    @bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

    I'm trying to get my head around advert free BBC costing less than £200 p.a. while @skytv an @btsport cost well over double, have to support themselves with ridiculous amounts of adverts and still can't get the footy to me without picture break up every 5 mins! Capitalism fuct!

    @VodafoneUK I’ve left BT to join your broadband due to a good deal. No problems for 2 years with @bt_uk. Been with #vodaphone 2 weeks and already my internet has gone down. My ASD kids are so upset right now. Completely regretting the switch right now

    @btsport what is the bloody point in locking my account out for 20 minutes because I mis-typed my password once. Utter garbage when you want to watch a football game. The sooner you lose the broadcast rights the better #MUNSEV

    Diabolical service from @bt_uk 6 phone calls just to get internet at our new home, told an engineer needed to come out and he’s been sent to the old house! Spoke to BT yesterday as the confirmation text said the old post code but they assured us it’s the new house he’d attend 🤬

    @ahillslegal @bt_uk BT is useless! I switched from them to Sky years ago and have always had great service from Sky!
