    @EE V cross. Changed 2 SIM only package 2day & told have great credit score. Info comes through about contract & you've slipped in £50 charge which looking at other comments is for those with bad credit & U never mentioned that. You will not take this extra money. Sharp practice

    @EE Once I log in any button within the store will make me go here. I get I have a upgrade available but that don’t help for getting an Apple Watch.

    @EE I never asked for it for £20 I only asked what deals they had so I just walked out after how rude she was. So I looked only on your site and it said I wasn’t eligible till the 17th of this month but my wife’s contract runout a month later with 02 and they have offered her one now

    Hi @EE I want to know after a second day of no network connection in the Eastleigh area what you are going to do to reimburse me to account for my loss of earnings? £ off my next phone bill was a nice gesture but that won’t be good enough now. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?

    Dear @EE Both your broadband & mobile services are utter rubbish. Thought you couldn’t possibly be worse than the @BT & @VodafoneGroup solution we had previously. I was wrong! Honestly don’t care how you react. Soon as I can, I shall be swapping away…

    @EE Existing customer with a physical Sim. I just want to go online and buy an additional eSIM download it and use it. I don’t understand why this is so difficult.

    @EE Thanks for getting back to me, no it went to the apparent EE login page but I didn’t put in my EE login details. Unfortunately I deleted the text but I’m guessing I could be targeted again. Next time I will forward it on to you. I’m annoyed that I deleted it tho.

    @EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

    @EE your customer service needs more staff for 3 days been trying to contact you, as have returned Samsung s21 fe and samsung tablet which was an upgrade. gone back to my iphone 11, but want to upgrade to iphone 13, please call me 07789644059.

    @EE So it had to be the Champions League final when your nationwide hub problem caught up with me, right? At one point your helpline guy had me hunting round for a paper clip. Like - when did YOU last have need of a paper clip? This is amateur stuff. Worse than Gabriel’s penalty.

    @EE I'm at the point of ditching my contract with EE which I've held since you started and before that Orange. Scaring customers is a terrible way to gain customers. They're coming back at 7, the cctv is on and I'll record them lying to my face to get a sale.

    @EE And that is useless too. Told it I want to pay my bill, it took me to the sign in page then took me right back to the chat with a message saying "You cannot type right now". Get your act together ffs, this is ridiculous.

    @IamjustWendy @EE thats the problem. i could've done a shed load of work not knowing if their obvious internal outage was or was not having an effect on my broadband. as it happens it seems purely coincidental. and a factory reset on their box fixed it.

    @EE there's a problem with your app AGAIN .... Please dont tell me to contact you as all ee tell me is it'll be back up and running in 24 hrs ... this is avweekly occurance. Think you need better IT to run your app

    @EE How can I cancel my contract before 2 years? I thought EE would be better than 3..but I have problems with phone as well as 4g WiFi 😕🙄😞
