    @EE Yes, she must have heard of this problem before, because she cancelled the payments straight away and credited my account. Very happy with the way my complain was delt with, just a pity I had to make the complaint

    Had to ring @EE broadband support spoke to Margret from Darlington. Was lovely and helpful. Even tho I had plugged the lead in to the ring place. I blame lock down not me ๐Ÿ˜‚

    @EE I cannot make and receive calls on my mobile. I have tried to ring 150 with no success. Can you give me some indication as to when this will be fixed. Is this a regional or national problem.

    @EE Yes I have registered. I tried ringing my housemate several times yesterday afternoon and he is on ee too and it kept going to his voicemail. Seems to be a weekend issue all the time

    Got my new iPhone delivered by @EE yesterday. Very happy with it & service I received when order got temporarily lost in system - free wireless charging kit, thanks! Weirdly main thing Iโ€™m impressed with is delivery came in a reused cardboard box. 5 stars EE!

    @martin_booth @O2 Thatโ€™s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - Iโ€™m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    Anyone know how to contact @EE customer services. Placed on line order for new sim only contract but not heard off them and canโ€™t chase as my number is being ported ? Any online chat ?

    @EE currently having issues with an s21 ultra and galaxy watch 4 4g on @o2 (bear with me here) if I buy a galaxy watch 4 4g from EE with a data plan and get a mobile data plan for the s21 can they both use the same phone number? O2 can't seem to help me solve this issue.

    @EE Hello, I topped up with ยฃ15 credit which I used to purchase a 3GB Add On Pack, however, the app reflects 1GB only and I was charged ยฃ10 for it. Appreciate your help.

    @EE I have recently upgraded my phone with Freddie in your upgrade department but I was never told about the flexi pay. I was told I was going to be paying ยฃ48.11 per month. Not an additional ยฃ24 per month on top of that. I am not happy and feel like I have been scammed

    @EE Shocking service today had to buy a 24 hour pass on EE WiFi to have some form of connection today. Would suggest a refund before I have to log a complaint .

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK @EE UK charges a 99p/minute "connection fee" on mobile if you call a 0845 number, which includes many forms of customer service, on top of the 1 to 7p cost of calling an 0845 number. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.

    @WeAreOpenreach & @EE again failing Rural customers. Two major service outages in 6 months. No communication, last one was from 19th December to 7th January with no Internet in area with no indoor signal. This time ETA is 29th April, was 28th yesterday. Pathetic.
