The service we have received from @bt_uk is terrible. They have left my Grandmother with out a working landline for over 3 weeks. Promised it would be repaired on the 6th August and when i called to check they said it would now be another 3 weeks.

The contractors putting @virginmedia in my street have knocked off my @bt_uk broadband. Cheers you bunch of #Cnuts great advert for your service. 48 hours to BT fix for someone that supports a Blue light service.

@bt_uk My husband has spoken to you, initially he was told me would be compensated for this but told he’s been told ‘financially it doesn’t make sense’ here’s the thing BT, we don’t work all day to over pay you for a service you knowingly can’t provide!!

@bt_uk Well @bt_uk is living up to its reputation today I've sat in all day waiting for an @OpenreachHelp engineer to call to fix my fault and no body has turned up. I have never dealt with such incompetent companies. Yet another holiday from work wasted thanks BT.
