@EE thanks for completely blocking both phone line on my mobile. I was after help. Now I’ve not a clue what to do. Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos it’s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.

@ee I don’t understand why having a price cap should stop me from ringing landlines when I’ve not needed to even use the price cap? I’m ok but this seems pretty bad for people budgeting every penny during a cost of living crisis?

2/2 - have spoken to @EE who tell me that 2 local cell sites have been down since the beginning of last year and that they have no plans to resolve the issue. This is despite them putting a cell site directly opposite us. Off to Voda. Advising 310 others to do same. Cheaper too.

@EE They close the call centres and the website doesn’t even let you get notified of the networks status because that too is broken! Will 999 call still work? How about my sick grandmother in Barnsley hospital, how is she supposed to contact anyone?

@EE I was left waiting 20+ minutes due to an EE 'service issue', very poor that EE cannot then wait for more than 8 mins & then offer no apology & try to defend it. Offers that were given were incredibly expensive compared to other providers - business taken elsewhere.

@EE I am thank you. Hope you are too! I’ve tried calling and logging into my EE account to pay my phone bill but everytime it tells me I’m not the account holder, therefore unable to pay the account which means the phone bill has now gone to over £200. Never had this issue before now

@EE Now in our 6th week with no internet, been off since before Christmas. @EE have still done absolutely nothing to resolve. Every deadline missed, every promised callback bar one failed to materialise. Let down at every step. Please avoid EE as a broadband provider, it’s been Hell.
