@O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

@EE anyone else having the same problem? Agreed a new contract with #ee they’ve overcharged me extra £11 per month and charged £50 for the handset which should have been free. Still waiting for a call back from 22/7 was told it would be within 72 hours. I have the chat transcript

@EE To anyone looking to get a contract with this company, please don't, they are terrible, the deals are awful compared to other companies, I've had 3 woman from EE not knowing how to do there job with my purchases (all 3 lied) , they overcharged me for 2 months and alot more.

If u have great mobile provider stay with them. I was with @EE EE &they were fantastic, nothing was ever too much trouble & had great empathy. Miss them. Part of new deal with Virgin Media was O2 contract!Don’t do it!Roll on Sept 2023 I’m coming home EE

2 year phone contract is up... Decided not to go for a new phone so upgraded to sim only £8 a month for 6gb data unlimited texts and calls @EE not a bad deal!!
