EE Issues Reports Near Pudsey, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Pudsey and nearby locations:

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

  • Rdickinson1987 Roberto. (@Rdickinson1987) reported from Leeds, England

@EE Love paying £40 a Month for a phone contract when a simple sim swap still doesn't work. Now no service completely. Direct debit getting cancelled I'll go back on @O2 waste of time

  • SGiangregorio Sarah Giangregorio (@SGiangregorio) reported from Bradford, England

@mrsimonwaldron @padoir @EE Didn’t get any further but will try an online complaint. I have all mine up until October. It’s the ones after that I need!

  • cal92scho Callum Schofield (@cal92scho) reported from Normanton, England

@dan_rar @EE Nope. They said they wouldn’t do it, their competitors haven’t done it. And now they’ve done it. I repeat: **** @EE

  • gbmcfc GLENN (@gbmcfc) reported from Leeds, England

@EE sort your signal out between Leeds n Huddersfield..... ****

  • ash_flay Ash (@ash_flay) reported from Swillington, England

@TheSatanicWasp @EE They’re a shocking company to deal with Jay, I was with them for a few years but had had enough of the customer service experience, or lack of it more to the point. Finally jumped ship to @O2

  • WayneHanley Wayne Hanley (@WayneHanley) reported from Wibsey, England

@EE awe need your help my wife moved her number over the last couple of days and lost her voice mails this is the only only thing we had with her mums voice in that recently passed away please please can you help us retrieve them? I’ll pay? #Help #Family #begging

  • ade_robertson ARob (@ade_robertson) reported from Bingley, England

@swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

  • northernstock2 Kimberley Stock (@northernstock2) reported from Huddersfield, England

@EE Am appalled I reported our broadband down 2 days ago and today I finally get assistance through your freephone no:0800 0795686 but then I'm made to pay for the text service youtold me I have to use?? Why??

  • kyleorchid Chrissy (kyleorchid) (@kyleorchid) reported from Guiseley, England

@EE hi no Internet in LS19! Is there a problem ?

  • barstreetz 💨Âj (@barstreetz) reported from Halifax, England

    EE worst provider ever @EE

  • jon_schofield jon schofield (@jon_schofield) reported from Gildersome, England

@EE @sophielosborn I’ll tell you who is annoying Sophie. EE are. They know how to stop this . Only want to help their self to your money. I’ve been with them since they took over orange.I’m moving as soon as I can. You can too. Another company will help you.

  • HxmzaN15 hamzA (@HxmzaN15) reported from Bradford, England

@EE trying to charge me 2 months for taking a new contract without informing me when I took it out after being with them for 3 years and never doing this. What an absolute joke

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

  • Im_Planetdrama C GC (@Im_Planetdrama) reported from Gildersome, England

@EE please help I may be a victim of a scam I’ve DMd but so far had no reply .

  • kyleorchid Chrissy (kyleorchid) (@kyleorchid) reported from Guiseley, England

    @EE no network in LS19??

  • AlMitchell89 Alex Mitchell (@AlMitchell89) reported from Bradford, England

@EE now you've stopped supporting EETV which has forced me to leave you as my service provider. I don't want to send you the TV box back if it's just going to end up in landfill. I still have a use for it. As you don't have a use for it do I have your permission to keep it?

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Waynelittlewood Wayne Littlewood (@Waynelittlewood) reported from Southport, England

@sihoughton @EE So it’s got nothing to do with EU phone companies now charging the likes of EE to use their services when before it was part of the service provided? It’s like when you leave a club and still want to go back, you now have to pay for everything you got as part of the membership.

  • SalGooner Salman (@SalGooner) reported

@EE Hi Jenny, That is not an open seal but a broken seal. The pull tab of the seal are intact. Complained raised with a manager who acknowledged the mistake. Device is going back. @EE seriously fell short this time on both pre-order and launch day.

  • BitchItsSpice Spice Lowery (@BitchItsSpice) reported

I was told my iPhone 13 pro was coming Monday. It’s coming today! Thanks @EE this is what you call top service! #iPhone13Pro ##EE

  • AndrewFishy1 Andrew Fishburn (@AndrewFishy1) reported

@mhughesuk @EE The app eSIM download is broken and it’s honestly pathetic, I was told to either get a QR code pack or go into a shop to get it fixed, waste of paper if you ask me

  • sihoughton Simon (@sihoughton) reported

@Waynelittlewood @EE Again. Insurance has nothing to do with it. The charge is completely down to the company. EE can chose not to implement the charge but are doing so because they can get away with it.

  • alisoncapel68 Alison Capel (@alisoncapel68) reported

@EE I received it yesterday as planned but am still waiting for service to be transferred across from previous phone!

  • butterfly_pie Nikie Tweets (@butterfly_pie) reported

@EE I am abroad trying to top up with a voucher I purchased and I can't even get a return message when requesting my balance...I need to top up, I have had no problems with this in the past

  • ScottBazeley Scott Bazeley (@ScottBazeley) reported

Imagine how cool it would be if @ee 's upgrade page worked!! It's only been broken for at least a year that I'm aware of.

  • BTCRobbo TurtleTom (@BTCRobbo) reported

@EE Contact me EE. Customer for 7+ years over 4 lines and a member of your team called me a **** sniffer when enquiring about an upgrade. UNACCEPTABLE!

  • chrisrileyx Chris Riley (@chrisrileyx) reported

@EE terrible service today. No iPhone received. EE advised iPhone would be delivered by 8pm. Still not here. Will be canceling contract and sending phone back. Appealing service
