@EE Chose the right day! My normal upgrade was September when I'm back working in a school. Hats off to the customer service at the Coventry store. Quick upgrade so I can go and enjoy the phone now.

@nhsuhcw hospital and @ee @NoServiceHereUK there is no service here unless I’m climbing out the window! Wi-fi here has been restricted to an inch of it life so when here good luck with contacting family! #NoServiceHere

@EE When I joined I was told my Apple TV box belongs to us after 14 days. The service has been awful and sadly we are leaving. Does the Apple TV box still belong to us. It is not clear in our information.

@EE just had someone call me “out of the blue” on 01844 398609 claiming to be from EE telling me about “offers” as a valued customer, he then immediately asked for my full name “for security purposes” so I hung up, very suspicious.

Anyone else suffering from very slow internet speed from @EE, mine has been terrible for about a week now, I’ve cleared down everything, cache, history deleted etc but it’s like an old dial up🙁

@virginmedia Now you have lost the boosters and powerline adaptor to solve the problem. Customer Services say it’s at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!

@EE I've just bought a SIM pack for my wife To swap her over and the My EE app doesn't work, just get an error message telling me to try again later. Lots of other similar reports. Will it be fixed tonight or shall I throw away and go with Giff Gaff instead?

Unhappy with @EE service.Friend renewed contract with btsport add on,can only view on phone.Contacted you 3 times, each time you say it'll be fixed but need to wait 24 hours for the large screen viewing to be activated. It is still not working 😡

@EE hi, I added a PS 5 to my account today, and added my parents home address for delivery as it’s a present for my son and I work 8am til 6 so can’t guarantee I would be home for delivery. My email says I need to be the one who takes delivery with my ID.. now panicking! Help!

@ee when a contract includes roaming and precious pre departure texts to confirm why is this not happening? I can’t text as I have no signal and yet you don’t reply to pm tweets or normal tweets!
