So I looked only on your site and it said I wasn’t eligible till the 17th of this month but my wife’s contract runout a month later with 02 and they have offered her one now

Info comes through about contract & you've slipped in £50 charge which looking at other comments is for those with bad credit & U never mentioned that. You will not take this extra money. Now a week later no call or anything. I will have to phone again later today now. If i didn’t pay my bill bet you would be quick to get in touch
