-
Ray Planet Earth 🇬🇧 (@JimBob1046620) reported@CallMeMysticall @LeilaniDowding @EE there is that, but they will get IP, should they want Old Phone , yes! Cookies is an issue tbh
-
TheGreatCordwainer (@zombiestyled) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Personal use satellite radios on their way. CB radio. Personal use batteries. Could be considetrd a backwards step, but copper line phones were never power free magic.
-
Luke Maguire (@_LukeMaguire) reported@JacobiteJen Which network? I’m like this with @EE 😒
-
wrrnnfs (@Warrennnf) reportedI would rather slice myself in half than use bt/ee internet. Shits a scam and im getting 1mbps speeds lmaoo **** you @EE
-
Maisie the Tortie / Margaret 🇬🇧🇨🇦 (@maisiethetortie) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE We had no landline, no internet and no mobile signal last week due to issues with Vodafone . I had to walk up the road and basically shout my account details at someone to try and fix it. What would happen if there was an emergency? I couldn’t call 999.
-
Les Cashmore (@LesCashmore) reported@EE @sophie_reed98 I never understand why companies reply with “contact our team & they will assist” good customer service starts with EE taking the lead to contact the customer & directly assist the customer, if EE or any company value loyalty make the effort to keep your customers, it’s just lazy
-
Lumpy Pete (@LumpyPete) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE They did this to us a couple of years ago, bought an uninterruptable power supply (UPS) for any power cuts which happens a lot round here. Can't help thinking we'll regret getting rid of landlines, we're putting all our eggs in one (digital) basket, no good will come of it.
-
beth (@loisgriff_) reported@jonesaw @EE I just called. We the masses are broke in my area, so they are going to get fixed. So, could be without service for a few days or hours.
-
Chris Rosser (@chris_rosser) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE All Internet in UK is moving away from copper to the premises - and all the replacements require power to function - if you get a UPS you can plug your router and other devices (such as a phone interface) into it to keep them running during a power outage.
-
Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE It’s a joke, especially for vulnerable people living in a rural area with little mobile signal. @bt_uk recent performance has been pathetic with an elderly friend who has no wi-fi, getting on for 2 weeks with still no fix in sight.
