  Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

  @EE I’ve spent allday being told there’s no issues, when in fact 30house down the road have had no internet allday and have been affected if your on EE, BT & Sky so why aren’t your staff being open and honest about the situation????.

  @Hepworthclare @EE How dreadful. I'm with ee mobile for network & data only but since BT mobile moved to ee I’ve found Customer Service has dipped. I buy my phones from Apple outright & find it much more cost effective than having a mobile tied into an ee contract. Apple CS is superb. Good luck!
