    @EE @HowellDavies4 As you are not using your home service during that period would you deduct the cost from your month end bill. It would make sense as we are not able to use it. Surely this works both ways?

    @StuLittle1972 @EE That's ridiculous... Is it all networks near you like that or just ee??... How do you deploy is it radio or phone? We have bad areas in Nwas area but our phones seem to work OK no matter what the signal

    @EE No dates on anything i can see on the bill! Had no idea you charge a month in hand for add ons. You also charged VAT separately when I signed up, but bill price includes VAT. I think your billing transparency in really poor.

    @EE It was on the letter YOU @EE sent me to inform me I had an outstanding payment after switching contracts. It was quoted twice as the no to call as no longer being an @ee customer u canโ€™t use 150. So as well as paying you what I owed you managed to cream an extra ยฃ14 out of me.

    @EE They close the call centres and the website doesnโ€™t even let you get notified of the networks status because that too is broken! Will 999 call still work? How about my sick grandmother in Barnsley hospital, how is she supposed to contact anyone?

    @EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

    A top tip for mobile operators (I'm looking at you @EE). Don't tell people you're putting their prices up and try to trick them into selecting a more expensive deal than necessary when you haven't been able to provide service in their area for a week.
