To wait for a response from an email which took days before transferring my number to a new network. Despite being in a 14 day grace period. Was promised a call back from an “executive level” yesterday, which surprise, didn’t happen. @EE are as much of cowboys as ScottishPower.🤡

@EE Hi, my partner recently signed up with EE and used a PAC code to bring his number from Vodafone. I have a really strange problem when he send me text messages. We both use Google messages, if he sends me a text message it shows the number he was originally allocated by EE and
