@NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time I’ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if I’m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

@EE I have been with EE know for 14 years I think it time for a change , it’s the miss Serling they do know , and how they seem to lie t the customer and when you ring to complain they say a manager will call no one calls back I waited al day yesterday for a call back

@EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

Anyone managed to get an e-sim onto the Pixel 7? I am stuck in a loop using the @EE app, which for Android seems really poor vs the iPhone version of the app? This is via transfer from iPhone, not got QR code.

@abbie_gaming @EE I will keep an eye on this thats for sure! Thing is when I speak to them they say there are no faults, but I am only getting the minimum they promise. If they don't fix it Monday I will try take it further to cancel their service tho. Thanl you! x

Imagine paying £79 per month for a @EE phone contract only to have no signal in your house and them tell you to use Wi-Fi calling so have to pay £37 a month for broadband and they’re ok with that. As long as they’re getting my money they don’t care really.
