    @EE I have no service on my phone for 3 days! I had 2 contracts with yourselves and cancelled one which was a portable wifi device for the car and you have cancelled the wrong contract!

    @EE so 8 weeks after reporting issues nothing is sorted with broadband your call centre staff run the same diagnostics over and over again and do nothing! £75 a month for what!!

    Thought @EE customer service was bad 2 years ago when I was trying to upgrade, went to @O2 and Christ they’re even worse 💩

    @EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

    @EE My wife had just spoken to your @EE retention team who agreed that we’ve been treated worse than any case they’ve seen... but unbelievably we are to expect another two calls from the retention team who can offer no help. Why bother, it’s just really rubbing the salt in.

    @benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

    @virginmedia No as I’m unable to get through 1. Because my signal is horrendous and 2. Because your lines are constantly closed. It seems easier for me to just go back to @EE as I need reliability, I’ve missed too many important phone calls since using VM.

    @EE Just trying to fill out a customer survey online after contacting customer service regarding an upgrade as I'm at the end of my contract. Didn't get a satisfactory deal so reluctantly leaving. Went to send the survey, got an error message and now it has disappeared.

    @EE Would be more than happy to rejoin EE even without my NHS discount if someone would actually call me back. Don’t think I can take another week of important missed calls from @virginmedia - yes I know they use the EE network but not the enhanced 4G+ side 🙄

    @EE so no I don't want to waste more money on a company that didn't give a crap and didn't listen. and ill tell everyone how useless you were. especially the lie that 3rd parties can provide cheaper deals then you the network provider they wouldnt make any profit if that were true

    But nothing seems to be working. It only happens with my mobile number though. Is there a chance it’s my old network? I used to be with @EE The sim i was using with them has been displaying no service since last Friday evening. Any help will be great. 2/2

    @EE Good afternoon Peter, hope you’re good. As working from home 5 days a week, I’ve been struggling with the quality, in my particular area. Haven’t really used the mobile elsewhere. The same awful quality is happening with the use of my fathers mobile.

    @janh1 That is bad, I have been with @EE for years now, since they were Orange, have had the SIM only contract since 2018,£11 a month for loads of data calls etc, get 4G and I have not had any complaints for years!

    @EE Hey team, any chance informing me as to why having two mobile lines with you that calls being made to other mobiles or landlines using both mobiles is awful? You can hardly the other person and when they do speak, it’s all broken. It’s annoying! Why is this?
