Customer Services say it’s at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!

I have repeatedly sent them back and also had to deal with a debt collection agency about this matter. If it continues I will seek legal advice.

matt wright (@mattwright1983) reported@EE No matter where my signal I always poor I’ll be on a call and it drops out because of signal. Where I live in Hampton in Peterborough can’t get signal unless I drive quarter of a mile down the road after being told this is the network for me.
