@EE My 16 month old son is having his 3rd stay in @nhsuhcw in Coventry in 5 weeks but the signal in & around the hospital is almost non existent making it hard to keep in touch with family, can you sort this please?

@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

@EE They’ve been receiving letters saying they owe money from EE. They’ve written back asking for a break down of the outstanding balance and even sent a cheque in despite not knowing why they owe money and then they’ve had letters from arvato (debt collectors)

@PaulbernalUK @Plusnet @EE I work freelance & once wrote registered post to CFO of broadband company to say that I would be charging them my hourly rate for any time spent on their mess. I sent them a proforma invoice etc & told them to put me on the approved supplier list. Problem fixed within 48 hrs.
