I started to make a call and was told that because I hadn't used the mobile for long period service had been suspended. All I had to do was to press 1 and back to normal, including giving my credit balance ๐

I just got an email saying you're putting prices up 18%!? ยฃ2.50 a month increase? What is that? 5 times inflation? How is that remotely reasonable?

Jason Cleary (@jays360) reported@harryt84 @EE I had this issue on IPhone. Press volume up, then volume down then hold power button on phone until Apple logo appears, this restarts your phone it resolved my issue. Hope this helps you too ๐ค๐ป
