@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@bt_uk Unfortunately they can’t. @SkyUK have been amazing whereas I’ve been told by @bt_uk that you guys can offer me £50 compensation for 12 weeks no internet while trying to work at home...not great service or response given this started with your error.

@KevWhittaker1 @virginmedia I am disgusted, @bt_uk would never treat you this way. Especially since virgin would not have to come inside. If you were to cancel under the 14 day cooling off period how would they come and collect the equipment ???
