@EE Hi JD, I didn’t do this as I believed the contract amount would automatically change. It was never made clear to me that I was responsible for requesting a sim only contract.

@EE #customer don’t fall for “good morning and all that rubbish “we care I don’t think so trust me I got ripped off and they (EE)don’t even acknowledge fact that I was ripped off months after months. Stay away and go for Vodaphone or even lyca. P😎

@EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

@EE guys stay as far as possible from EE before you know it they will find a way to rip you off I should have gone for Vodaphone they provide the best customer service and no hidden charges. Trust me now they say I was send statements I am so disappointed 😎

@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

@EE I am a 20yr+ customer of EE since the days of Orange. Ive never missed a payment, always renewed contracts and have been a fiercely loyal customer. This is the 1st time I have asked for help from a company I trusted to be told 'There is nothing we can do for you'. #leavingEE

@EE hi, I used your customer service for the first time today at 12:12. I spoke to Louise. This was by far the best customer service experience that I have had in a long time. She understood what I wanted and resolved immediately. Thought it should be recognised.

@EE I pay £16 a month, for unlimited data and that includes 5G and yea unlimited hotspot. I never had issue with signal, not sure how it can be faster. I have 900mb at work, and around 400mb at home 👍🏻.. I would recommend anyone to test network with 14 days before sticking with them

@EE please help- I want to renew my pack a day early but my pack apparently doesn’t exist anymore but if choose one of the new packs I’ll lose all my boosts and be on a much worse deal... also I paid £5 for 1GB but was only given 300MB!
