    @bt_uk @Ofcom today i found out bt when a customer what to leave you hold on ransom? I am not in a contract, and do you treat them to destroy credit history? this is what I got from BT

    @bt_uk My Broadband has been off since Saturday morning and im having to use my hotspot. Done all the troubleshooting and still not working. Bill has been payed also. Disgrace nearly a week of having to pay for extra data on my phone to link it to my tv for hotspot

    @bt_uk why do you contradict yourselves trying to get technical help and so far 3 people told me 3 different things none of which can actually help me with what I have been told is a simple change?

    @bt_uk you are truly the worst company I have ever had to deal with for my business. Every time it takes an age to sort anything out. I am currently still on hold after 48mins.

    @bt_uk I spoke to someone from that number, As im in contract and not near the end I dont have any option to cancel (unless I pay over £400) so theres not much they can do.

    @alickie66 @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk I am in similar situation…level 2 escalation…I have DM OPENREACH but same responses to try to keep me quiet…raise the issues with your provider…I have many times but NO-REACH is not escalating or doing anything about it…
