    I’m beginning to think that going with BT for my business broadband was a very band idea. @btbusinesscare Speed awful. Admin and billing even worse. And a premium rate number for customer service - oh nice 😐

    @bt_uk how is it okay to leave us with unusable internet till the 24th of this month and still charge us for this time. We all work from home right now and 1mps speed just ain’t doing anything but yet your doing nothing to help us but still charging us. Great customer service!

    I’ve said it many times over the years but BT @bt_uk @BTCare is the most impressive company I’ve ever used. The quality of their services and customer support is the best I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a new Broadband supplier, go with BT, you won’t be disappointed!

    @bt_uk Hello, engineer was out today to fit new full fibre broadband. He said there was an issue and had to call his boss. Engineer then went to a different Job and was to call me back. Can you find out what the story is? Have sent DM. I'm now sitting out of contract also

    Can’t believe I’ve gone 55 days without internet, still no signs of it being resolved and no idea what the problem is, 6 missed engineer appointments, all amounting to £570.20 compensation outlined by their own policy, and @bt_uk have the audacity to say now, ‘Actually, no.’

    @dopeydrafter @PhilTheRocker1 @bt_uk Assume that's only any use if the connection coming into the house is working/stable though? Or does it pick up other people's if yours is down? Lack of wifi within the home isn't something I've come across, so just curious.
