  @bt_uk every day without fail for last week or so my WiFi has gone down at least once, more often twice. It’s driving me mad!!! Reconnects again within a few minutes but so annoying. Interrupts work or TV. I’m so over your unreliable WiFi I’ll be leaving when my contract is up!!!

  @bt_uk changed from normal bt wifi to bt fibre optic business and the signal is awful - constant lagging on Xbox, can’t route a Ethernet to the new box as fibre entry too far away - is there anything that can get done to boost signal into bedroom?

  @bt_uk You seem to be missing the point. The engineer is not there for anything to do with the long running fibre installation. He is there for a mythical fault on the old line no one knew about or reported. Totally baffling just how bad BT can be

  @bt_uk Hello. Can I cancel the TV portion of my current plan please? I can’t seem to do this through My Account online. I can only upgrade, which I don’t want to do. I’ve not been able to use the service for over a month. Can I be refunded for this month’s charge please?

  @bt_uk No, booked a day off and now have to try to cancel that giving the boss only a days notice of that and won’t know until check at work as to whether to new date is going to be convenient and whether can book it off. The equipment is already here, this all happened earlier this eve
