    @STAUNT0N @MrPJLinton @EE I always pay for Jeans. Cheap jeans damage your nuts and get wrecked quickly. Cheap jeans are false economy. Phones are essentially identical chip sets across all makes.

    @EE Problem resolved without me actually talking to your colleagues. I started to make a call and was told that because I hadn't used the mobile for long period service had been suspended. All I had to do was to press 1 and back to normal, including giving my credit balance 👍

    @EE I pay £14 a month for unlimited everything on my mobile because I've been a customer for nearly 10 years. I just got an email saying you're putting prices up 18%!? £2.50 a month increase? What is that? 5 times inflation? How is that remotely reasonable?

    Got my new iPhone delivered by @EE yesterday. Very happy with it & service I received when order got temporarily lost in system - free wireless charging kit, thanks! Weirdly main thing I’m impressed with is delivery came in a reused cardboard box. 5 stars EE!

    Disgusting service from @EE , my wife works within the NHS and has done for 19years however runs her mobile number through her dance school business that she has ran for nearly 13 years. Sent a NHS email for the free data offer however got declined. Terrible customer service

    @EE no mobile signal at home address for 2 days now - told by Customer Service to use wifi calling - but guess what, my contract is going up by 14% - can you please get it resolved ? 3 handsets at home cannot be used effectively...

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE O2 was so bad in Southampton that I moved to EE, which is a fair bit better. O2's 5G was even worse than its 4G.

    @EE absolutely joke of a broadband provider… wifi upgraded to fibre and doesn’t work at all, can’t even watch YouTube. Trying to get through to speak to a human and keep getting to a bot who says my service is working fine.. contact me asap please as I’m paying for a service

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very easy solution - make the companies offer roaming to their customers when their service is poor- no infrastructure required, just a flick of a switch! Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all
