@EE Contacted EE tech support regarding this mobile mast now not working, that has resulted in a significant reduction in service in #Ormesby Which was a waste of my time as they couldn't grasp the issue raised, just kept going on about general mobile coverage in the area.

@sohailsquared @kitcub @EE The Ukrainian network will likely extend just beyond Ukraine's borders (same as UK and ROI and vice versa). So if someone is just over the border and still conn to UKR network then it would be recognised as UKR and not charged. As such region is probs more accurate in this case.

@EE #ormesby #Middlesbrough low signal strength for 3 days now 1 bar compared to previously of 5 bars. Additionally, the new temporary mast on Normanby Rd Ormesby which has replaced the mast on Spencerbeck house tower block which is due to be demolished soon.

Accidentally ordered a 24 month sim only plan with @EE then Immediately ordered a 12 month instead. Do I have to ring up to cancel the 24m or does it remove one of them automatically?

@EE paid over £400 to upgrade early plus an additional £9+ for next day delivery only to recieve the wrong device and have to go through the returns process of 7-10 days. Not a happy customer at all.

Shocking customer service from @VirginMediaCorp as per. Same convo with 5 rude people, multiple hanging up on me, online set up “not valid” apparently… and I’m still being charged double from the quote on the website that no operator says exists 🙄. Jumped ship to respectful @EE

@EE @jon_mann Many contracts were taken at inflation levels nowhere near where they are today. You can't possibly suggest that people should have expected last year's 10% increase and this year's 15%, especially when there's no significant improvement in the service.

@EE Except you don’t help. You lie, and patronise and blame Openreach, when Openreach tell us that YOU didn’t place the order for our broadband in time, hence the huge delay. Hence our kids can’t access online lessons. Disgraceful.

@EE Yesterday afternoon the internet went off , I restarted the router and I came back but slow. I noticed the led on the router for the internet was blue all others were green. Speed tests were @5mbps. Before I went to bed it was 11-15. So still not good

@EE This has been nothing short of a complete nightmare. We’ve lost earnings working from home, @EE tell us they will not compensate for this. In terms of when this will be fixed we are continually lied to. whatever you do, stay clear of @EE. Worst customer service I’ve known

@EE I had one call a couple of weeks ago but it cut out after 2 -3 words. Presumably not reception as Vodafone work phone is 100% reliable. Apparently people have been phoning over festive period and only getting voicemail.
