately you decide to leave BT. They tell you they will refund you easier if you leave your direct debit in place. Lies, I’m still waiting weeks after leaving BT.
