@EE walked past my local ee store today and heard the worst sale's pitch being given to two elderly people,something along the lines of "once this whole covid thing is over you can use this phone to do as much as you like" such a rediculous pitch and out of order

Accidentally ordered a 24 month sim only plan with @EE then Immediately ordered a 12 month instead. Do I have to ring up to cancel the 24m or does it remove one of them automatically?

@EE really poor service I placed an order on last Friday 18th everything was fine all in stock etc got advised it would be delivered today so waited in all day nothing has turned up so I ring and get told it’s out of stock yet it wasn’t when I ordered on Friday and payed 😡

@EE Why offer pre order option for it not to be deleivered on launch day! Very poor customer experience and a wasted days holiday taken. Not acceptable

@sohailsquared @kitcub @EE The Ukrainian network will likely extend just beyond Ukraine's borders (same as UK and ROI and vice versa). So if someone is just over the border and still conn to UKR network then it would be recognised as UKR and not charged. As such region is probs more accurate in this case.

Shocking customer service from @VirginMediaCorp as per. Same convo with 5 rude people, multiple hanging up on me, online set up “not valid” apparently… and I’m still being charged double from the quote on the website that no operator says exists 🙄. Jumped ship to respectful @EE

@EE Hi, is there any transmitter problems affecting DH5 area? My mam has no mobile signal despite turning phone off & on numerous times. She’s 76 so doesn’t quite understand the technicalities of signals, transmitters etc so I said I’d contact you.

@EE my new phone has been recalled by EE, so my DPD delivery which was meant to be delivered today now won’t be delivered. They said it’s due to an incomplete address? What does this mean? Am I going to have to wait another 2 days? I need my new phone as my old one is broken.

Apparently if you dont have @EE you'll have network envy Past few days at @TrinityLeeds despite my phone saying either 5G or 4G+, actually using the data was nigh on impossible with Google saying "you're offline"

@EE broadband is down & has been all day. Called to chase and apparently can take up to 4 days to fix 😡!! Ridiculous & unhelpful when working from home. 2 EE phones also in the house- 4g and signal always unreliable. Think it's going be time for a change when contracts end 🤔😡

@EE All devices at same time. WiFi box just start to blink yellow and then it takes 1-10min and it’s back working. Have tried to boot it but nothing seas to help.

@EE I've tried rebooting the phone, cleaning & resetting the SIM card, resetting my network settings, switching off and on roaming and airplane mode. No change. My partner's phone is EE, and she can call out from it fine.
