128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

They blame their computer system and say I should pay then they will refund. Unlikely story. Now they send the details to a collection agency. Never anyone to call
