@EE I have no service on my phone for 3 days! I had 2 contracts with yourselves and cancelled one which was a portable wifi device for the car and you have cancelled the wrong contract!

No surprise there then.. @EE time and time again ringing me back regarding the problems with my phone not ringing out and shock asking for more examples for this happening 🤬 just getting fobbed off all the time. In the mean time expect me to pay for a service I am not getting

@EE and its impossible to find out on your website how to report a fault, your customer service line is closed despite stating its opening hours as 8am-9pm mon-fri, the app is useless and im paying quite alot of money for what is often slower and less consisten BB than 5 yrs ago

@EE Good morning. My phone keeps cutting out on calls. It's as though signal cuts off. Is there any transmitter issues with the weather or could it simply be my phone. Galaxy S8+. It's my business phone so I need to resolve this as I'm struggling to talk to people. Rgds Mark.

@EE hi we're having daily problems with our broadband, despite you sending someone out 3 weeks ago and said they fixed it. they unplugged the microfilter, even though your helpdesk said it was a line problem external to the house. the router needs rebooting daily, signal drops

@EE Just trying to fill out a customer survey online after contacting customer service regarding an upgrade as I'm at the end of my contract. Didn't get a satisfactory deal so reluctantly leaving. Went to send the survey, got an error message and now it has disappeared.

@EE so 8 weeks after reporting issues nothing is sorted with broadband your call centre staff run the same diagnostics over and over again and do nothing! £75 a month for what!!

@EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

@EE Over exaggerated. When @EE have the worst signal, over charging customers , bad customer services and even few days ago , I traveled to #Greece and I couldn’t connect the roaming Data except once.

@EE Very good thanks, happily looking at new network providers as the supposed retention offers made to me were appalling. £3 pm more than i pay now to get less benefits and a substandard phone. For an identical offer from another provider it was £15 pm less than you retention offer.

@slf_toon @EE Hi @slf_toon, in 2011 I got contract with Orange (EE) & like you had no service at all despite being near the masts. Paid it 18 months talking to them ~2 hours a day, replaced the phone three times, SIM replaced more. Walked away on 18th month and was harassed for years.

Just a heads up i ain't paying my bill for a service I ain't receiving @EE mid September the issue will be fixed. Then mid September you are getting my payment and even then i want that wiped off!!!!

@EE Hi! I've had no signal for about two weeks and am having to rely on WiFi calling. This is fine when I'm at home, but not when I'm out and about. I've tried turning my device off an on. Any other advice? Thanks
