@EE your signal in Bedfordshire has been shocking for 3 weeks. How you can possibly take money from people and provide this service is unacceptable, sort your **** out!

  • weavero96x Ollie Weaver (@weavero96x) reported

  • donFanuccy helmy (@donFanuccy) reported

@EE I have been trying to cancel my broadband for the last month as I had to leave the country. Your operators keep telling me that there is an issue with your system. I am calling you from abroad and it costs me a lot in roaming charges. Why are you doing this to your customers?

  • graked Graeme Keddie (@graked) reported

@EE I’ve have registered a complaint about 2 agents I spoke with on your chat service. Why would I get a text within 5 mins saying that a compliant have been registered and if I don’t contact you within 7 days you will close it as resolved. No one has even looked into it?

  • MonsterMenLFC LFC_ Mentality_Monster (@MonsterMenLFC) reported

@EE @virginmedia I’m so surprised you want to position this as an opportunity to sell an additional product as opposed to solving the issue of a customer who is having slow speeds and broadband that is cutting out

  • MonsterMenLFC LFC_ Mentality_Monster (@MonsterMenLFC) reported

@EE I’m on the phone to them now. The best they can offer is a free WiFi extender for 3 months and then I have to pay extra thereafter which is a big increase on what I am paying. All I want is a broadband service that works as good as what I had with @virginmedia before.

  • MoktamRima Reyna (@MoktamRima) reported

@EE I have talked to the customer care n I have formally lodged a complaint as the third customer care executive Mr.Joseph too steps to review my account information n confirmed that it was EE error that they had not recorded the correct customer information because of which

  • 257crypto1 Luke (@257crypto1) reported

@IGN @EE What a terrible advert who ever put this out needs sacking

  • MonsterMenLFC LFC_ Mentality_Monster (@MonsterMenLFC) reported

@EE @virginmedia The worst part is they have now listened to both call recordings and confirmed I was told I would get a free WiFi extender if the engineer visited to confirm poor speeds which he did. Upon hearing the recordings I’ve got an offer of 3 months free instead of correcting situation
