There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.

Dan 'Nubz' ๐ค (@IamNubz) reported@WeAreOpenreach & @EE again failing Rural customers. Two major service outages in 6 months. No communication, last one was from 19th December to 7th January with no Internet in area with no indoor signal. This time ETA is 29th April, was 28th yesterday. Pathetic.
