Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

Spoke with someone, put on hold whilst they looked into the mistake made by someone 5 days ago, left me on hold for 40 minutes, then transferred me to a different call centre who were very confused. We did have teething issues when we originally installed so wouldn't want a repeat and are confused as to why it even comes up...
