I just got an email saying you're putting prices up 18%!? ยฃ2.50 a month increase? What is that? 5 times inflation? How is that remotely reasonable?

I started to make a call and was told that because I hadn't used the mobile for long period service had been suspended. All I had to do was to press 1 and back to normal, including giving my credit balance ๐
