Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

@EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

After being with @EE for 9 years left due to massive price hike, EE was a great network, tried @VOXI_UK and for the first few days it was excellent. Then message wouldn't send, poor signal. After 8 days I got on the @SMARTYMobileUK WOW 254mps data and fantastic signal.

@EE is there any problem with 5G services. I have a Moto G50 which I've had in Jan 22. I connected 2 5G fine where i live & when travelling around but recently (inc mid Feb going 2 London) my phone only connects 2 4G. I've checked settings, all ok. I've restarted phone, no change

@ee no signal since 25th November 2021. This is getting beyond a joke now. There needs to be some way I can leave my contract early as you are not providing me a service. I can’t leave the house and make phone calls. This is unacceptable

@EE Hi Grant, We've been round in circles with it since Dec 2022 and I am going to leave in December when my contract expires having been with Orange/EE since 1994. I had little to no problems until this situation but it was handled very badly.

@EE since January there’s been 15+ ‘problem near your home’ texts from you with between 7-15 hours of waiting for it to be fixed. Not particularly great service. Today’s is now up to 9 hours to solve.
