    Second time in two days now where I've had to restart my phone just to regain access to my mobile data. Otherwise my Note 10+ just tells me to sign into the network, for the @EE website to tell me I'm blocked from buying data. The support is useless to. Unless I have access (1/2)

    @EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

    @EE £100 excess to fix a screen which you can buy for £20-30.... not sure what exactly I’m paying for each month. I’ll be cancelling the insurance and looking elsewhere.

    @EE It’s all been resolved thank you. Is it possible I could pass on some feedback to Chloe from your Merthyr office. She was brilliant, called me back when she said she would. Resolved by issue, and called today just to make sure all was okay. Great service. 👍🏽

    @virginmedia @RA0307J your scammers everyone has seen how you operate and where find for those practises how many peoples credit file did you irrevocable damage for late payment of a phone bill?, I've been a virgin media customer since its inception as " Blue yonder" I have just terminated my contract and put here in text " come collect your router" I'm disabled and won't be going anywhere to post it back to you take this as LEGAL NOTICE of the same, now I've moved fully to @EE unlimited tarrif and using my s26 ultra as my hotspot currently have a film on TV and using my tablet via said hotspot, virgin scammers are finished.

    @EE We order a TV and it’s damaged. I spoke to the customer service more than 1 hour and 1 person ask all the details and waste 20,25 minutes and pass the phone to another and she asked me the same questions and pass to the other. EE supply chain giving a time slot 9am to 5pm 1/1

    @EE I'd have expected it to be a case as simple as updating mailing lists the same way you remove my EIN. I don't have the energy to speak with someone over the phone for it, I'll just set all emails from that address to go straight into the deleted items, appreciate the support.

    @EE i’ve called already, had to sign a single document for a new phone on the in store ipad as the link was not working on my phone - your employee has taken it upon themselves to sign my print name to a document for insurance that i didn’t ask for. i am contacting the ombudsman.

    @EE I need support via anything other than phone. My watch upgrade delivery has failed today because the DPD PIN was sent to the watch's number instead of my mobile. Live chat only tells me to call. Could someone please contact me via DM to sort this out?

    @EE Sunday at 11.26 I went through the totally crazy process of ringing you, so I could verify my account, hang up and get a message that said you would ring me back within 15 minutes. Guess what? I’m still waiting and it is now 5:16 am the next day. My father is in a part of Spain where they have lost all Internet connection because of fires, I needed to amend my plan to call him (but your app wasn’t allowing me to change it) and I explained this in the ‘message’. No sympathy, no callback from EE. And don’t get me started on why if I have already made a call to you, I have to hang up, for you to then call me back. Once I’ve made a call to you I would rather sit and wait in a queue to speak to someone 😡
