EE Issues Reports Near Woodley, England
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Woodley and nearby locations:
-
Ryan R 🏴 (@RyanRay74) reported from Wooburn, England@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!
-
James Snyder (@StJamesofFleet) reported from Fleet, England@ee why do I have to call to get my PAC and have now been on hold for 15+ minutes? I appreciate you're experiencing a high volume of calls today but wouldn't automation help with this?
-
Marie Bessant (@MarieB_Music) reported from Beaconsfield, England@EE She really listened to my needs and found me the best plan and option with zero pushiness. I was only thinking about upgrading early, and her service made me sure. X
-
Nathalia Lex - Teach&Geek (@teachandgeek) reported from Wokingham, EnglandGuess @EE strategy is to try an make me give up on getting THEIR mistake fixed by putting me on hold for forever with stupid music on
-
Dr Katie Bates (@prometheus3) reported from Reading, EnglandReally great service from @EE and @WeAreOpenreach this morning. Lovely engineer, so nice not to have someone complain at installing a line in a flat. WiFi back to working perfectly.

-
Jerrie Sambers (@MonsieurSambers) reported from Reading, England@EE I don’t mind the charges. And yes, a new phone won’t be bad at all.
-
Peter Baker, MA. 🇬🇧 🇮🇱 🇺🇦 #WeRemember (@PeterBa82304711) reported from Reading, England@ItsJamesPowers @EE I found #EE to be a good network and generally customer service & support personnel were without fault. However, where the company still fails is it's inflexible attitude around tariffs for monthly pay/contracted customers. Unlike competitors they will not allow tariff drops.
-
Harvey (@HarveyWelch) reported from Wokingham, England@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE There's definitely a contract clause which will say you can leave if service is subpar which it really is
-
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England@SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.
-
Khurram Qayam (@kqbrain) reported from Reading, EnglandSuffering with poor #broadband connection. Been told by @EE engineer that throughput is capped by @BT_Openreach below what I used to have without any notification while still paying same price. @ofcom
-
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England@EE Yes if might boost it, but it isn't EE providing that service! Unless they fancy paying for my wifi to support it
-
Steven (@nurburgsteve) reported from Theale, England@EE Hello, I think I upgraded my phone yesterday over the phone but have had no confirmation except the delivery cost being taken can you help me please?
-
Cllr Patrick Keating 🔶🇺🇦 (@keatingpatrick) reported from Shinfield, EnglandShocking pre Christmas service from @EE, failing to deliver a package and then refusing to honour orignal sale price despite their courrier being responsible for failed delivery.
-
Jamie Goodliffe (@Jamie367p) reported from Henley-on-Thames, EnglandAppalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.
-
Badly Drawn Byron (@Bjsfreaked) reported from Farnborough, England@EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.
-
Lyndsey Rolfe (@Lyndseydwalker) reported from Wokingham, England@EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising it’s damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.
-
Pieter Le Roux (@pietergriffin) reported from Camberley, England@EE Just to consolidate what I spend - stupid spending the amount I do. I am@thinking of closing my last number 07732409143 as well and perhaps going SIM only
-
Charu Malhotra (@cm_charu) reported from Wokingham, EnglandPlease help, with some compassion @EE team , dealing with our grief is being made worse by your bureaucracy
-
Sebastian Garner (@sebgarner) reported from Bracknell, England@EE I called to get some help due to my business being effected by Covid 19 I would just like to thank you for the lack of it and what you are saying on your website that your helping your customers is rubbish. Vodafone who I have another number with couldn’t of been more helpful

The Manchester Dub (@manchesterdub) reported@EE @GoogleUK I have a warranty screen repair to boom in on my Pixel. I've been directed to Trafford Centre store by Google but I just get cut off when I call. Can you help?
-
Ed Peters (@mr_ed_peters) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE The old PSTN network is being phased out (copper wires, low voltage old school telephones) as I recall. The phones you're thinking of won't be around much longer. Unless someone tells me otherwise.
-
Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported@EE You sent me a text message advising me to text 150 saying CANCEL CALL BACK. But that number doesn't accept any text messages, I tried about 20 times. I don't think it can be a legitimate number.
-
KMA (@KMAUK24) reported@EE I have done this and had no signal for 3 days now! Unless on WiFi! Will Be making a complaint and using this as evidence
-
Paul McGee (@psmcg76) reported@EE @sophie_reed98 As an ex customer for several years, this is not true. You never once done it with me. I left paying around double what you offer new customers.
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
Ray Planet Earth 🇬🇧 (@JimBob1046620) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE It was super bad lol . Nothing at all , but many excuses
-
