Marc Johnson (@marc3374) reported from Newton Aycliffe, England@EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

Didn't get a satisfactory deal so reluctantly leaving. Went to send the survey, got an error message and now it has disappeared.

First sent wrong colour phone, then delays getting right one ordered because had to have wrong phone back first. All done then reorder phone, 8 days go by. No phone, call CS who have no record of phone being despatched. Appalled.
