  @EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

  @EE my broadband isn't work. Any known issues in Manchester? Where can I check without the hassle of being stuck on hold. Ps I've already tried turning the router off and on, I don't have a landline phone either to check the line, and I use a Chromebook with no ethernet port

  @EE Looks like their E E. X has broken down. Would not recommend how things like alarms, all the mod cons in the house don’t work. One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I’m going to consider sky and see what penalties they will cover for me if I leave E E.

  @EE I reckon that it's a combination of you both. Yesterday it would not work on EE iPhone but got to login on my Giffgaff iPhone but missed the 7:30pm deadline since it asked me to update app first with only minutes to go. Only once have I had the problem on GG, but 4 times with EE

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before

  @EE In the few instances where the texts arrive, it only leads to the service status check, which provides no detailed feedback other than a consistently changing deadline for the broadband problem fix. It’ll only make sense to have someone reach out with an alternative means to access the Internet. (P.S.: There’s no public EE Wi-Fi available here.)

  @EE Despite your helpful Tech 1 team telling me my problem with you activating my Apple TV trial without actually giving me any means to actually use it was in hand and elevated to Tech 2 - the call back and resolution in 24 hrs still hasn't happened. Not very good really!
