@bt_uk Hi, until recently now shortly after the SSID was changed to BTWifi the option to login with a Fon account was removed as per my screenshot above.

2) We had an engineer in May this year who fixed our problem and our speed went to over 40mb. In the last few weeks it reduced to 7. #britishtelecom #Broadband @btsport we pay over £40 for BT Sport too (and get sky included), which we already pay for through sky. shocking service

@bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

@bt_uk still no fibre broadband connection after 10 days of the original activation date. No resolution to my complaint, no contact from anyone with a resolution just endless passing from team to team, chase email after chase. WHEN are you going to fix the issue? Maybe @Ofcom ?

@bt_uk Worst broadband service ever and no option to upgrade to Fibre in this area. It’s really shocking. My monthly payments to BT should be classified as Charity donations. I have to use my mobile phone as hotspot all the time to get on the internet.

I’ve cancelled my @bt_uk landline and broadband, thanks to @Hyperoptic. I’d feel better if @O2 fixed their unusable 4G mobile coverage in the area, or even better 5G, so I have a backup if the broadband goes down. Two steps forward, one step back...
