  • ajma13111992
Ashley Marshall (@ajma13111992) reported from Middlesbrough, England

@EE I have no service on my phone for 3 days! I had 2 contracts with yourselves and cancelled one which was a portable wifi device for the car and you have cancelled the wrong contract!

  • chappy_ste
Stephen Chapman (@chappy_ste) reported from Hartlepool, England

@EE I’m on the phone to your customer service team at the minute if I don’t get any further forward I will thanks

  • MarkR1892
Mark R (@MarkR1892) reported from Peterlee, England

@EE @jon_mann Many contracts were taken at inflation levels nowhere near where they are today. You can't possibly suggest that people should have expected last year's 10% increase and this year's 15%, especially when there's no significant improvement in the service.

  • luke_mxnt
Luke 🦖 (@luke_mxnt) reported from Durham, England

@EE I’m not having trouble per se, it’s just that you’ve changed the voice of the automated system so it’s now sounds like the old one has a cold xx

  • jstep__
Josh Stephenson (@jstep__) reported from Birtley, England

@EE Would I be able to ask what is happening with the signal tower in Birtley (Gateshead in Newcastle). Most people have 1 or no signal in my area.

  • rachsclarke
rachel clarke (@rachsclarke) reported from Middlesbrough, England

@virginmedia No as I’m unable to get through 1. Because my signal is horrendous and 2. Because your lines are constantly closed. It seems easier for me to just go back to @EE as I need reliability, I’ve missed too many important phone calls since using VM.

  • RyderBike
Chris Ryder (@RyderBike) reported from Hartlepool, England

@EE But how come if I put my SIM card in an Android device I have no problem casting to my tv?

  • Johnad25
John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • MilkyJoe1974
Ian 🇪🇺 (@MilkyJoe1974) reported from Peterlee, England

@__MICHAELPORTER @EE It’s the fact that even after confirmation page they say they order never existed. It’s not surprising as their website is awful for suck a big company

  • LeilaniDowding
    leilani dowding 🌸🚜 ☮️ (@LeilaniDowding) reported

@stuuk11 @EE That’s my point. What happens if you need to call ambulance police or fire engine. Or ca a neighbour for help. It’s so dangerous

  • pippaliciousj
    Pippa Jones (@pippaliciousj) reported

Turns out my cleaner has the same network that everyone who's had phone issues in my town has had: @EE . At least my network is fine.

  • wizza_wozza
    Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE It’s a joke, especially for vulnerable people living in a rural area with little mobile signal. @bt_uk recent performance has been pathetic with an elderly friend who has no wi-fi, getting on for 2 weeks with still no fix in sight.

  • mentorthedragon
    businessdragonseye (@mentorthedragon) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE That ship has sailed. The old analogue phone network is being switched off in January. Either you have a mobile as backup or you buy a battery backup. (Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS). BT/EE or whatever their name is this week will supply them for vulnerable people.

  • CiaranDerry
    Ciaran (@CiaranDerry) reported

@EE Not having any issues i just want to know why @ITV where you RECORD a programme to watch later and prevented from skipping Ads. I would be interested to hear from @ITV about this as they seem to be the only commercial station that does this

  • zombiestyled

@LeilaniDowding @EE Personal use satellite radios on their way. CB radio. Personal use batteries. Could be considetrd a backwards step, but copper line phones were never power free magic.
