    @EE Just trying to fill out a customer survey online after contacting customer service regarding an upgrade as I'm at the end of my contract. Didn't get a satisfactory deal so reluctantly leaving. Went to send the survey, got an error message and now it has disappeared.

    @EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

    @EE my home broadband isn’t working again and guess what your call centre is closed again! This is a really bad service!

    @EE I have no service on my phone for 3 days! I had 2 contracts with yourselves and cancelled one which was a portable wifi device for the car and you have cancelled the wrong contract!

    @EE hi we're having daily problems with our broadband, despite you sending someone out 3 weeks ago and said they fixed it. they unplugged the microfilter, even though your helpdesk said it was a line problem external to the house. the router needs rebooting daily, signal drops

    No surprise there then.. @EE time and time again ringing me back regarding the problems with my phone not ringing out and shock asking for more examples for this happening 🤬 just getting fobbed off all the time. In the mean time expect me to pay for a service I am not getting

    @EE so 8 weeks after reporting issues nothing is sorted with broadband your call centre staff run the same diagnostics over and over again and do nothing! £75 a month for what!!

    @EE and its impossible to find out on your website how to report a fault, your customer service line is closed despite stating its opening hours as 8am-9pm mon-fri, the app is useless and im paying quite alot of money for what is often slower and less consisten BB than 5 yrs ago

    @EE Mine has been down since 3pm !!! This is diabolical. We use our phones for business reasons. I got a text earlier, restarted as requested and it has not worked ever since !!! Coincidence?!?!?

    @EE so what actually happened with your entire network today? is it the cliché 'DNS issue' every major company claims when something goes wrong? What are you offering in terms of compensation for this too? lost out on a good 5 hours of work because of this...

    @EE Currently using a rival network for data while you fix this EE, glad I've got a phone that's dual sim......had the rival network sim as my previous job used to take me places where the network would occasionally cut out.
