    @EE No dates on anything i can see on the bill! Had no idea you charge a month in hand for add ons. You also charged VAT separately when I signed up, but bill price includes VAT. I think your billing transparency in really poor.

    @EE @amazoniasian I wouldn't even bother with the online chat. I've tried twice, managed to speak to 2 different people and still haven't solved the issue. Absolutely useless.

    @EE mixed bag with you lot today. One lad telling us to shop elsewhere and not wanting to help and the other sorting us out with two upgrades and an hours chat. Doesn’t take much to be nice 👍🏻

    @AutoInfatuation @autoalex @EE I had grief with Vodafone a few years back, who took my deposit and never delivered my phone - and couldn’t/wouldn’t help because I hadn’t got a Vodafone number yet. I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

    @EE hello EE. My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. Please can you resolve this ASAP, I can DM you to give her her details ? Thank you

    Might be time to leave @EE after all these years. First they suspend my account, then message me saying my account is suspended because I haven’t paid my bill (which I have) and then the live chat cuts me off instantly. Why am I paying for this lack of service?

    @EE Today is a chilled one mate thanks we had no service since friday night and ee site keeps saying that then problem will take 16 hours to fix were almost a week later now and still nothing. Phones just a brick unless were by the wifi.

    @EE say they aren’t allowed to contact DPD and amend the address and DPD say only EE can do that and won’t give me the option to just pick it up at a collection point as EE won’t let them. so now i’m paying for something i can’t and won’t get delivered and no one will help lol
