    @EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?

    Hi @EE I want to know after a second day of no network connection in the Eastleigh area what you are going to do to reimburse me to account for my loss of earnings? £ off my next phone bill was a nice gesture but that won’t be good enough now. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?

    @tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

    Nearly 2 weeks now of no internet because @lb_southwark cut through a cable. @ee not got back to us. Daily phone calls give us nothing. Have just lost a contract through being unable to access internet at home (hotspot too slow). Who can I claim compensation for lost earnings?

    Have a word @EE, I was mis-sold a 4GEE WiFi device plan in September, returned it 4 days later (never used) and I am STILL paying for it!!! After being told to go in store to sort it out then when I’m in store told to call up!!!! FAR from impressed!

    I really love having tech issues. First, OBS constantly drops into red frames/low bitrate. Now, SLOBS deleted all of my scenes and it was dropping frames too. @EE - Fix your crappy "fibre" internet broadband. I'm going somewhere else. 😞
