@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@BBCSport The amount of TV channel providers is... Btsport, SkySports, amazon, Premier sports.,that's obviously for the people that don't have a chipped firestick. Then a season ticket if you support a team.

@bt_uk You do NOT connect for good, you don't connect at all. My dad is a pensioner and relies on a phone but you just keep lying and giving connection dates that never happen. The amount of stress will probably cause another heart attack, thanks a bunch. Don't use this service

Seriously @bt_uk need to get their act together. Sent my HBB items back, they told me they got them, now they are chasing me for two imaginary items I never got which are duplicated serial numbers of the originals they received. You think they would have put 2+2 together
