Nathalia Lex - Teach&Geek (@teachandgeek) reported from Wokingham, England@EE The only reason I won’t do anything further about it was because the agent on the phone went above and beyond to try to help and it’s not fair on her to make a complaint, as it will obvs fire back at her
-

-
Ryan R 🏴 (@RyanRay74) reported from Wooburn, England@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!
-
Badly Drawn Byron (@Bjsfreaked) reported from Farnborough, EnglandSo @ee issues so tried to get in contact with regards to broadband the customer support agent asked me to wait whilst they sorted out the previous customers issue and sounded incredibly unsure whilst I was on the phone. Wasnt impressed with what was happening.

-
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England@SamsHusband @EE Yeah but unless they provide me with some free wifi, they aren't providing the service. Maybe pay Richard Bacon less for shite adverts and put some phone masts up.
-
Tom (@Para_Tom999) reported from Camberley, England@EE terrible shame that despite years of loyalty, you’re unwilling to match deals from O2 and @VodafoneGroup on my upgrade. Looks like it’s time to change provider!
-
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England@EE But if you aren't providing the WIFI, you aren't providing the service. So I should be able to opt out of my contract without a fee

Dan 'Nubz' 🤔 (@IamNubz) reported@WeAreOpenreach & @EE again failing Rural customers. Two major service outages in 6 months. No communication, last one was from 19th December to 7th January with no Internet in area with no indoor signal. This time ETA is 29th April, was 28th yesterday. Pathetic.
-
Steve Jay 🚫 by CRT 🏴 (Starmer out)!! (@s1l2j) reported@EE this is my internet yet again. It’s absolutely rubbish, and I even pay extra for preferential signal. Diabolical service, and only word spaghetti rather than a fix! The postcode is Nn7 3fg
-
ggg (@LeiSnoby) reported@EE I cannot call 150. Your website complaint form is broken and blocking me. Under consumer rights, you must provide a written alternative to log a complaint. Please provide a direct email address for the Complaints Team or escalate my DM internally. If you refuse, please issue
-
Mark Bleach (@BlastItBle8chy) reportedIf you come to the swindon designer outlet don’t expect @EE to work. It never has, suffers the same issue as SN1 Old Town. Dire and EE can’t be bothered to improve it.
-
Up2Terv (@TrEvvaaaaaa) reported@EE your signal is absolutely shite, charge a fortune meant to be UKs NO 1 .. yet I’m in a capital city sitting with 1 bar on 5G floating to 4G .. absolute shambles of a comapny
-
Pop'i' (@CruiseFelix) reported@EE All my HD channels gone. Spent 1hr on phone with EE...Said they don't know issue. VERY FRUSTRATING...Virgin here we come...
-
Alan Roberts (@AlanRob68902430) reported@EE its crazy that since March 9th I've been trying to upgrade and had to take complaint to exec team, just rang up as nobody has addressed the complaint, the person I just spoke to done the upgrade with 0 issues, oh well you got me for another 3 years ;-)
-
Stamer of Davos (@Ofcomsheep) reported@PeteForceJones @EE You're paying roaming fees? What a retard.
-
Michael Knight (@michaelmknight) reported@EE You keep sending me these letters. I informed you that my Mum, Who's bill this is, passed away in December of 2025. I sent you a letter and an original death certificate, which seems to have gone missing or you never returned it to me. As this is my Mum's account, I am not responsible for her debts, even in death. Dealing with a bereavement is hard enough, without receiving letters like this, especially when you were informed last year. Nether of us are/were ever late paying our bills, but things like this make me not want to continue being a customer of EE.
-
ItzCyberCell (@ItzCyberCell) reportedA bit of context to my previous posts. I have been a loyal @EE customer for over 3 years. I pay £96.99/m for Sports & Entertainment & 900Mbps internet. I also pay for @tntsports through EE which is now part of HBO Max. If I am paying over £100/m I shouldn't be forced to watch ads
