  128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

  @EE my 84 yr old Mum is trying to rearrange a ‘home move order’. She was kept waiting on chat for over an hour today & the number eventually provided to the dedicated team 0207 362 0200 says this number is not in service! How can you help her sort this?

  @tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

  @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners
