Additionally, the new temporary mast on Normanby Rd Ormesby which has replaced the mast on Spencerbeck house tower block which is due to be demolished soon.

I'll be moving networks if we can't get a signal boost

The reception was terrible she is 20 and just wanted to be on social media also she could never receive a call. We did complain but a few months half price was all they could manager.

She’s 76 so doesn’t quite understand the technicalities of signals, transmitters etc so I said I’d contact you.

Same convo with 5 rude people, multiple hanging up on me, online set up “not valid” apparently… and I’m still being charged double from the quote on the website that no operator says exists 🙄. Charged incorrectly for 12 months, “you haven’t chased it for a long time” 3 mths refund!
