Happened to me twice now. I will be leaving @ee when my contract is up now. Been a customer for about 20 years.

Guy at EE tells me he can’t help. If I can’t afford it, i’ll end up in the Collections Team and on a payment plan and in debt. Great support!

You need to put it right as they’re your boxes (2 nd set as the others were recycled on EE instructions in July.

Was paying £118.99 for 38mb broadband and ltd. tv service, FTTP not available til this yr, tried to lure me to stay with FTTP. Do one.
