    @EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising it’s damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.

    Really great service from @EE and @WeAreOpenreach this morning. Lovely engineer, so nice not to have someone complain at installing a line in a flat. WiFi back to working perfectly.

    @EE I called to get some help due to my business being effected by Covid 19 I would just like to thank you for the lack of it and what you are saying on your website that your helping your customers is rubbish. Vodafone who I have another number with couldn’t of been more helpful

    @EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

    @EE Help. I need to urgently go to Bosnia Herzegovina on Monday and have an EE payg SIM card. I have topped up credit on top of the monthly sim only plan but I can only call home numbers in Bosnia but it won’t allow me to call mobile numbers. How can I?

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @Footballparky @EE I’ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So I’ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

    @EE Yes. “Just in case”. Staying home from work without internet isn’t really an option tho. Not an EE mobile customer so data offer doesn’t work. I’m just quite frustrated at a repeat issue with a long resolution lead time.

    @EE at the end of my tether with your company. I wanted to leave in March but persuaded to stay with free roaming. Just come back from Spain and been charged roaming. Spent 40 mins on phone and I thought all sorted and now my contract £2 more a month which was never mentioned
