@EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

@hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

@EE Hello ee. Why the hell have u stoped by SIM card before the new one has arrived. I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now I’ve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE

@EE the worst customer service ever! Had a Samsung z flip 4 for 5 months. Screen went black. Contacted EE who decided the phone could not be repaired under warranty as I had damaged it. I have in no way damaged the phone. Had been looked after and had in a protective case.

WEEKS of trying to sort out a contract with @EE A salesperson took out contract without my permission. Then I got lied to repeatedly. In the end they offered a £12 month contract and I’ve been charged £17.50??? WORST customer service ever.
