Same convo with 5 rude people, multiple hanging up on me, online set up “not valid” apparently… and I’m still being charged double from the quote on the website that no operator says exists 🙄. Additionally, the new temporary mast on Normanby Rd Ormesby which has replaced the mast on Spencerbeck house tower block which is due to be demolished soon.

After going through a long winded online process, I did manage to speak to a guide over wi-fi calling who was very helpful (and welsh, which also helped) and then a tech guy who made some changes and fixed the issue this morning.
