Out of the blue email from @bt_uk. “We're stopping your services“ (Broadband, BT Sport). Don't reply, we can't read. Phone us instead. No signal on BT mobile. Second time this has happened - piss poor management.

@bt_uk really disappointed by the way my 86 year old vulnerable parents have been treated. They phoned up to cancel and it was not made clear to them about the huge cancellation fee. They have been hit with £250 and it’s come as a big shock.
