  • luke_mxnt Luke 🦖 (@luke_mxnt) reported from Durham, England

@EE I’m not having trouble per se, it’s just that you’ve changed the voice of the automated system so it’s now sounds like the old one has a cold xx

  • wjc_14 Will (@wjc_14) reported from Durham, England

Why has @EE 4G suddenly become so slow?

  • MarkR1892 Mark R (@MarkR1892) reported from Peterlee, England

@EE @jon_mann Many contracts were taken at inflation levels nowhere near where they are today. You can't possibly suggest that people should have expected last year's 10% increase and this year's 15%, especially when there's no significant improvement in the service.

  • FortitudeFn Fortitude Fitness & Nutrition (@FortitudeFn) reported from Darlington, England

@EE really poor policy on ID in store when collecting delivered item. Especially since I didn’t require the ID in the first place when I purchased the new phone and contract. Now I’m paying for a new contract but using my old phone. Not what I expect from EE.

  • CJXXXXW Chris (@CJXXXXW) reported from Darlington, England

@EE Hey is there a network issue in Darlington my IPhone is on 3G and very slow usually on 4G or 5G

  • alistairjohnso9 Alistair Johnson (@alistairjohnso9) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

@AimeeLauren_x @EE Thinking exactly the same, £60 is a lot a month! Only problem,I love my rugby so want to keep BT sport app so looks like £25 a month on a 2 yr sim only deal

  • DezyByers33 Dezy Ward (@DezyByers33) reported from Spennymoor, England

@EE seems quite a lot of people are having these issues!!!!! Cant connect to amazon devices

  • mick_jones75 Mick Jones (@mick_jones75) reported from Darlington, England

Feels like I only take to twitter recently to vent about @EE Thought I was onto a winner, ordered a S22 without issue. Now with no delivery in site, found my add on are all cancelled and can't be turned back on Best thing is I'm in Sweden at the end of the month with no roaming!

  • davedome Dave (@davedome) reported from Darlington, England

@EE what's going on in the DL3 area? Had zero signal since 16:22 yesterday (06/09/22) the text said should be back up within 6hrs! No further communication and still without any signal or data.

  • marcwebber Marc Webber (@marcwebber) reported from Middlesbrough, England

    @Neil_gx Average @EE signal that.

  • mick_jones75 Mick Jones (@mick_jones75) reported from Darlington, England

@EE Wow I mean it takes a special kind of customer service to request a DM conversation, pass it across 2 members of EE, have the conversation take an hour without getting even as far as establishing I am me, and for the second staff member to then ghost me for over 20 minutes.....

  • mick_jones75 Mick Jones (@mick_jones75) reported from Darlington, England

So advice from @EE cancel the upgrade and try again, 2 1/2 hours of painstaking tooth pulling customer service calls for that! Well that's the upgrade cancelled, let's see what other networks have to offer..... not impressed at all!

  • Churchill59 Graeme C. Halloway (@Churchill59) reported from Bishop Auckland, England

@EE It is Tough with EE. Only the Staff Care You See. The Company is owned by BT. HERE : Poor/Non Existent Signal is Occasionally FREE! Perhaps It is Worth Considering T☆☆☆☆!!

  • Tweeter_Tori Tori Gill (@Tweeter_Tori) reported from Darlington, England

    @EBrook33 @EE It’s crap!

  • rachelhudson84 rachelhudson84@outlook.com (@rachelhudson84) reported from Middlesbrough, England

@EE is there an outage in Middlesbrough??

  • Madams1994 Matthew Adams (@Madams1994) reported from Billingham, England

@sohailsquared @kitcub @EE The Ukrainian network will likely extend just beyond Ukraine's borders (same as UK and ROI and vice versa). So if someone is just over the border and still conn to UKR network then it would be recognised as UKR and not charged. As such region is probs more accurate in this case.

  • FirbyJ_ Firby ⏱ (@FirbyJ_) reported from Brafferton, England

@EE are you having problems in the north east?

  • mick_jones75 Mick Jones (@mick_jones75) reported from Darlington, England

@EE Yep, anyone who stumbles across my tweet having the same issue, uninstall the app then reinstall, something wrong with the update from EE where its not updating the installed app.

  • DeeJayHolliday Darren Holliday (@DeeJayHolliday) reported from Middlesbrough, England

@EE is there an issue with home broadband in the Middlesbrough area? Lights on router are red.

  • davedome Dave (@davedome) reported from Darlington, England

  • RaighoHusky Raigho (@RaighoHusky) reported

Hey @EE placed an order for an in-stock phone 24 hours ago and I still have no dispatch or eta ? Can you help us out here. It’s replacing a dropped phone which is dying real fast and a quick replacement would really help me out.

  • alexwhit3head_ ALEX (@alexwhit3head_) reported

@EE need to stop giving out free broadband as mines a bag of ****. please arrange someone to ring me. sick to death of it. 24 hours, or you on chopping board and i find someone else. #broadband

  • closedforsummer mrbluesky (@closedforsummer) reported

@EE could you please help ! I have no signal at work as do other colleagues, signal was good up until Tuesday we are working for the nhs and rely on a good service! We are in Orpington town centre thanks

  • BIGGIT_71 DJP (@BIGGIT_71) reported

@EE hi look since i can't phone to ask about PS5 stock can u tell me roughly what's happening since I registered interest. You haven't had any stock since last year. Will I get an email or text? No information or anyone to ask is really crappy and demoralising. Please help.

  • mat_gf Mateo GF (@mat_gf) reported

@EE your service is dreadful! I've been without data for 5 days and counting despite having topped up. PS: your customer service is also a disaster

  • transmedtrain Trans Med Training (@transmedtrain) reported

@EE Matching the deal by £3 a month was all that it would have taken. Obviously EE don't need £600 over 2 years and would rather lose a customer over £72! Which kind of cements it with your reply, which should have been "How can we stop you leaving for a rival?"

  • DanAmbrose18 Dan Ambrose (@DanAmbrose18) reported

@VodafoneUK I’m not on Vodafone network I’m with @EE I just know these numbers come from a Vodafone network due to it being extremely similar to my number which I ported from your network to EE

  • Joshsharples7 Josh sharples (@Joshsharples7) reported

@EE how have you been able to give a customer a ps5 yesterday but now you have 0 in stock. You have literally replied to him today and confrimed you have ps5’s when will they be available

  • angieroofe Angela Roofe (@angieroofe) reported

Hey @EE my first bill is wrong after migrating over from BT Mobile last week. I’ve tried calling and emailing but no luck, can you help me?!

  • M6AOC Duncan aka 2e0eor (@M6AOC) reported

In 1993 I took out 2 mbl phone contracts with One2One which is now EE. Many years later, until today, I say treat your customers as you would want to be treated. A big relief to be leaving that was once an amazing provider. Move on & go forward. @EE @WorkforEE @MarcAllera
