@EE what's up with network in SK142SP area ? Says 5 g on my device but I've only just got one bar signal and it's so slow , my device and cookies/cache etc are all clean by the way .

2/2 - have spoken to @EE who tell me that 2 local cell sites have been down since the beginning of last year and that they have no plans to resolve the issue. This is despite them putting a cell site directly opposite us. Off to Voda. Advising 310 others to do same. Cheaper too.

@EE They close the call centres and the website doesn’t even let you get notified of the networks status because that too is broken! Will 999 call still work? How about my sick grandmother in Barnsley hospital, how is she supposed to contact anyone?

@EE thanks for completely blocking both phone line on my mobile. I was after help. Now I’ve not a clue what to do. Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos it’s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.

@EE My own network is down, that's 1 thing. But as a district nurse reliant on your service to allocate patient visits efficiently & for the nurses to have access to patient details in order to provide care, we are badly affected by this. Is there a process to prioritise such cases?
