@EE Please get in touch. Despite spending all day yesterday being told it would be sorted, today @alibo22 has been completely cut off instead of upgraded. Total let down for a loyal customer

  • balancedcurves Phil (@balancedcurves) reported

@EE instead of sorting out the issue around a new contract and handset upgrade for @alibo22 you have now cut her off. Completely. No 4G no calls or texts. Absolute disgrace. Zero customer support. Please get in touch

  • NotTheBOE Not The Bank of England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@NotTheBOE) reported

@EE Absolutely shoddy company, sell products that they cant figure out how to work, promise telephone lines open until 11m but shut at 8pm and then offer 24/7 support on MYEE but there is no support, I will be cancelling my contract keeping my phone and see you in court, disgrace

@EE Any idea on when the signal issues will be resolved in DE55?

  • BenMcc57 Ben McC (@BenMcc57) reported

@EE Yes, I am. But I'm not going to renew. Really cheesed off at the tactic of bumping up people's bills then expecting them to call and negotiate it back down (or not). I'm leaving for another provider.

@EE my phone appears to have the wrong number - when I message people it’s showing up as coming from a different number even when they’ve messaged the correct number. Any idea how to fix?

  • billybosun68 Billybosun68 (@billybosun68) reported

@EE Tried to upgrade a phone. The email said I need to speak to a member of the sales team.. I don't want to spend hours on the phone having someone pushing product.. so that's the first issue. What's the point of the online shop? Sure more issues with come along this morning.

  • needanewnamee cameron (@needanewnamee) reported

@EE Barely any signal for a whole week in E1?

  • simr1984 Richard Sim (@simr1984) reported from Hensall, England

@EE I’m not one to tell you how to do your job, but as a long time happy customer of your broadband, why have you let BT use the headline of “the only broadband provider to harness the power of EE’s mobile network”. Isn’t this something you should be doing?
