EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Fi (@LetsTweetPotter) reported@EE I already have. They just said theres no such thing, which seems a bit silly. When people cancel last minute do those appointments just go unused? Can I not just plug in the stuff myself and then you activate it?
-
alan (@alan_muso) reported@EE Nah, I've been there. You tricked me into accepting a free tablet (because I'm such a good customer) and shafting me with a two year SIM contract on the back of it. You want fool me again. I've been a customer, and loyal, since 1988 when you were Hutchinson Telecom. You blew it..
-
Paul Rutherford (@Rutherford_Paul) reported@EE I can assure you I get no signal whatsoever. And I have the latest iPhone too. I used to get 5G there. I raised the issue at the local EE Shop & was told the problem is engineers cannot gain access to where the problematic mast is. This was 3 MONTHS AGO! It’s so so poor!
-
Chiara (@Mhairiang26) reported@SerpicoFranco Was pushed by BT by poor service etc and they said superior with EE. No incoming calls for several days, no call centre working. In fact 3 times needed the service it hasn’t worked. Will not renew with @EE
-
Tim Blandford🏴 (@tim_blandford) reported@EE There’s no “issues”. Your signal just gets worse and worse.
-
Sharon (@hydref) reported@EE Spoken to your customer service team, they still say its being looked into. We've had no internet and no updates for 36 hours now.
-
Lucinda Brown.XRP (@cindyb1953) reported@Aaron96simpson_ @EE I’m actually thinking about going with Starlink, my contract with EE is up in September, I’m paying nearly £39 pm for a service that is pitifully slow. But the real kicker? They are offering new customers £24.99 pm. 🤨
-
Ryan (@ryan_eccles9) reported@DerekAllan61 @EE When my contract finishes with @EE at Christmas I won't be renewing either ridiculous been with them 12 years prices and 5g coverage is terrible
-
Gavin Baxter (@GavinBaxter2) reported@EE @kingseany94 I am in the same position as Sean and now been told it will be 9 days without internet access before an engineer can look at it. Very poor service.
-
alan (@alan_muso) reported@EE Done that, been told to suck it up. That's what 37 years as a customer does. Don't worry, I wont take out new stuff with you but I'll keep my mobile with you as your charges are ok. But nothing else I'm afraid and in March 2027 I'll cancel this dumb SIM card and forget about it
