    @bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

    @bt_uk internet gone down yet again following what I was told yesterday was a outage in the area. But spoke with customer services today and no one can tell me if its the same problem and I need an engineer. I just want what I'm paying for! An internet service!

    @btsport Sorry there's enough issues in this voluntary so whh don't you run a fundraiser for charities that need help here in thr UK? Cancer research, Heart Foundation, Huntingdon Chorea, NHS etc etc rather than the floods. We pay out enough 💰 as it is especially in tough times

    @bt_uk - can you please explain why whenever I travel your email fails to work? All other email account have no issue at all... but BT email fails 90% of the time when connected to local WiFi services. Appallingly bad for those with no other email accounts.

    @bt_uk 2 vulnerable pensioners with dementia, no phone for 2 weeks due to a car knocking the pole down. New pole has been fitted 6 days ago but still not connected. Disgraceful

    @bt_uk customer service is poor, we have no broadband due to network outage and unable to check status as we don't have a landline with you. Need Internet as I work from home.
