    @bt_uk … We live in the middle of nowhere and have to walk 15 minutes just for a phone signal. What happens in an emergency?! We also live 6hrs from friends and family… this is immoral and a complete lack of duty of care through YOUR error!! …

    @bt_uk New tech means family member has to install BTemail on new device. I have ‘ master account’ & login to BT systems. We are on the same home phone/ account. What details do they need to activate BT email? Do they input own email address & the ‘master’ password. Or?

    @bt_uk I’ve called many times. I’m told the same thing every time I call. “It will be sorted in 48-72 hours” but it never is

    @virginmedia Yet the minimum @bt_uk service on an old copper wire with a standard supply router had no issues whatsoever, to all corners or our home… gotcha I’ll be moving back in the summer!
