@bt_uk I moved house 20th Nov and still have an outstanding complaint re charges & still no BT Sport. Last contact from you was 4th Dec!!! Whenever I call I have to explain the travesty of service to someone different and still getting nowhere!!

So @btsport , with the shutdown of 99% of sporting events why haven’t you offered the same as Sky Sports to pause direct debits until the current Pandemic has passed and regular sport is back in action, this is a really poor showing!!

@bt_uk are THE WORST company I've had to deal with EVER first I pay 56.99 a month for internet thet doesn't even work upstairs and now theyve put my monthly bill up to 64.90 and are refusing to drop it back down!Never will I go with BT again! I'll make sure nobody I know does!!!

There appears to be severe congestion impacting segments of the @btbusinesscare network intermittently over the past 48 hours. Pretty unusual as normally BT are on top of stuff like this. 5-15% packet loss, IPv4 and v6, not appears both. ~15% of lines I monitor.

@bt_uk At 4am every morning I get a big lag spike lasting about 5 or 10 mins. When this happens my ping jumps to 1000 when it’s usually around 85. I don’t want to raise a support ticket because it’s very difficult to describe the issue to support

to set up the call forwarding for me which is what I really need. Bizarre but true. The credit is far more than the cost of call forwarding and the help I need is call forwarding which I can’t set up as there’s a fault on the line. Wishing just for call forwarding @bt_uk

So there’s a fault on my digital voice line with @bt_uk and I phoned the helpline. An engineer should be out by Friday. So I ask can I have a call forwarding in place. Answer? My fault doesn’t allow a bt customer service operator to activate call forwarding I have to call 1/3

Another day, another call to @bt_uk - I feel like I’ve spoken to them every other week for the last six months and every time there’s another issue. Account management has been horrendous and no mention of compensation.
