@JasonG84Gaffa @andy_cov93 @EE That’s gone up a hell of a lot. I got mine when it first come out and I threatened to cancel with 3 because of the joke of a contract they tried giving me for that phone so they apologised and gave me my sim for £10 a month

@bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

Credit where credit is due. @ee have, without any fighting or unpleasantness, allowed me to break my mobile contract early as I was not happy about certain aspects of the service. Good customer service will not go forgotten.

My last day on @ThreeUKSupport network PAYG. I put up with the rubbish signal as they were the cheapest. Raised prices during pandemic and I was topping up 4 times as often. (£5 per month to £5 per week) #ripoff #exploitation #poorservice. Moving to @1pMobile using @EE network.

@EE Spoke with your team already. Go check my trustpilot review from 2 days ago titled AVOID AT ALL COST!! Utterly rubbish. I wanted the pixel 4a or an oppo matched to a new customer offer or another network, that before any loyalty. Not to mention doing 3 upgrades, not 1.

@EE hi is there a way I can check the actual mobile signal strength i recieve from EE for calls texts ect and also for mobile 4g data, the symbol on my phone says 3 bars yet my iphone xs wont use mobile internet or make calls unless I connect to wifi..
