Very happy with it & service I received when order got temporarily lost in system - free wireless charging kit, thanks! Weirdly main thing I’m impressed with is delivery came in a reused cardboard box. 5 stars EE!

I started to make a call and was told that because I hadn't used the mobile for long period service had been suspended. All I had to do was to press 1 and back to normal, including giving my credit balance 👍

Sent a NHS email for the free data offer however got declined. Terrible customer service

Tried to contact support who are supposed to reply within 60 mins. 2 hours later and nothing. Glad I didn’t get a contract. Nothing but roadblocks with this company
