  @EE very disappointed with the new Smart Hub 6 Plus router. The BT router it replaced had a far better Wifi signal and now, every day it assigns various devices in our home with the same internal IP address which results in none of them being able to connect with doorbell.

  Since changing from BT to @EE onto a supposedly much faster connection we’ve had nothing but problems and it is geting gradually worse. When the contract expires I will definitely not be renewing. Expensive and unreliable wifi.

  @EE When you assure your customers that you will be contacted within 72 hours. Why does it never happen? I have been mistreated , miss sold items, offered a refund and yet still not revived months later! Disgraceful
