@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

@EE Thanks but they've not been able to give much info either. I did have a complaint open and got a refund for a month but heard nothing since. Your outage checker just keeps pushing the date back and back.

Fellow Nigerians 😎, I enter into a contract with @EE in 2023 and my last official payment was in July. I told them to close the account as the new offer looked like an extortion. Only for me to get a final bill of £51.32 for August. My last contract was £5 for data and £70+ for d phone. What do you think I should do to the bill. Feels too much when I have actually finished paying for the phone. Kindly help
