@bt_uk every time you take double money out of their bank account you are adding to their problems. Every time you say you will phone back they sit waiting. Every time their grandchildren phone they say “Bt are phoning, ring later”Every time-every time. For a year @bt_uk reply!

2 hours on the phone to @bt_uk after initially requesting to port our existing landline number to them when we moved house. Advised the best route to do it and now being told we can’t have the number and we need to cancel everything and start again... absolutely ridiculous!!

@bt_uk can i just say that i have had bt wifi for about 2 years now and my family changed from another broadband to you. ever since the wifi has been shocking! disconnecting all day. we haven’t had time to really notice how bad it has been as we all live out the house busy lives ! dm me

@bt_uk Every 5 minutes my network is going down and then pops back up 60 seconds later. Constantly causing problems with work calls. This service is horrific
