The reception was terrible she is 20 and just wanted to be on social media also she could never receive a call. We did complain but a few months half price was all they could manager.

Marc Johnson (@marc3374) reported from Newton Aycliffe, England@EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

I'll be moving networks if we can't get a signal boost

Why bother, it’s just really rubbing the salt in.

Additionally, the new temporary mast on Normanby Rd Ormesby which has replaced the mast on Spencerbeck house tower block which is due to be demolished soon.

Didn't get a satisfactory deal so reluctantly leaving. Went to send the survey, got an error message and now it has disappeared.

Cannot find where it is in the app at all on my account. Everything that should be simple to find in the App is buried and this is deliberate.

The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), is broken on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

Misled by 150 agents, sent to a store that doesn't do repairs, then refused a warranty fix at Liverpool One for "dents" Samsung confirmed are fine. 2yo in tow, wasted train fare, and now your email bounces. im kind of a big deal (@markie_69) reported@EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!

I remember when I could call speak to a very helpful Irish person. Now its just about pleasing shareholders and not the paying customer. Good riddance wankers.
