    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    @EE hello, Im trying to transfer my number from another network to yours. On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click “next” it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But it’s the exact one I received?

    @swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

    @EE 1. your systems that support your staff and in effect customers are shocking. changing accounts about because of berievement and you actually swapped the numbers and Sims terminating 1 temporarily. Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

    @EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

    @MarcAllera please have a look at my recent tweets about the service I’ve recieved from Emily your agent she didn’t adhere to your values at all and was very rude abrupt and continued to over speak and told me i was arguing, I really feel rubbish as I suffer from depression. @EE

    @EE @LENNY_TOMO I'm a private hire driver and only work off apps, I rely on this network for this and its now been 3 hours without any work, are EE going to compensate 🤔🤔

    @messermitch33 @garetharmstron1 @EE How much is due back is hardly a point. So say this tech isn't fool proof for a few hours every week, it all adds up. I'm sure if you go over your allowance once because "**** happens, human error" they would still charge you.

    @Smogonthetees @EE Phoned 150 earlier having lost all signal and feeling like someone had chewed me arm off, to be told due to the number of calls they can’t answer and to call again tomorrow! TOMORROW!! Very quick to send daft texts flogging stuff- could of text all users to say it’s down!
