  @EE 1. your systems that support your staff and in effect customers are shocking. changing accounts about because of berievement and you actually swapped the numbers and Sims terminating 1 temporarily. Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

  @EE As I've said, I've already tried around 20 times, and I've already said this 150 simply doesn't work, hence cannot be a legitimate number. How many more times must I try?? If one has to have a mobile contract with EE than this would explain it.

  @EE Don't worry though, I've already contacted my MP and will send everything over to Watchdog soon. Great way to treat a disabled customer, I'm sure the public will be shocked at the behaviour of a multi million pound company 👍

  @EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!
