Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

@ThreeUKSupport You'll then try to blame my side, fail to provide a valid explanation, and act like everything is fine. I have 4G with @VodafoneGroup and @EE also which are working perfectly. Three is always the problem network.

@DPDgroup_news @Shopify 3 long days waiting on a delivery again it's went back to the warehouse, not only did you lie that your delivery had been attempted, you would fool the companies that are paying for your service @EE should ensure they scrutinise your invoices as they fail to deliver the service
