Andy (@theandycooke) reported from Barnsley, England@O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

Received confirmation email & everything had updated correctly in My EE. Today, looking at My EE, my contract has changed again to a 30 day contract, can you help?

At home is just about ok but a lot of areas close where I live I get no signal @EE used to be with had a faultless signal pretty much everywhere. Really regretting my switch right now. After being assured for the past 2 months that my bill would be correct again I have been overcharged and now I’m being told there is nothing you can do. Over my 2 yr contract you will take £54 too much. This is not ok.
