@EE Problem resolved without me actually talking to your colleagues. I started to make a call and was told that because I hadn't used the mobile for long period service had been suspended. All I had to do was to press 1 and back to normal, including giving my credit balance 👍

1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

So to sum things up : - the local mast is broken so the signal has been bad for 6 weeks now, - my device was sent for repair, came back with the same issue 10 days later, and also with some physical damage (it has clearly been dropped). Anything to say in your defence, @EE ?

Extremely unimpressed with @OpenreachHelp and @EE this morning. The incident can't be escalated. 2 - 4 days SLA for fixing my internet after an idiot truck driver ripped the cable down outside my house because it was hanging low (which was reported back in August!!!).
