    @EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

    @rsgnl Yep. Anyone with a cellular Apple Watch will know the pain of changing watches. Despite being old they support them I’m still struggling to find out how to get one online from @EE

    @EE your customer service needs more staff for 3 days been trying to contact you, as have returned Samsung s21 fe and samsung tablet which was an upgrade. gone back to my iphone 11, but want to upgrade to iphone 13, please call me 07789644059.

    @EE Thanks for getting back to me, no it went to the apparent EE login page but I didn’t put in my EE login details. Unfortunately I deleted the text but I’m guessing I could be targeted again. Next time I will forward it on to you. I’m annoyed that I deleted it tho.

    @EE V cross. Changed 2 SIM only package 2day & told have great credit score. Info comes through about contract & you've slipped in £50 charge which looking at other comments is for those with bad credit & U never mentioned that. You will not take this extra money. Sharp practice

    @EE Existing customer with a physical Sim. I just want to go online and buy an additional eSIM download it and use it. I don’t understand why this is so difficult.

    Dear @EE Both your broadband & mobile services are utter rubbish. Thought you couldn’t possibly be worse than the @BT & @VodafoneGroup solution we had previously. I was wrong! Honestly don’t care how you react. Soon as I can, I shall be swapping away…

    @J9ybb @MartinSLewis In theory this is true. In practice the local @EE mast lasts about half an hour in a power cut on whatever backup its running then goes off. Being a rural area there isn't another EE mast within range, so there goes phone service.

    @EE kindly increase my contract from 59 to 64 a month they say there the best company best network well best network company would not increase the contract they did because they can't afford 5g so in order to they need to take more money if us even tho now my 5g phone broke

    @EE Are you having issues in the LE10 area? Not the only person to say this, so it’s not my phone having issues. My phone try’s to use 4G but won’t work, so it switches to 3G and works okay. But 3G isn’t what I pay for so…
