@EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

@EE V cross. Changed 2 SIM only package 2day & told have great credit score. Info comes through about contract & you've slipped in £50 charge which looking at other comments is for those with bad credit & U never mentioned that. You will not take this extra money. Sharp practice

@EE and @MarcAllera 2 days trying to get a resolution after #EE sent me an email stating they have received the upgraded phone and are happy Yet #EE still refuse to give me back the £550 taken out of my account. Solicitor now instructed and the bill for #EE will be £3,000+.

@officialsouthn @EE You to ,I'm in W1 and since 4 weeks the Internet has been working so badly, we got 3-4h of Internet a day if we were lucky, I don't know what solution they gave me but after 5 calls to customer service and chatting on twitter the solution they gave me is upgrading
