@bt_uk Shocking service BT. You keep turning my wifi off without any warning and didn't even try to properly communicate this so that I could make actual arrangements to go into the office and have uninterrupted work. So poor again.

@bt_uk why is it so hard just to speak to somebody why do I have to report a fault through text then wait a hour to be told when an engineer can come out why can’t I just speak to somebody so we can try and fix it or just send a new HUB joke of a service
