Well looks like my Fold 3 is gonna get delayed because @EE's internal infrastructure suck. This is the second time in 2 years my account has had to get escalated to an internal engineer. Customer service are fantastic, it's a shame they're bottlenecked by their own tools/systems

@EE is there a fault with landlines in ST13 area? Tried using my landline to make a call at 9.30pm tonight. No outgoing nor incoming. Broadband was down at 10.45pm but back now but still no response when dialling from landline phone. Disappointing you don’t have a 24/7 helpline

Why is it that @EE is ultra efficient at signing up new clients, billing and taking money from people but a simple act of generating a sim unlock code for a phone which is no longer on your network is near impossible.. sick of your excuses. #poorservice #phonehostage.
