Ryan R 🏴 (@RyanRay74) reported from Wooburn, England@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now I’ve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE

Trust me now they say I was send statements I am so disappointed 😎

Tim Hall (@thelimplettuce) reported@EE Fair play - my broadband went down yesterday at 2pm and I had a right old whinge at poor 'Dani' down in Plymouth in customer services. A BT Openzone engineer has just come and fixed the issue just over 24 hours later, so credit where it's due, least you fixed it quickly! 👏
