David Bailey (@Bailz84) reported from Durham, England@EE why is it that me and my wife have had our phones on EE for over a year and in that time we have not made a single call from our home without the signal being awful or the call being cut off? I'll be moving networks if we can't get a signal boost

Mark R (@MarkR1892) reported from Peterlee, England@EE @jon_mann Many contracts were taken at inflation levels nowhere near where they are today. You can't possibly suggest that people should have expected last year's 10% increase and this year's 15%, especially when there's no significant improvement in the service.
-
John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services.
