    @EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

    @EE Tommorow will be calling Cisas or Ombadsman services communications I have waited 3 days for a manager to call me as promised but no phone call my complaint is for miss selling a phone contract That’s EE for you never keep there word.

    @chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

    @EE I have been with EE know for 14 years I think it time for a change , it’s the miss Serling they do know , and how they seem to lie t the customer and when you ring to complain they say a manager will call no one calls back I waited al day yesterday for a call back

    @EE That’s a shame, I had Virgin and Sky at the same time before though so I thought I’d check. I think it’s just a rolling contract although it’s the worst, so maybe I’ll cancel soon.

    @NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time I’ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if I’m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE @EE also been a nightmare for my parents in their 80s. Wiring placed on neighbours side of the house so he’s complaining to them and bounced from one chat/phone call/ email etc and still no joy! Easy to sell to these 80 year olds but not so lucky on the customer service!

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE Similar experiences with my 81 yr old mum- the worst part is it can’t be resolved with a simple phone call. You have to DM a bot then go through a chat. Surely more humane to call the elderly! My mother’s water supply was cut off for 24hrs. Not her fault. Similar frustrations. 😤

    @EE @MarinaPurkiss It shouldn’t have to take someone complaining on a social platform for a company to deal with a legit complaint. Sad it got this far. Besides, who the hell can talk to 1 person for 2 hours non stop? I struggle with an hour with good friends

    @EE @MarinaPurkiss If you’re in a charitable mood, my mum wants hers refund. She got hit with the same type of bill amount when her phone was nicked. She never made any calls.

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE @EE send me bills for a home broadband service that they never installed because the Openreach engineers couldn't find an equipment cabinet, in fact they suggested I try Virgin. They've now put a debt collector on to it but I'm not paying for a service I haven't received.
