Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is so more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here. :(

I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. It's still happening, it's still terrible, and I'm still waiting until the 27th for a fix, after I was lied to about the last "fix" other week.
