@EE hello, Im trying to transfer my number from another network to yours. On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click “next” it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But it’s the exact one I received?

@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

@EE 1. your systems that support your staff and in effect customers are shocking. changing accounts about because of berievement and you actually swapped the numbers and Sims terminating 1 temporarily. Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

@EE now you've stopped supporting EETV which has forced me to leave you as my service provider. I don't want to send you the TV box back if it's just going to end up in landfill. I still have a use for it. As you don't have a use for it do I have your permission to keep it?

@tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

@swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

@Hefin74850545 @EE @Ofcom I've not had issues, then just recently I've been getting really bad speeds, even the area I live in has made complaints, so much so, a guy from EE has been knocking on people's doors, also speed test . Net has been giving out false results

@EE I’ve have registered a complaint about 2 agents I spoke with on your chat service. Why would I get a text within 5 mins saying that a compliant have been registered and if I don’t contact you within 7 days you will close it as resolved. No one has even looked into it?

Just absolutely shocking service from @ee. We are not getting good WiFi coverage in our house . Spoke to sales- said I need to speak to tech to get booster. Spoke to tech & they said we need engineer visit. Now engineer has proved low speed. But @ee want to charge for the booster

@EE @MartinSLewis ,despite , at Ceo complaint level,telling the manager who I last spoke to, that his attitude and lack of listening was causing futher anxiety ,he ignored me so I put the phone down. Charged me for non return of a box they had agreed to collect. 1/2
