I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

Barbara Band (@bcb567) reported@Sarah111well @tinamreynolds @EE When did her contract finish or what was her notice period for cancelling? If she was within those dates then they can't charge her for the period she was no longer using the service. I would fight this.
