Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

@EE I get very slow 4g where i am. My son's Vodafone coverage is always better yet I would prefer to stay with what I know. Can't happen with current offers

@EE Yes, I've tried that and it doesn't work. They were in the list of 3 accessories I could add. When I follow this route it tries to add it instead of my Galaxy watch and says I can't upgrade

@smacula @virginmedia Wholeheartedly agree. VM worst level of reliability I've ever come across. We're 18 months into an @EE broadband package and its been outstanding in terms of speed and reliability even when using range extenders.
