@EE V cross. Changed 2 SIM only package 2day & told have great credit score. Info comes through about contract & you've slipped in £50 charge which looking at other comments is for those with bad credit & U never mentioned that. You will not take this extra money. Sharp practice

@EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

@EE what’s up with your service? For a week now your data speed has been so slow it’s quicker to use qual paper and deliver things by horse? And I rarely get more than 1 bar of signal, this is in the CT9 and CT12 area of Kent, my partner having exactly the same issues

@EE 4G speeds around Chester Le Street are ridiculously slow this morning. 2-3mbps. Restarted my phone a few times, removed and reinstalled the sim card, same outcome. 5G isn't connecting either.

@EE I can't access my online account to see why you charged me nearly TRIPLE last month. "account closed" but says error when I try to add my new account. Returning customer who left initially due to poor customer service. And yet again I'm not impressed....
