Same convo with 5 rude people, multiple hanging up on me, online set up “not valid” apparently… and I’m still being charged double from the quote on the website that no operator says exists 🙄. Delivering large orders during work hours when people arent home doesnt work, especially since DPD doesnt let you pick a day after 5 days. Theyve already failed a Saturday delivery today 😤
