  @EE Samsung S9. I appreciate your efforts but I wouldn't bother if I were you. I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

  @EE How would I go about raising a complaint? I’ve spoken to Virgin Media who have said this happens a lot with EE putting through broadband or checking when no permission is given or basing an upgrade deal on it. Store didn’t want to know.

  @EE kind of poor service the ONLY way to get help is via the chat service who haven’t actually solved an issue despite assuring me they had. You’re delivering expensive kit to a house I don’t own. Bravo!
