Sent a NHS email for the free data offer however got declined. Terrible customer service

Weirdly main thing Iโm impressed with is delivery came in a reused cardboard box. 5 stars EE!

The fact that switching supplier every two years is better than being loyal to one is a sign of a fundamentally broken system.
