@btbusinesscare We were 4th time lucky. An Engineer turned up yesterday & it took all of 15 minutes to fix. BT had patched a wrong port hence why our service was not live. I will DM you my refund claim ref number as I want all previous sums taken by BT to be credited to our account

@bt_uk I’ve ran tests on the line through the help pages on the BT website & it said everything was fine, but the router still dropped out numerous times yesterday even after the tests. The router only seems to play up as I reach the end of my contract with BT & you try to push Halo.

@bt_uk My elderly and vulnerable. parents have received FOUR nuisance calls today and it's not even lunchtime! They pay extra to NOT receive these calls. This has been going on for ages and have had no help from you when they contacted you. What are you going to do about it?

@bt_uk working from home with broadband that never stays connected for more than 5 minutes at a time . So frustrating and was never an issue with previous provider.
