  @ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

  @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners
