  @EE I’m disgusted! added @Apple Watch 40mm online to my plan to then be told on 📞 that no stock! 40mm with no upfront cost must be replaced by 44mm WITH an upfront cost!! I pay over £100pcm to @EE, no way paying a cost. No help from @EE. You’re advertising on your app IS WRONG!

  Just called @EE as my monthly bill has gone up by £5.91 on the same day that BT have added a whopping £9.33 per month onto my bill. Guy at EE tells me he can’t help. If I can’t afford it, i’ll end up in the Collections Team and on a payment plan and in debt. Great support!

  @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for.
