    @EE V cross. Changed 2 SIM only package 2day & told have great credit score. Info comes through about contract & you've slipped in £50 charge which looking at other comments is for those with bad credit & U never mentioned that. You will not take this extra money. Sharp practice

    @EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

    @EE Existing customer with a physical Sim. I just want to go online and buy an additional eSIM download it and use it. I don’t understand why this is so difficult.

    @EE Well as you deliver an average of less than 1MBS to my address & your phone signal only works (shakily) in about 2m² of our house, your 'investment' isn't doing a great deal for me is it? So maybe count me out of your investment increase until you've actually made some investment

    @EE Not a chance stick with o2 all day, at least a phone call can be taken with 4g most areas and 5g some areas, ee you may have 5g but your phone call reception throughout the region and beyond is poor

    @EE can someone contact me urgently, am abroad and even though roaming is enabled cannot make calls or send texts. No point in sending me a text saying I can make calls and give me a number for customer services if it wont connect.
